SUBSTANCE: falsification-protected information carrier has at least one section imprinted using metallographic printing method, which consists of profiled lines which constitute an image. The imprinted section is made of profiled lines, colored along whole length, alternating with profiled lines, having colored and non-colored profiled sections along their length.

EFFECT: ensured production of falsification-protected information carrier with an image, which is used for visual or machine-readable control of authenticity.

A known method of manufacturing securities, including the effects of metallographic printing form on a medium to transfer ink layer followed by the formation of the image to protect the paper from a fake. Use of metallographic printed form, on the surface of which is made in-depth line. According to this method are valuable paper with the printed image to be used for protection of securities from counterfeiting and to determine their authenticity (patent RU №2249640 - prototype).

The limitation of this method of manufacture is protected from a fake media is of sufficient complexity of visual authenticity control of media as possible instability obtain a clear transition between the different sections of the colorful terrain along the length of the recessed lines of the form.

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is to increase the efficiency of control of authenticity of the media, both visual and machine-readable.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the media, tamper with, at least one of sabachtani the way metallographic printing area, consisting of embossed lines forming the image according to the invention the sealed area is made of embossed lines painted along the entire length, alternating with raised lines along the length of the lines painted and unpainted relief areas.

The implementation of the invention is illustrated by the following drawings.

Figure 1 shows the image on the medium information received by the first version of the runtime.

The sealed area on the storage medium in figure 1 consists of embossed lines 1, 2. Line 1 have a layer of paint over the entire length and alternate with relief lines 2, with the length of the colored sections 3 and unpainted embossed areas 4. Sections 5 line 2 is in contact with the partitions located on the recessed lines of metallographic printing plate, and located between the colored sections 3 and unpainted embossed areas 4. Position 6 in the image marked the boundary of the contact pattern, which is used to paint on some areas of the printing form.

A method of manufacturing a tamper-resistant storage media includes sealing using metallographic printing form, at least one of the sections on the media to use the resulting images for the authenticity control. Use of metallographic printing plate from the printing elements in the form of recessed lines along the generatrix of the plate cylinder and/or at an angle to the generatrix, with some lines made with walls that reach the surface of the mold and/or below the surface of the mold. Roll the paint carried out on separate sections of the form (in the image corresponds to section 6), and not on the cuffs rolled paint sections of the form provide the filling paint lines without walls along their entire length by extrusion paint along the lines beyond the boundaries of the template (section lines 7) and provide relief unpainted areas 4 on the lines of the image when the contact of the media with a plot of recessed lines on the printed form, located between the partitions. Roll the paint on some parts of the form can be made with different color paints with getting painted different colors parcel lines.

Sealed plot in figure 4 is an image consisting of embossed lines 1, 2. Line 1 painted along the entire length. Sections 6 painted different colors and at the junction of 7 different colors smoothly one into the other. Line 2 has a sharp transition 5 at the junction of inks of different colors.

A method of manufacturing a variant is protected from a fake media (figure 4) includes sealing using metallographic printing form, at least one of the sections on the media to use the resulting images for the authenticity control. Use of metallographic printing plate from the printing elements in the form of recessed lines along the generatrix of the plate cylinder and/or at an angle to the generatrix, with lines made with a partition reaching the surface of the form, and forward the paint carried out in some areas of the shapes of different color paints. On the cuffs rolled paint sections of the form provide the extrusion of ink to fill the ink lines without walls along their entire length with getting a smooth transition 7 colors at their junction and ensure the allow obtaining relief painted sections on the lines with the partition, with a sharp transition 5 colors at their junction.

The proposed methods allow to obtain protected from a fake medium with the image to be used for visual or machine-readable authenticity control.

This invention can be used in the manufacture of various types of securities.

1. The storage medium is protected from a fake, having at least one sealed way metallographic printing area, consisting of embossed lines forming the image, wherein the sealed area is made of embossed lines painted along the entire length, alternating with raised lines along the length of the lines painted and unpainted relief areas.

2. The information carrier according to claim 1, characterized in that the uncolored areas form the image or machine readable information.

3. The information carrier according to claim 1, characterized in that the uncolored areas have different lengths along the lines of the image.

4. The information carrier according to claim 1, characterized in that the colored areas along the length of the lines painted in different colors.

5. A method of manufacturing a tamper media, including the sealing using metallographic printing form, at least one of the sections to carry the e information to use the resulting images for authenticity control characterized in that the use of metallographic printing plate from the printing elements in the form of recessed lines along the generatrix of the plate cylinder and/or at an angle to the generatrix, with some lines made with walls that reach the surface of the printing form and/or below the surface of the printing form, and forward the paint carried out on separate sections of the printing form, and not on the cuffs rolled paint sections of the printing form provide filling paint lines without walls along their entire length by extrusion paint along the line and provide relief unpainted sections on the lines between the partitions.

6. The method according to claim 5, characterized in that the roll forward of paint on some areas of the printing form carried out with different color paints.

7. The storage medium is protected from a fake, having at least one sealed way metallographic printing area, consisting of embossed lines forming the image, wherein the sealed area is made of embossed lines painted along the entire length of inks of different colors, is made with alternating lines at the junction of different colors with a smooth colorful transition and/or a sharp transition.

8. A method of manufacturing a tamper media, including the sealing of the application of metallographic printing form, at least one of the sections on the media to use the resulting images for the authenticity control, characterized in that the use of metallographic printing plate from the printing elements in the form of recessed lines along the generatrix of the plate cylinder and/or at an angle to the generatrix, with lines made with a partition reaching the surface of the printing form, and forward the paint carried out on separate sections of the printing form different color inks, and the cuffs rolled paint sections of the printing form provide the extrusion of ink to fill the ink lines without walls along their entire length with getting a smooth transition of colors at their junction and provide relief-stained sections on lines with a partition, with a sharp transition of colors at their junction.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining authenticity of polygraphic product on basis of concealed information in printed image includes marking, encoding of input image using a program in computer system, decoding of printed image. Marking and encoding of input image are performed by changing optical density of internal areas of input image and following reflection of that change through printing elements of printing form in printed images in accordance to resolution of printing process. Alteration of optical density of internal areas of input image is performed according to given program with placement of changed areas across whole internal field of input image using doubled marks and encoded information on various internal sections of input image. During the check, reading of encoded information from printed image is performed, information is decoded and authenticity of polygraphic product is determined.

FIELD: printing technologies.

SUBSTANCE: steel printing form for deep printing contains on its surface at least one first section with printing structures, meant for producing an imprint by deep printing method, and at least one second section with structures intended for stamping, size of which is less than 100 micrometers. Parts of structures which are closest to the surface of printing form are positioned at a distance from 20 to 100 micrometers below level of printing form surface.

EFFECT: ensured stamping of securities and their simultaneous printing with usage of a single steel printing form for deep printing, and also high protection of securities from forgery is ensured.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to a method of printing allowing protection of printing materials against counterfeit reprints, for instance in fabrication of banknotes, shares, checks, and other valuable paper documents. Invention provides printing liquid for printing through narrow nozzles onto objects, in particular when fabricating banknotes, shares, and checks, which liquid comprises carrying medium and nanoparticles of metal salts in the form of crystalline solid particles having average diameter less than 300 nm, which fluorescent and phosphorescent when excited by UV emission of the A, B, or C band, or visual light, while emitted fluorescent and phosphorescent waves do not lie in the visual light frequency region and excitation frequency region and emission frequency region are shifted in frequency scale. Nanoparticles contain enhancing additives of at least one type having excitation and emission frequency ranges corresponding to fluorescence and phosphorescence. Provided is also printing method including injecting of above-described liquid(s) through one or several narrow nozzles, which are regulated individually or by groups in relation to availability or lack of printing liquid and in relation to duration or intensity of flowing of printing liquid. Printing method is either piezoelectric method or jet printing one. Employment of proposed liquid for ink-pots and object marking, in particular when fabricating banknotes, shares, and checks involving printing equipment provided with one or several narrow nozzles is also described.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used in production of the optically changeable pigments. The optically changeable pigment includes the stratified set composed of the different materials, in which, at least, one of the layers represents the reflecting layer and, at least, one of the other layers represents the dielectric layer. At least, one of the surfaces of the indicated layers is subjected to the chemical action. The invention allows to diminish oxidation of the metallic layers and dissolution of the dielectric layers of the optically changeable pigment and to use it in the compositions of the printing paint.

FIELD: protective elements for documents.

SUBSTANCE: protective element contains at least two adjacently positioned zones without metallic materials. One of aforementioned zones has a layer of material, light refraction of which changes with change of light falling angle. Another zone has a layer of material with constant reflection. At least one of aforementioned zones forms sections without material for forming graphic markings and signs, which may be visually detected.

SUBSTANCE: proposed printing ink contains dyes or pigments of expanded or hyperchromatic color space which is not reproduced by means of standard 4-color reproducing equipment. Identification of marking includes mathematical conversion of non-processed spectral information into statically independent hyperchromatic coordinates and comparison of selected hyperchromatic coordinates with respective standard magnitudes. FIELD: printing form for printing of, in particular, securities and documents, and a printing method.

SUBSTANCE: printing form contains, at least, two functional layers 1 and 2, first one of which is made with through printing elements 3 and 4 for transferring painted image directly onto carrier material 5. Printing form has means 8 for tearing paint layer and redistributing paint in printing elements between layers, which means may be made in form of a mesh or honeycombed structure between layers 1 and 2. In accordance to invention, printing method includes transferring form pattern onto carrier material by means of described printing form, while during printing pressure is created in printing zone, value of which exceeds the yield point value of the carrier material.

SUBSTANCE: protective member is formed as color layer applied to substrate and having color-free portions produced by exposing color layer to laser radiation for forming of image detected by visual control. SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used in production of the optically changeable pigments.
