The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to a woven tape, intended particularly for safety belts in cars.

The level of technology

Woven tape, including for use in seat belts in cars, known from numerous publications and practical examples. In some cases, one or several tape attached objects, and depending on the method of fastening objects can occur in the weakening of the material of the tape, so that the desired value of the tensile strength can be secured across the width of the tape. Such items include, for example, so-called tabs, which should prevent the exit point of attachment, for example, the belt tongue. In addition, there are, for example, microphones for conference devices in cars, which are mounted on the belts in one or in several places, and when the fastening threads of the belt, particularly the warp, decay to such an extent that decreases the ultimate resistance of the belt to break.

Disclosure of inventions

The objective of the invention is to create a woven tape, designed particularly for safety belts in vehicles, providing the ability to attach to it p is admetos, which is known from the prior art disadvantages are eliminated or at least significantly reduced.

This problem is solved woven tape according to paragraph 1 of the claims. The first group of warp threads with greater elongation preferably takes place in the field, which should be attached items. Due to the greater elasticity of the respective warp threads weakening of warp threads and thereby reducing the tensile strength, which may be caused by attaching compensated for, so that when you load a tape, the two groups of warp threads will have the desired tensile strength. The dierence of the compliances of the warp threads of the first group and the warp threads of the second group should be selected so that the tape is under tensile load on all threads opposed tensile load evenly. If attaching to offer in the invention of the tape by means of laser welding, for example, the microphone causes a weakening of the warp threads of the first group, this reduction does not affect the correct functioning of the safety belt, as selected due to the greater elongation of the warp threads of the first group corresponding reduction in tensile strength is compensated.

In a preferred embodiment, the tape included the warp threads of the third group, containing electrically conductive means is. This allows the power supply or connecting electrical devices that are located in any place ribbon in the region of the warp threads of the first group. Such electrical devices may be, for example, microphones, sensors, measuring, controlling devices or controllers.

In the following a preferred embodiment, the warp threads of the first group contain electrically conductive means. Thus, the warp with the greater elongation acquire additional property, namely the ability to conduct electrical energy. The combination of increased compliance with electrical conductivity simplifies the structure proposed in the invention of the tape as a whole.

In another preferred embodiment, the surface of the electrically conductive means is electrically isolated. Even when separated by gaps - if you look in the direction of the weft - conductive warp threads cannot rely on the isolation caused by the gaps, but when the individual isolation of the warp conductive yarn can be laid very close to each other. It turned out that the varnish coating the surface of the electrically conductive means can be done very cheaply and reliably, even when the colored coating.

In a further preferred embodiment, the tape is made so that the electrically conductive means is wound is on the warp threads. Such design of the warp threads with wound electrically conductive means possesses great advantages, especially when compressing and/or stretching of the tape. Coiled according to the invention in the warp conductive means, for example, the conductors of rectangular cross section, participate in longitudinal movement of the warp without being subjected themselves any appreciable tensile loads, which could cause rupture of conductive means. Additional convenience is that the step of winding can be set individually in accordance with a set value depending on the specific conditions of use.

The preferred alternative location electrically conductive means on the warp threads of the first or third group can be realized by the location of the electrically conductive means in the form of a thin twisted wire inside the warp threads forming the staple fiber. With this design electrically conductive means compensation compressive and tensile movements also prevents breakage of the electrical conductivity.

In a further preferred embodiment, the warp threads containing electrically conductive means, hidden inside the tape. This gives a great advantage consisting in the fact that, on the one hand, the warp threads with electrically conductive which means they are not visible from the outside, on the other hand, is protected against mechanical and corrosive influences from outside.

In the most preferred embodiment, the belt on one or more sections of the warp threads of the first group are one or more electrical devices, in particular, microphones, sensors, measuring, controlling devices or controllers. In this case, anywhere over the belt can be placed suitable for the electric device. For example, it may be a microphone for intercom, telephone or recorder, or a measuring device for monitoring the state of health of the passenger of the vehicle, pulse rate, temperature, etc., or a lamp, or the earpiece.

Other advantages and features of the invention arise from the dependent claims.

Brief description of drawings

For a better understanding of the invention it is described below by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 depicts in plan schematized in the enlarged view, not to scale proposed by the invention the woven ribbon belt.

Figure 2 depicts a ribbon belt of figure 1 installed on her microphone.

Figure 3 depicts the increase not to scale in the thread basics with wound around it electrically conductive means is.

The implementation of the invention

1 schematically depicts a ribbon 10 of the belt width, and the edges, of course, only symbolically specified quantity laid the warp threads 2, which has a certain extensibility, whereas in the middle part, which is highlighted, for example, laid the warp threads 1, having greater stretchability than the warp threads 2. Depicted in figure 1 short by the invention of the tape 10 of the belt is selected, for example, a wide middle part, which laid the warp threads 1 with greater elongation. Of course, this image is highly magnified only reasons of clarity. Actually the appropriate ribbon belt contains hundreds of warp threads across the width of the belt, which in reality is a lot thinner than depicted the warp threads 1 and 2. To specify possible the insertion of any object in the middle of the tape 10 of the seat belt there is a circle indicated by the numeral 5. Of course, and this information is purely qualitative in nature.

Figure 2 is already known from figure 1, the tape 10 of the belt, and in the middle, in the field of warp threads 1 with greater elongation, seen symbolically depicted microphone 5, which is connected with the warp threads 6, which belong to the group of threads based is s 1, but bear conductive means 4. For example, there are two warp threads 6, which have the same elongation as the warp threads 1, but, in addition, provided with electrically conductive means 4, which will be discussed below. In an alternative embodiment, the microphone 5, depicted for example in figure 2, can be powered by the warp threads 3, additionally placed between the warp threads 1. It should be noted that the warp threads 3 is also provided with electrically conductive means is not selected in the drawing, particularly - but their cross sections and other parameters need not be the same as the warp threads 1.

Figure 3 higher magnification shows the thread 3 or 6, and the thread basics 6 belongs to the group of warp threads 1. The design is shown in figure 3 a short piece of the warp threads must also be considered purely qualitatively. The core 8, the warp threads are surrounded by electrically conductive means of rectangular cross-section - see schematic drawing to the left of the warp threads 6, 3 3 and the core 8 may consist, for example, polyethylene, whereas the conductive means 4 is of a suitable electrically conductive alloy.

In the preferred embodiment, as shown in figure 3 on the left side, conductive means 4 are provided with insulation 9, which may consist of, for example, made of lacquer. Here, the sizes should FOTS is animate only qualitatively. Coils electrically conductive means 4, as shown in figure 3, is made with a step S, as a result taking into account the width is made in the form of a tape conductive means 4, between adjacent coils is formed by a gap. Depending on intended for belt elongation or compression during or after the textile is selected larger step, if the tape should be compressed, or less step if the tape should be stretched to develop such period and in which might not happen either collapse or rupture of the conducting means 4.

Of course, specialist, considering the above drawings, will immediately see that for illustrative purposes weft threads are proposed in the invention of the tape 10 of the seat belt is not shown. In fact, the appearance of the belt often is that it is defined by warp and weft threads are usually not visible at all. Schematically shown in figure 2 warp with electrically conductive means in reality, contrary to the image in figure 2, it is better to hide in the middle of the tape, so that on the one hand they can't be seen, and on the other hand, so that they are protected against damage and external influence. In the depicted example, the implementation presents two warp threads with the conductive means. In fact, these warp threads can in order to be much more depending on the nature and quantity of the electrical signals that should be skipped.

Implemented using warp with the conductive means of the conductors will, therefore, extend to the surface of the belt only in certain places and there to electrically connect to corresponding electrical appliances. Then with the help of laser technology can be welded, for example, the protective cap or casing of the appliance, for example, a microphone, and, as has been said, due to the proposed invention design woven belt in the finished belt will be provided with the same breaking strength of the warp threads across the width of the tape. There remains to mention that the placement of the device on the surface of the proposed invention, the belt may not only one side but on both sides.

The invention of the automobile safety belt with woven conductive warp threads may be used, in addition, when installing it appropriate instruments for measuring health indicators of the passenger, such as heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, etc. Along with this, it is useful to identify deviations from normal position (Out-Off-Position"), as it allows the op is adelite actual position of the passenger, his height, weight, etc. and, in appropriate cases, to control the deployment of airbags in the passenger compartment with respect to the particular situation of a crash.

In addition, with the invention of the belt can make one additional control function, namely a health check on the tape, for example, in the case of wear and tear to take measures for timely replacement.
