The invention relates to systems of natural ventilation using exhaust mines, mainly in livestock pens, and is intended for automatic stabilization of the given capacity of the mines based on changes in external weather conditions and setting the required performance exhaust shafts depending on the number and weight of animals.

Known mines natural ventilation in ventilation systems in livestock buildings, containing a vertical insulated duct, installed in the roof space, a tip and a flow control valve (valve) with a strap for manual valve actuator (Equipment for climate control on farms. - M.: Kolos, 1972, s-23). The length of the exhaust section of the mines in the livestock premises is 0.5-4 m, width of 0.5-2 m Natural exhaust shafts livestock buildings is calculated to allow the design flow rate of the gravitational pressure corresponding to the calculated outdoor air temperature and the estimated wind speed.

With decreasing temperature and increasing wind speed performance of the mines increases, which leads to hypothermia internal air spaces and, respectively, or to the increase in the cost of heating air, or the temperature of the air in the region of the animals, that is unacceptable for appropriate requirements.

The closest analogue to the proposed device is a self-louvred grille, comprising a housing defined therein movable louvers, managed wings, and to the housing secures the bracket to which is attached a bellows with a barbell, on sinocom the end of which is fixed a second bellows with the rod, the rod and the rod is placed in guides attached to the grille on the rod there is mounted a coupling with lock, to which the hinge is attached to the first rod, the other end of the first traction pivotally connected with the second thrust, the node connecting them placed in the guide groove on the plate attached to the housing, the second end of the thrust hinge connected to the connecting rod (patent RF № 2147357, F24F 13/08).

The known device has drawbacks.

The force developed by the bellows under the influence of a slight pressure difference in the exhaust shaft and air environment of the room, not enough to drive the regulating louver grilles exhaust shafts of large cross section, which reduces the efficiency of the device. The placement of the bellows directly in the stream of exhaust air exhaust shafts reduces the efficiency of the device because of the possible ingress of condensate on the surfaces of the devices and their frosting in the cold period of the year.

Task izopet the con - improving the reliability of the process of stabilization and regulation performance exhaust shafts systems of natural ventilation in livestock buildings.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for stabilizing and controlling the flow of exhaust air of the mine contains an adjustable louvered grille and louvered grill inside the exhaust shaft is D-shaped tube, short open end of the l-shaped tube is directed in the direction of the louvered grille, and the other open end is connected to the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the Executive steering louvred grille.

Significant new features.

1. Behind the louvered grill inside the exhaust shaft is D-shaped tube.

2. Short open end of the l-shaped tube is directed in the direction of the louvered grille, and the other open end is connected to the pressure sensor.

3. The pressure sensor is electrically connected with the Executive steering louvred grille.

These new significant features, in conjunction with the known, allow to obtain a technical result, in all cases to which the requested amount of legal protection.

In contrast to known systems as the body that regulates the performance of atyajnoi mine, applied louvred grille with electric actuator rotation of the blades, the latter are able to provide turning vanes in the desired position, regardless of the differential pressure of air inside the mines and indoors.

Applying a pressure sensor, for example analog, to stabilize and regulate the amount of air flow through the ventilation shaft provides continuous monitoring of the flow velocity of the outgoing air in exhaust shafts by controlling the pressure of the air stream and then converting the obtained values into an electric signal, acting through the electrical connection on the mechanism of rotation of the blades regulatory lattice.

Stabilization of the flow volume of the exhaust air through the ventilation shaft is achieved by configuring the sensor on the estimated flow rate of air, the value of which is proportional to the speed of the pressure of the air flow. With the increase of the setpoint speed of the air flow under the influence of external meteorological factors, is closing blades regulating grid, but at a lower setpoint is opening them.

Increase or decrease the performance of the mine is provided by configuring the sensor cell at a design speed of flow of the air.

The mounting of the pressure sensor with the dimensions of the exhaust shafts allows us to provide the most favorable conditions for the installation and operation of the sensor. The connection of the pressure sensor with the air space of the exhaust shafts, through the air tube, eliminates the negative effects of condensation and ice build-up inside the mine during the cold period of the year to the operation of the device, which increases the reliability of the system. Electrical connection of the secondary of the Converter pressure sensor actuator rotation of the blades regulatory lattice ensures the reliability of the transmission command signal from the pressure sensor to the actuator.

The drawing shows a transverse section of the exhaust shafts with a device for stabilizing and controlling the flow of air exhaust shafts.

Exhaust shaft 1 mounted on the ceiling 2 of the livestock building 3, contains the louvered grill 4 with electric actuator 5 of rotation of the blade louvred grille 4, and is electrically connected (not labeled) with a secondary transducer pressure sensor 6, for example, analog, air tube 7 is connected with the inner space of the exhaust shaft 1. The tube 7 is made of the G-shaped with the open end, the short end of which is located in the Central the axis of the exhaust shaft 1. The housing of the pressure sensor 6 is installed for the dimensions of the exhaust shaft 1.

Device for stabilizing and controlling the flow of air exhaust shafts is as follows.

The internal air from the facility 3 enters the pipe 1 through the louvered grill 4 and is transported within the shaft 1 into the outer atmosphere.

The flow velocity of the outgoing air within the shaft 1 is monitored by monitoring the air pressure inside the exhaust shaft 1 by using, for example, analog air pressure sensor 6 connected to the air tube 7 with the inner space of the exhaust shafts 1.

When the deviation of the setpoint pressure of the air flow from the calculated values is the impact on the system switching contacts of the secondary Converter pressure sensor 6, and through an electric communication electric signal is transmitted to the actuator 5. The actuating device 5 executes the received command, opening or closing the blade louvred grille 4 and respectively increasing or decreasing flow of the exhaust air, which ensures the stabilization of the performance of the mine within a given flow volume of the exhaust air.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire-fighting equipment and namely to devices of smoke removal from a room on the building floors through openings provided in a ventilation shaft wall. Smoke removal device consists of a circuit, a gate with a handle which is installed so that it can move along the opening on vertical guides, a driving electromagnet connected by means of an armature through a latch to the gate, a sealing belt, mounting fixtures and a shock absorber in the form of a flexible plate. Device consists of an additional circuit with thread bushes and retention screws which is installed diametrically relative to the main circuit thus forming together therewith the side vertical guides in the form of a blind slot and a circular groove. Sealing belt is located in the groove so that it can come in contact with the groove walls and gate. Driving electromagnet is equipped with a manual lever and attached to the circuit so that armature can directly and horizontally be engaged with the gate handle. In addition, shock absorber is provided with a brake plank.
