The invention relates to the fastening of oil and gas wells in complex geological and technical conditions for water reservoirs, large angles of deviation of the wellbore from the vertical, in the presence of cavities and stagnant zones and can be used to prepare cement slurries with high strength and adhesion properties and their application in the conditions set forth above.

A known solution on the basis of Portland cement and water, which includes an integrated reagent nitrilotriethanol acid (NTF) and asbestos (A.S. NO. 939729, EV 33/138, 10.10.80).

However, this solution is environmentally dangerous, because it contains asbestos and cement stone from this solution is not enough durable and has low adhesion to the bounding surfaces.

These drawbacks cement slurry is partially removed using a complex reagent containing polyvinyl acetate dispersion (PVAD) and salt NTF - corelate (p. No. 2179231 EV 33/138, 10.02.2002). This combined reagent to the technical nature similar to that proposed and can be adopted for the prototype.

The disadvantage of this reagent is that when using the tamping stone has insufficient strength and adhesion to the bounding surfaces.

The objective of the invention is to develop a reagent that increases strength and adhesion is waista cement slurry is stone at temperatures up to 100°C.

The invention consists in that the reagent for cement slurries containing PVAD and an additive, the additive contains NTF, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and ethylene glycol (EG) in the following ratio, wt.%:

From the patent and scientific literature we are not aware of the reagent for cement slurries containing the combination of the above components in the proposed quantitative ratio that allows to make a conclusion about the novelty of the claimed technical solution.

PVAD is made according to GOST 18992-80.

NTF is beyond 6-09-52-83-86, is used as moderator of times of setting of cement slurries.

DBPS produced according to TU 6-09-985-81.

EG is produced according to GOST 19710-83.

Combined reagent for cement slurries obtained by mixing PVAD, NTF, DBP and EG. This company is the more active component of the reagent (pH<1) the salt of this acid - corelet (pH of 2.5-3.5). The acid reacts with the components of the reagent with the formation of the new modified substances chemically active groups. Formed himicheski active reagent complex compound with acidic properties interacts with silicate cement, activates their hydration and hardening with increasing strength and adhesion properties. DBP, AG and their derivatives with acid is dispersed polyvinyl acetate, plastificator cement slurry, suppress foaming. In General, the reagent effectively collateral, compacting the cement stone, consequently, increase its strength and adhesion. Each component of this reagent separately or slows salustiana or reduces the strength and adhesion below the required limits (table). Together in complex reagent for neoplasm is provided a synergistic effect and achieve the target.

Combined reagent in the laboratory is prepared by mixing calculated amounts of the components, followed by stirring by a stirrer to obtain a homogeneous mass, then dissolve it in the water and shut cement, determine the properties of the cement slurry. Samples harden within 24 hours. Adhesion is determined by the method of extrusion of the cement sample from a steel cage when creating a load pressure.

The table shows the results of determining the strength and adhesion of cement mortar - stone with the addition of the reagent, with different ratio of components, to the greatest extent increase the strength of the stone and its adhesion to the metal casing.

Installed, is that in the complex reagent is optimal content PVAD 88,9-90,1%, NTF 0,9-2,22%, DBP and EG on of 4.44 to 4.5%. Beyond these concentrations of the reagent causes an increase or decrease in terms of thickening, reduction of strength and adhesion of cement - stone to a technologically unacceptable values.

Additive 1% complex reagent by weight of cement under the same conditions of curing increases the strength and adhesion of the cement to a greater extent than the reagent of the prototype. At the same time thickening are technologically necessary limits.

The current level of technology we do not know what the ingredients included in the composition of a complex reagent in a predetermined ratio, provide the above properties, which allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solutions to the criterion of "inventive step".

An example of applying the cement composition in the field.

During mixing cement slurry prepared suspension containing PVAD, NTF, DBP and EH, dissolved in tanks of cementing unit, in which typed required for cementing the volume of liquid was prepared.

The proposed composition of the cement slurry tested in field conditions at three wells of Tevlinsko fields led to significant adjustment and two wells of Ravenna fields.

- DBP - 5 kg (4.5 per cent);

- EH - 5 kg (4.5 percent).

In mernik cementing unit, which was collected 4 m3technical water intended for mixing cement mortar, introduced the prepared complex reagent in the amount of 1% by weight of cement. After circulation of the resulting solution for 5 minutes produced the preparation of cement mortar. This tamponage-technological characteristics of mortar and stone were as follows:

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling oil and gaseous wells, in particular, to polymer-clay fluids for drilling used under conditions of permafrost rocks. Proposed polymer-clay fluid shows the improved pseudoplastic properties providing enhancing retaining and transporting capacity and treatment degree of the well walls, diminished filtration due to high rate in formation of low-penetrable filtration crust preventing the well pollution and promoting to retention of its collector properties, reduced rate of warming up of permafrost rocks that prevents formation of caverns and destruction of the well walls and as result provides prolonged retention of the well trunk in the stable state. Polymer-clay fluid for wells drilling in permafrost rocks doesn't freeze at negative temperatures and comprises clay, stabilizing agent as a mixture of polysaccharide reagent and structure-forming agent, hydrocarbon antifreeze and water. As a polysaccharide reagent the polymer-clay fluid comprises Acinetobacter sp. biopolymer, and as a structure-forming agent it comprises condensed sulfite-alcohol distillery grains in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: clay, 6-8; condensed sulfite-alcohol distillery grains, 4-6; Acinetobacter sp. biopolymer, 2-4; hydrocarbon antifreeze, 7-19, and water, the balance, wherein the ratio of Acinetobacter sp. biopolymer and condensed sulfite-alcohol distillery grain = 1:(1-3) mas. p., respectively. As hydrocarbon antifreeze, polymer-clay fluid comprises carbamide or glycerol. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness in drilling of wells in permafrost rocks.

SUBSTANCE: method involves blocking perforation interval and part of well bottom zone by replacing well fluid with blocking fluid and killing liquid arranged over the blocking one. Necessary liquid level at well head is provided by well operation stoppage for a certain time, which provides termination of formation fluid degassing in well bore and free gas lifting to well head. Tube space and hole annuity is filled with liquid in several steps along with discharge of gas portions. Gas portion discharge may not result in formation fluid rise inside well bore to level of formation fluid degassing. Density of liquid to be added in tube space and hole annuity provides well filling to head thereof. Well killing liquid comprises industrial magnesium chloride, alkali or alkaline-earth metal hydrate, alkali metal carbonate and pore sealant, for instance cacao-bean pods and fresh water taken in predetermined ratio.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, possibility to kill wells characterized by abnormally high permeability of production bed and high gas factor.
