SUBSTANCE: proposed gearbox contains coaxial input, primary and secondary shafts and countershaft parallel to them, two-position twin clutch consisting of two one-way clutch members intercoupled by shifter fork, shifter clutch installed on gear rim of input shaft and shifter clutch installed on gear rim of outer shaft. Simple three-link planetary mechanism is installed on secondary shaft of gearbox.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of vehicle owing to increased number of speeds and range of gearbox.

The invention relates to transport machinery, transmission vehicles.

Closest to the proposed eight-speed gearbox (KP) is a three-shaft coaxially KP 4R4 (four forward gears and four reverse gears) patent RU 2183566, UK 17/08 (20.06.02, bull. No. 17).

The CP consists of a housing, which supports coaxially mounted input shaft, the primary shaft, a secondary shaft and an output shaft. Parallel coaxial shafts placed intermediate shaft (axle). On the primary shaft, one fixed gear and the other gear is set free, both gears meshed with the gear train, freely mounted on the intermediate shaft. Two gears are combined into a block and loosely mounted on the intermediate shaft. One gear of this unit is geared with the gear, which is fixed on the secondary shaft, the second gear of the block through an additional reverse gear meshed with the pinion gear, which is freely mounted on the secondary shaft. A tubular shaft connecting the gear freely mounted on the primary and secondary shafts with toothed crowns clutch switch beside them fixed toothing of the primary and secondary shafts. Three-position clutch switch installed on the toothed crowns of the input and output shafts. Dip dual-clutch state is t of the two couplings, one coupler is installed on the ring gear of the gear output shaft and the other clutch is mounted on the toothed crown gear of the intermediate shaft, clutch interconnected with a fork switch.

KP on patent 2183566 less metal compared to KP traditional layout: 4 speeds forward is used only 6 gears instead of 8, three-position clutch switch outside of the gearbox, which reduces its size and metal, but it has a limited range, the number of gears is not enough for modern vehicles.

Object of the invention is the enhanced operational capabilities of the vehicles by increasing the number of gears and the range of KP.

The technical result is achieved by applying a simple three-tier planetary mechanism (PM), working in three modes: Uhab=- ; Ubah=K+1; U=1,0. The upper symbol indicates that stopped the link, for example, epicycle wheel b, the lower characters on the links login (sun gear) and output (h - drove) of torque, an internal parameter PM is equal to the ratio of numbers of teeth of the epicycle wheel and sun gear.

The proposed solution allows to extend the operational capabilities of the vehicle by increasing the number of gears and range while reducing the size and the metal shaft of the gearbox by removing from the design of gears reverse and PM work in three modes, including mode reverse.

Figure 1 shows the kinematic diagram of the eightfold Volynoblenergo KP 8R4. Under the figure marked a pair of external gears gearing: 1, 2, and 3.

In bearings of the housing CP 1 (see figure 1) coaxially mounted input shaft 2, the input shaft 3, the output shaft 4, the shaft drove 5 and the output shaft 6. Parallel to the shafts 3 and 4 are placed intermediate shaft (axle) 7. On the primary shaft 3 is fixed to the gear 8 and freely mounted gear 9 meshed with the gear train 10 and 11, is loosely mounted on the intermediate shaft 7, next to them freely mounted gear 12, which is meshed with a gear 13 fixed on the secondary shaft 4. Externally toothed gear 32 communicates with the three-position ring gear 33 of the housing unit 1, opposite to it are the rims 34 of the carrier 16 and the ring gear 35 epicycle wheel 17.

Sleeve 40 is movably coupled by guide 41 with two-rim shifter sleeve 42 arranged between gear rim 37 of housing 36 of epicyclic wheel 32 and gear rim 43 of gearbox case provided with two inner gear rims and one outer gear rim.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulically operated friction clutches. Proposed friction clutch contains hub secured on shaft of gearbox, hydraulic cylinder with radial projections made on hub, piston with pressure disk, thrust disk, inner drum made integral with driven gear and connected by gear joint with driving disks, driven disks connected with outer drum, ring groove made on inner surface of outer drum, and lockring. Novelty is that outer drum and thrust disk are made in form of common part, outer drum is provided with longitudinal projections, with outer projections of driven disks fitted in slots between longitudinal projections. Ends of projections of outer drum are installed between radial projections of hydraulic cylinder, and lockring is arranged in ring channel formed by ring grooves made on inner surface of outer drum and on outer surface of hydraulic cylinder.

The housing receives input shaft (16) with pinion (22), side shaft (17) with pinions (23)-(25), intermediate shaft (19), output shaft (18), and three-link planet mechanism (37) with the device for its locking and connecting its link with the reactive gear member (38) connected with housing (1). Shafts (16)-(19) with pinions and planet mechanism (37) are arranged in the single space between front (5) and rear (10) outer walls of housing (1) which define supports for the shafts.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in different vehicles and in devices and mechanisms for clashless engagement of driven shafts. Proposed torque converter contains drive and driven units of converter. Drive unit is made in form of disks 2-5 with slots freely fitted on splined shaft 1. Movable blades are fitted in said slots. Driven unit of converter is made in form of cylindrical housing 7 with driven shaft 16 and rings 11 and 12 fitted on shaft. Disks 2-5 with blades 6 of drive unit of converter are arranged inside rings. Slots in disks 2-5 of drive unit of converter are made through being arranged tangentially. Each of rings 11, 12 in cylindrical housing 7 of converter driven unit is installed for rolling on guide 13, being connected with axle-shaft 14 flush-fitted in cradle of step bearing 15 whose body is in rigid engagement with cylindrical housing 7. With drive unit rotating, summary driven torque is formed from its hydraulic and inertia components. Formulas for calculating the torque are given in description of invention.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of hydraulic - inertia converter, its control system, gearbox of converter and method of torque conversion.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gearbox contains input shaft 2 and output shaft 4 arranged in parallel. Four gears 9, 11, 12, 19 are united to form cluster by shaft 3. Gears 16-18 of output shaft 4 are in pair meshing with gears 9-12 of cluster. Gear 19 of cluster engages with gear 22 of output shaft through idler gear or cluster of two reverse gears 21-21. Two shifter sleeves 32, 33 are installed on hubs of output shaft 4. Input shaft 2 is arranged coaxially to four gear cluster shaft. One of gears 6 of input shaft is fixed, and gears 7, 8 are freely fitted. Said three gears are in pair meshing with gears 13-15 freely fitted on output shaft 4. Three two-position twin shifter sleeves A, B, C are installed between four pairs of gears being arranged on gears of parallel shafts. One member is installed on rim of gear of input shaft 2, other member is installed opposite to first member on rim of gear of output shaft 4. Members are intercoupled by three shifter forks 25, 28, 31. Invention provides up to 24 forwards speeds and up to 8 reverse speeds.

Three-position sleeve A installed on input shaft 2 between first and second rows of gears. Three-position shifter sleeves C, D are installed on hubs of out[put shaft 5 between pairs of low gears and row of reverse gears. Gear 8 is freely fitted on input shaft 2 between hub of three-position shifter sleeve A and shaft 3 of gear cluster, said gear being in meshing with gear 13 of tubular shaft 20. Gear 14 which is in meshing with cluster gear 9 is freely fitted near gear 13 on outer shaft 5. Two position twin shifter sleeve B is arranged between second and third rows of gears. Said shifter sleeve consists of two-position members 22 and 23. Member 22 is installed on rim of gear 8 of input shaft 2. Member 23 is installed opposite to first member on rim of gear 14 of output shaft 5. Members are intercoupled by shifter fork 24. Invention provides up to 12 forwards speeds and up to reverse speeds.
