SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying the preparation to prevent contact allergic dermatitis induced with salts of nickel or other metals under conditions of nickel plating at galvanic manufacturing. The preparation for preventing contact allergic dermatitis induced with nickel salts contains natural zeolite (for example, from Kholinskoe origin at isolated fraction being less than 0.25 mm). It consists of zeolite dispersed in the foundation out of starchy gel at the following ratio of the components, weight%: zeolite 26.0-29.0; 2.0-4.0 weight% starchy gel - the rest. The preparation declared is of good sorption properties, covers the skin steadily and is retained well upon it; it is easily removed with water that in combination enables to decrease the quantity of nickel ions in surface and deep cutaneous layers and, thus, prevents the development of contact dermatosis.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used as a tool for the prevention of allergic contact dermatitis caused by Nickel salts, Nickel plating conditions for galvanic production.

The disadvantage of this sorbent is unavailable or is the result it consists of charged particles, capable of holding ions and aggregates due to the strength of the electrostatic interaction. This ability to have natural zeolites.

Well-known cosmetic composition [patent RU 2151591, AK 7/02; publ. 27.06.2000, Belitsky I.A., Novoselova TI, Novoselov BJ], exhibiting high therapeutic and preventive, regenerative and toning the skin effect and containing a mineral base, fillers and cosmetic additive in a ratio of components, wt.%: zeolite 10-40; Cu - zeolite 5-35; Zn - 5-15; fillers 20-60; cosmetic additives 1-9. At the same time he has a curative-preventive, anti-inflammatory effect on the skin: removes toxins, reduces oiliness, nourishes it necessary micro - and macro-elements, tones and regenerates.

The disadvantage of this cosmetic composition is that it is not able to effectively remove metal ions from the surface of the skin, as the zeolite, included in its composition, specially enriched with copper and zinc to nourish the skin with essential micro - and macro-elements.

The closest tool to this invention is a preparation containing lipophilic and hydrophilic components, for application to the skin. The skin is semi-permeable membrane. Moreover, the lipophilic component comprises a fatty acid containing 14 to 20 carbon atoms or a mixture of any of these fatty to the slot and dimethylpolysiloxane. The hydrophilic component includes triethanolamine, monopropellant, polyvinylpyrrolidone and one or more components selected from glycerin, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol or mixtures thereof. The disadvantage of this cosmetic composition is that it does not have sufficient sorption properties, and also causes some difficulty uniform application to the skin and holding it.

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of removal of Nickel ions from the skin by sorption, ion exchange, and thereby reducing the number of Nickel ions in the surface and deep layers of the skin to prevent the development of allergic contact dermatitis.

This object is achieved in that the means for the prevention of allergic contact dermatitis caused by Nickel salts, contains natural zeolite (for example Golynskogo field with the selected fraction less than 0.25 mm) and base. It consists of a zeolite dispersed in the basis of starch gel in the following ratio, wt.%:

Heat the mixture on a water bath, stirring occasionally, until the formation of gel, then add in a starch gel zeolite, stirred and cooled to room temperature.

Water environment this gel allows you to implement sorption properties of zeolite as its pores are not clogged fatty cosmetic foundations, and gives the ability to extract Nickel ions due to both electrostatic interactions and surface sorption. Zeolite dispersed in a gel, which uniformly covers the skin when applied, well kept on the skin surface, is conveniently removed by flushing with water. The specified concentration of zeolite optimal in the proposed system for sorption, as the smaller the number the creation of the zeolite reduces the efficiency of sorption, and more difficult even applying to the skin as a result of increasing its viscosity and reduce adhesion to the skin.

The specified concentration of potato starch in the gel provides optimum viscosity of the system. The decrease in the concentration of starch in the gel and heated to 100 C (boiling) leads to liquefaction of the gel, and he can't keep in dispergirovannom state zeolite. Increasing the concentration of starch increases the viscosity of the system, which reduces the amount of free water required to create the environment for sorption.

The proposed method is as follows.

Prepare the gel by adding potato starch in water at room temperature at a ratio of components: potato starch 2,0-4,0%, water - the rest. Heat the mixture on a water bath, stirring occasionally, until gel formation. In the resulting starch gel type a zeolite powder and mix until smooth and cool to room temperature.

The specified amount of each component is optimal, as a further reduction in the concentration reduces the removal of Nickel from the surface of the skin, and increasing the concentration increases the viscosity of funds and reduces the adhesion with the surface of the skin, which also reduces the efficiency of removal of Nickel.

Use the tool by applying Nakago in the amount of 5-10 grams, leave on the skin for 5-10 minutes. Then the tool is removed, the washing water.
