SUBSTANCE: loader is designed for farm tractors furnished with standard hydraulically controlled, parallel lifting levers 1, 2 pivotally mounted on tractor rear part and equipped with central connection device 3 in tractor between two lifting levers. The present invention relates to a loading device for agricultural tractors.

One of the problems experienced by small farms is the need of the so-called front loading device, i.e. a vehicle such as a tractor, which includes two installed on the outer side hydraulically controlled lifting lever to support a bucket or lift fork seizure or any other instruments or devices at their free ends.

The problem arises from the fact that the retail price of such front lifting devices is too large in relation to the use of this vehicle, which means that small farms often have to do without a front loader.

Agricultural tractors not equipped with installed outside the lifting levers, and modification of such tractor through the installation of such levers is expensive.

The problem is solved by the present invention, which is the solution that makes it easy and cheap to supply traditional tractor working tool or instrument, so that the tractor can perform the function of a front loader.

Thus, the present invention relates to a loading device for villages in the agricultural tractors, equipped with a standard, hydraulically controlled, parallel lifting arms are pivotally mounted on the rear of the tractor and includes a Central connecting device in the tractor between the lifting levers, while the loading device differs in that it includes two parallel lever, which are designed for connection to the respective lift arms to be back generally in the longitudinal direction of the lifting levers, and the Central thrust, which can be hydraulically extended during operation, stands out from the Central connecting device in parallel lift arms, and the respective levers and the outer end the Central thrust adapted to attach to a running tool or weapon.

Both small and large traditional the ion tractor equipped with a standard, hydraulically controlled and parallel lifting arms attached to the rear of the tractor. The levers are designed to support the various working tools, such as plows, harrows and the like, and is able to ascend and descend as required.

The invention relates to a loading device for tractors, equipped with the standard, hydraulically controlled, parallel lifting arms 1, 2, pivotally connected to the rear part of the tractor and has a Central connecting device 3 in the tractor 4 between the above lifting levers 1, 2.

As will be clear from Figure 3, invented the loading device includes two parallel lever 5, 6, which are intended for attachment to the respective lift arms 1, 2 to be held back from the tractor, as a rule, in the longitudinal direction of the lifting levers 1, 2.

The Central rod 7, which can hydraulically be nominated during operation, stands out from the Central connecting device 3 parallel lift arms 1, 2 and the levers 5, 6.

The corresponding levers 5, 6 and the outer end of the Central thrust 7 are designed for connection to a working tool.

In accordance with one preferred embodiment corresponding lever is 5, 6 and the outer end 8, 9, 10 Central thrust 7 are designed for connection to the connecting device 11, to which must be attached a working tool 12. The ends 8, 9, 10 pivotally attached to the connecting device, while the tool is rigidly attached thereto.

Alternative appropriate levers 5, 6 and the outer end 8, 9, 10 Central thrust 7 can be adapted for direct connection with the working tool.

The loading device is made of a suitable steel material.

Despite the fact that the working tool 12 shown in the drawings in the form of a bucket or scoop, it should be understood that it may be in the form of any instrument or instruments, such as lifting the fork, gripping the crowbar or lever for lifting cement pipes, header or snow crab. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to any of these forms of the instrument. Also the invention is not limited to any particular design of the connecting device, as professionals in the art will be able to adapt the connecting means to the tool.

The levers 5, 6 and the tool 12 is raised in accordance with the lifting of the lifting levers 1, 2. The tool can be tilted, i.e. rotated around the horizontal the y axis, by changing the length of the Central rod.

The rotation range of the standard lifting levers is such that the levers will not form a sufficiently small angle with the vertical plane when the maximum lift; see Figure 5, which shows a lifting lever, when rotated to its final position.

Thus the levers 5, 6 are bent up in the area 13, 14 on the outside from the free ends 15, 16 of the lifting levers 1, 2, and near them. Thus is achieved a large lifting height of instrument at the same time allowing the tool to descend to ground level.

Figure 5 shows the rotation of the loading device in the vertical plane. In this case, the levers 5, 6 are designed for the lifting height of approximately 2.5 meters, which is sufficient for most work on a farm. Lifting height can be increased by lengthening the levers 5, 6. However, longer levers will reduce the maximum capacity of the weighing load.

In accordance with one preferred embodiment, the bending angle levers 5, 6 is adjustable, therefore you can change the maximum height of the lifting levers. In one simple embodiment, the corresponding levers 5, 6 are separated and rotary mounted on the hinge 27, the said parts of the levers are provided with holes 28 to 30, as shown in Figure 5, the La engagement pin (not shown), to hold the levers at the chosen angle of the bend.

In accordance with one preferred embodiment on the outer ends 8, 9 of the respective levers includes a hinge that is designed for supporting with the possibility of rotation of the connecting means of the tool or the tool itself. Hinge for pivoting connection to the tool 12 is provided at the free end 10 of the Central thrust 7.

In a preferred embodiment, the Central rod 7 includes along its length a hydraulic device of the piston-cylinder, which is used to change the length of the Central thrust, and the specified device is a hydraulic system of the tractor.

Preferably the free end 10 of the Central thrust 7 includes several mounting points 18-20 to communicate with the connecting device (11) or the tool (12) at mutually different distances from the opposite end 21 of the specified thrust. Connecting device 11 may also be provided with other connection points 22, 23 for attaching the free end of the Central thrust 7.

The Central connecting device 3 is also preferably provided with several connecting points 24 to 26 for engagement with the inner end of the Central thrust 7.

In accordance with one particularly preferred embodiment the corresponding levers 5, 6 are fastened their internal parts to the standard mounting means suitable lifting levers 1, 2 using cheques, cotter pin or the like means 31. Also preferably, the corresponding levers 5, 6 are performed by the same amount under the relevant lifting levers 1, 2 and adjacent to the bottom side of these lifting levers, as shown in Figure 3. This means that the pins 31 in this embodiment are the means of the Foundation required for the effective connection of the levers to lift arms, thus allowing the corresponding invention the loading device to be secured in a very simple way.

It is obvious that the present invention provides an easy and inexpensive solution to the problem mentioned in the introduction.

Although the invention has been described above with reference to several embodiments, the specialist in the art it is clear that the design of the loading device can be changed.

Thus, the invention should not be regarded as grannycinema above described and illustrated versions of the implementation, as in the framework of the following claims can be made various modifications.

6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the Central thrust (7) includes along its length a hydraulic device (17) of the piston-cylinder, which is designed for changing the length of the Central rod.

7. The device according to claim 1, characterized mounting points (18-20, 22, 23) at the free end of the Central thrust (7) for cooperation with the connecting means (11) or the working tool (12) at mutually different distances from the opposite end of the Central rod.

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the levers (5, 6) are mounted with their inner parts to the standard mounting means suitable lifting levers (1, 2), equipped checks, pins and the like means (31), while the corresponding levers (5, 6) are to some extent under appropriate is podyemnye levers (1, 2) for abutment against the lower side of the respective lifting arms.
