The invention relates to the handling of materials used in prosthetic and orthotic treatment.

Known methods for processing reinforcing materials in the manufacture of laminated plastics and prosthetic-orthopedic products by otwarte in water /1/, aqueous solutions of detergents /2/processing solvents and without removal of fat oil /3/.

Synthetic filament included in the reinforcing material, when processed by molding sizing. This is necessary to facilitate technological processes of pulling threads through fillery, spinning, knitting fabric, improve the appearance of the Jersey and give them different properties, such as softness, flexibility, lubricity, frictionist and antistatic. Without these properties yarns impossible recycling in textiles.

Properties of a sizing means different and depend on the type and properties of the filaments, mainly water emulsion oil compositions, either anhydrous solutions of organic compounds in mineral oil. Such sizing reinforcing materials play a negative role in the manufacture of laminated plastics, reduce adhesion and cohesion between the binder and filler. As a result of this reduced strength properties of laminated plastics and products from them, there is a delamination material is.

It is determined that the knitted reinforcement before manufacture of laminated plastics and molding them to be processed to remove the oil as an anti-adhesive layer to activate the surface of the Jersey.

Reinforcing materials treated with the prototype and analogs, do not provide the full good wettability, propitiatory their binder, holding the binder on the surface of the knitted reinforcement, laminated plastics on the basis of stratified, are nizkoplotnye, which leads to a sharp decrease in performance products and reduction of the time of their operation.

The aim of the present invention is to improve adhesion-cohesive properties of the knitted reinforcement to the binder in the manufacture of laminated plastics, to eliminate splitting and increase strength, reduce weight of prosthetic and orthopedic products.

This result is achieved by a method of washing reinforcing materials from the oil in the manufacture of prosthetic and orthopedic products from laminated plastics is carried out by boiling knitted reinforcement in a mixture of aqueous 10% solution of a detergent, such as soap or washing powder "Lotus" or "Gloss", 5% aqueous alkali solution of KOH or NaOH for 45-60 min, followed by neutralization, removing saponified the fat, activation of the surfaces of the filaments 10% aqueous solution of oxalic acid, washing with running water and drying the valve when 25-60°to a moisture content of 1.5-2.5%.

In the proposed method, a 10% aqueous solution of a detergent, such as soap or washing powder "Lotus" or "Gloss", actively wash the lubricant from the surface of the threads and puts them in a water-based boiling. 5% aqueous alkali solution of KOH or NaOH amylee fats and remove them from the thread, not allowing them to settle again on the surface of the filaments. This concentration of alkali provides a gentle effect on the chemical composition of the filaments, without destroying them.

10% aqueous solution of oxalic acid will neutralize the surface of the filaments and a saturated aqueous solution of saponified fats and at the same time activates the surface of the threads for the adhesion-cohesion mechanism of interaction between Jersey and a binder and increases the strength of laminated plastics.

Rinse in running water removes various impurities and clean the surface of the knitted reinforcement.

Drying the washed knitted reinforcement at a temperature of 25-60°to a moisture content of 1.5-2% is necessary to avoid excessive interaction of moisture with a binder and ensure uniform propitiatory armature binding, preventing delamination of the laminate.

The decrease in the concentration of the solution is in, than specified in the method, does not provide complete cleaning of oil from the valve, increasing leads to the destruction of the knitted reinforcement.

Specified by boiling and drying are optimally effective.

Examples of the method of washing reinforcing materials from the oil in the manufacture of prosthetic and orthopedic products from laminates tested in the Federal state establishment "Federal Bureau of medical-social expertise" of the Ministry of health and social development of the Russian Federation.

Example 1.

Prepare 1 l of 10% aqueous solution of Laundry soap (100 g soap + H2About up to 1 l), 1 l of 5% aqueous alkali solution of KOH (50 g of alkali + H2About up to 1 l), mix between a metal enamelware. In the resulting solution was placed 200 g of reinforcing material, linked from Mylar strands. Close the lid, put the tank on a gas stove and boil for 45 minutes Then the valve is placed in the prepared 10% aqueous solution of oxalic acid (250 oxalic acid + H2Of up to 5 l), thoroughly washed. Then rinse valves provide running water. After give to drain the water from the valve, then the valve is placed in a drying oven and dried at a temperature of 25°to a moisture content of 1.5%. Humidity control is performed with the psychrometer. The prepared reinforcement that what they use in obtaining laminates based on polyester resins and the receiving sleeve shank. Material and products have enhanced strength characteristics. Compared with the control (using the not laundered similar valve), the strength increases by 15%. Rasslaivanie laminate is not observed.

Example 2.

In a similar way as described in example 1 were washed off of sizing reinforcing material on the basis of the nylon filaments. Only boiling is carried out for 50 min, and the drying is at a temperature of 40°to a moisture content of 2%. The test results are positive. The strength of the laminate based on the acrylic binder is increased by 25%. Rasslaivanie laminate is not observed.

Example 3.

In a similar way as described in example 1 were washed off of sizing reinforcing material on the basis of the threads terlena. Only boiling is carried out for 60 min and the drying is at a temperature of 60°to a moisture content of 2.5%. The strength of laminates based on epoxy binder is increased by 30%. Rasslaivanie laminate is not observed.

Physico-mechanical properties of laminated plastics on the basis of laundered according to examples 1, 2, 3 and not washed from oil (control) is shown in the table.

The proposed method of washing reinforcing materials from the oil in the manufacture of prosthetic and orthopedic products from laminated plastics, in addition to providing post is undertaken goal makes it possible to produce thin-walled, lightweight orthopedic products from laminated plastics, as laminate using washed from sizing knitted reinforcement has a higher margin of safety, to save expensive reinforcing tissue and prosthesis or artesianal disabled elderly and those with compromised health, for which the weight reduction of prosthetic and orthopedic products is the main factor affecting the power expenditure in the operation of the prosthesis or orthosis. Ultimately, achieve high rehabilitation effects.

The above characteristics to improve adhesive-cohesive properties of the knitted reinforcement to the binder in the manufacture of laminated plastics, strength, eliminate stratification, reducing the weight of the prosthetic-orthopedic products from them before the date of application in medicine and engineering is not detected, which is consistent with the requirement of "novelty". The above characteristics allow using available components, equipment, simplified process operations to launder reinforcing materials from oil, to obtain a laminated plastic and orthopaedic products that meet medico-technical requirements no pronounced deficiencies similar is x and the prototype that allows you to get positive effects.

Thus, the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of "positive effect".

In addition, the authors have not found such solutions in engineering and medicine therefore, the set of essential features meets the requirement of "substantial differences".

The claimed technical solution gives the full right to patent.
