SUBSTANCE: method involves removing hematoma from cavity by means of puncture needle. Then, 3% hydrogen peroxide solution is introduced into the cavity through the same needle in the amount of one-half taken blood volume and left for 3-5 min. Then, the hydrogen peroxide solution is removed and ozonized biological glue is introduced into the cavity in the amount equal to 1/4-1/3 of aspirated blood volume. The hematoma localization area pressed with tampon for 2-3 min.

EFFECT: reliable hemostasis; accelerated wound cleansing; improved recovery process.

 

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in the treatment of post-traumatic podkapsulnaya hematomas parenchymatous organs.

Known methods of treatment podkapsulnaya hematomas of the liver, spleen, kidneys: a conservative way, puncture, puncture drainage, repeated puncture under ultrasound control in the dynamics (Mishin V.Y., Abalmasov KG, 1998), and others do not always provide satisfactory results, it is technically difficult, do not eliminate cavity hematoma, lead to the formation of cysts, encapsulation, suppuration.

This method has the following disadvantages: technical complexity, it is necessary the presence and mastery of the technique, dynamic observations up to 14 days, the method does not eliminate the cavity hematoma does not prevent the contraction in the Finance cysts, suppuration, the method cannot be used for bruises visceral surface of the bodies.
