According to proposed method, flow of hydrocarbon raw material is exposed to action of electric field, with schungite being introduced into flow of hydrocarbon raw material. Device has housing, and least one electrode installed in housing and designed to excite electric field. Schungite is placed inside housing for contact with hydrocarbon raw material.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of hydrocarbon raw material at operation of engines of different types, reduced smoke content in exhaust gases.

The invention relates to the field of processing of various hydrocarbons: petroleum products, fuel, gas medium in an electrostatic or electromagnetic field, and can be used in various technological processes, as in the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials with the aim of increasing the output of light petroleum products, and the preparation of its combustion in various power plants to improve technical and economic performance when working machines, mechanisms and other units that use jets, turboprops, as well as other types of internal combustion engines (ice).

It is known that exposure to constant or variable electric (electromagnetic) field for hydrocarbons is significantly improving its technical and operational characteristics (U.S. Patent No. 3804492, F02 27/04, publ. 1974), (Patent of Russian Federation №2038506, F02 27/04, publ. 1995) (Patent of Russian Federation №2153594, F02 27/04, publ. 2000) (Patent of Russian Federation №2215172, F02 27/04, publ. 2003). This is primarily due to the fact that under the influence of electric field on the flow of hydrocarbons it is additionally energeticists and splintered into smaller factions. However, the improvement of technical and operational characteristics of hydrocarbons when exposed to an electric field is limited to Ave the property by the power source of the electric field and, in addition, when increasing the power source of the electric field above a certain threshold technical and operational characteristics of hydrocarbons practically not improved.

At the present time it is known the use of natural mineral shungite as additives to oils to reduce friction and viscosity (Patents of the Russian Federation№2135638, 2149741, 2183661, 2201998, 2217481) or as catalyst (SU # 1414447). The use of shungite in the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials hitherto not been studied.

The present invention is devoted to the further improvement of technical and operational characteristics of the hydrocarbon feedstock that is to be solved by the invention of the task.

The technical result that can be obtained by carrying out the method - improving the efficiency of processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, increasing its savings in the operation of various types of engines, reducing the opacity of the exhaust gases when burning.

The technical result that can be obtained when performing device - improving the efficiency of processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, increasing efficiency, simplifying the design and reducing the size.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing of definite metered amount of water with fuel and keeping of mixture in continuous motion during definite period of time followed by feeding the emulsion to fuel injector of power plant. Unexpended portion of emulsion after previous emulsification cycle is not mixed with new portion of emulsion whose concentration differs from previous one. Water-and-fuel emulsion is prepared separately for each mode of operation of power plant in separate stabilizers-accumulators. Emulsion is fed to power plant till complete consumption. Empty stabilizer-accumulator is filled at new concentration of water corresponding to present state of power plant which is supplied during this period of time from another stabilizer-accumulator. Volume of water-and-fuel emulsion is so selected that time of its consumption from one stabilizer-accumulator is sufficient for homogenization of water-and-fuel emulsion in another stabilizer-accumulator which is achieved due to repeated rotation and emulsification in closed loop. Device proposed for preparation of water-and-fuel emulsion includes emulsifier and controllable metering and change-over units. Introduced additionally between emulsifier and fuel injectors of power plant are stabilizers-accumulators connected with water and fuel supply passages at inlet and with emulsifier at outlet; water-and-fuel emulsion is fed from them to power plant for combustion. Volumes "V" of stabilizers-accumulators are determined depending on filling time "t" required for homogenization of water-and-fuel emulsion at preset flow water "F" by the following formula V=tF. Stabilizers-accumulators are made in form of reservoirs connected to fuel loops; swirlers mounted at their inlets are used for rotation and acceleration of homogenization of water-and-fuel mixture.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method to prepare and deliver fuel-water emulsion into internal combustion engine and remove non-used fuel-water emulsion from standard fuel system includes delivery of fuel, water, and liquid additions, their mixing to from homogeneous emulsion and delivery of said emulsion into standard fuel system. Two emulsifiers are used to emulsify components. First emulsifier operates for suction from standard fuel pump, and second one operates for delivery from the same pump. Proposed system for preparation and delivery of fuel-water emulsion into internal combustion engine and removal of non-used fuel-water emulsion from standard fuel system contains fuel tank, reservoir with water, water filter, fuel filter, meters, standard fuel pump, fuel-feed pump and first emulsifier. System contains also second emulsifier and container with additions. First emulsifier operates for suction from standard fuel pump, and second emulsifier operates for delivery from the same pump. Fuel-feed pump provides evacuation of non-used fuel-water emulsion from standard fuel system after stopping of internal combustion engine and it feeds pure fuel into standard fuel system when switching on ignition.

EFFECT: possibility of preparation of fuel-water emulsion which can be used in engines without modification of standard fuel system.

Proposed method includes standard fuel system, fuel-feed and rotor-impulse type mixer. Two flows are formed independently and supplied to cylinders: pure flow by standard fuel system and fuel-water emulsion flow by rotor-impulse mixer.

EFFECT: increased power rating improved ecological characteristics, possibility of using low-octane fuel.

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines with supercharging.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device to control supercharging pressure of internal combustion engine had turbosupercharge with compressor having air pressure line connected with engine combustion chamber through mixer of products of pyrolysis and air, and drive steam turbine whose inlet is connected with outlet of water-steam space of cooling-evaporating set, and outlet is connected with mixer of fuel fumes and water steam. Device is furnished with evaporating heat accumulating set with housing accommodating rigidly installed outer and inner cylindrical pipes. Surface of inner pipes is ribbed. Space between inner and outer pipes is filled with heat-accumulating material, for instance, alloy of aluminum and silicon. Holes are made in lower part of evaporating heat-accumulating set and nozzles connected with water pump are fitted in said holes. Inlet of steam turbine is connected with outlet of steam space of evaporating heat-accumulating set by means of pipelines connected by branch pipe. Evaporating heat accumulating set is arranged in exhaust manifold.

EFFECT: reduced toxicity, increased economy and efficiency of internal combustion engine in operation.

SUBSTANCE: fuel system comprises fuel tank, filter, pump, heater for preliminary heating of the engine, nozzle secured to the head of the cylinder block, activators of the Diesel fuel, fuel pipeline with by-pass line, additional by-pass line with insert shaped into a paraboloid of rotation, and control valve mounted upstream of the nozzle. The additional by-pass line is provided with a batching valve made in block with the insert secured to the block head. The outer side of the batching valve is provided with the device made of a pressure-tight shell separated by the baffle into two sections. The first section receives metal hydride, and the second section receives the pump for supplying hydrogen to the zone of injection. The baffle has a port made of a palladium alloy. The first section receives heaters mounted at the metal hydride and port. The second section receives the pump provided with the pipeline for supplying hydrogen terminated in the zone of injection of the batching valve and sealed during pauses between injections of Diesel fuel by means of a needle that is kinematically connected with the pump for supplying hydrogen to the zone of injection.

EFFECT: improved starting engine at low temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: method of operation of water dissociator includes supply of electromagnetic from SHF generator through coupling device into cylinder of internal combustion engine, parametric amplification of oscillations in movement of piston from bottom dead center to top dead center, formation of SHF discharge when piston reaches top center and subsequent injection of water through nozzle into SHF discharge. Water is injected into SHF discharge in form of steam, and electromagnetic oscillations supplied to cylinder are modulated in amplitude. Steam is formed in nozzle. Plasma liquid disperser is used as nozzle. Electromagnetic wave type Hon is excite in cylinder by coupling device.

SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to enlarge operating capabilities by provision of control of delivery of liquid into overpiston space of cylinder depending on operating conditions of internal combustion engine. Proposed method of operation of four-stroke internal combustion engine includes intake of air or fuel-air mixture into overpiston space of cylinder at first stroke, compression and ignition at second stroke, combustion of fuel-air mixture for converting energy of expanding combustion products into rotation of shaft and delivery of liquid into overpiston space of cylinder when pressure in overpiston space of cylinder drops at third stroke, and discharge of combustion products from cylinder into atmosphere at fourth stroke. Pressure drop in overpiston space of cylinder at third stroke is determined by signal received from analog device connected with cylinder and liquid feed nozzle.
