Proposed sluice feeder has housing with holes accommodating rotor with radially arranged blades, charging and discharge branch pipes and thrust plate. Said thrust plate is installed in charging branch pipe, it is attached at one side to wall of charging branch pipe housing, and at other side it is installed for displacement relative to said wall by means of adjusting device found on outer surface of branch pipe. Housing of charging branch pipe is rectangular, and thrust plate is installed for displacement to stop at arrangement at angle of 20-30° to housing of changing branch pipe. Adjusting device is made in form of plunger with shock absorber which are arranged in hermetic housing. Plunger is made for movement in hole of said wall to thrust plate.

The invention relates to discharge devices for feeding and dosing of bulk materials, such as titanium sponge, in particular the gateway to the feeders.

Known rotary feeder (patent RU №2209172, publ. 27.07.2003), comprising a housing, inlet and outlet connections, a rotor with blades located at a tangent to its surface, while the blades on the rotor is fixed at a distance from the rotation axis, greater than half the width of an inlet pipe, and the bottom wall of the exhaust pipe is tangent to the surface of the body.

The disadvantage of this feeder is that the use of this device does not allow you to download the crushed sponge material with a rough porous surface and different size, such as titanium sponge, which has the ability to grapple with the material (metal) blades of the feeder and with the housing of the loading pipe. This makes it difficult to supply this material in a rotary device, the uneven surface of the crushed sponge material stuck between the blades or between the blade and the body of the feeder, which leads to private downtime and thus to reduce the performance of the feeder.

Known rotary feeder (A.S. USSR №1567479, publ. 30.05.1990, bul)containing a cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet patrol the AMI, edges which form an angle with the apex directed in the direction of rotation of the rotor mounted in the housing, the shaft of which is mounted the blade, forming a cell. The blades are made on the free end with slots, increasing in cross section in a direction opposite to the rotation of the rotor and located in a vertical plane passing through the vertices of the angles formed by the edges of the Windows.

The technical result is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prototype and can improve performance airlock feeder by eliminating downtime of the rotary feeder. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed rotary feeder for bulk material, such as titanium sponge, comprising a housing with holes, into which you installed the rotor blades arranged radially, inlet and outlet nozzles, thrust plate, which is installed in the boot socket and with one side attached to the wall of the housing of the loading branch pipe, and on the other hand mounted for movement relative to the wall using the control device, placed on the outer surface of the pipe, while in the above-mentioned wall under thrust plate made hole, what's new is that the housing of the loading pipe is made of rectangular shape, the thrust plate is installed with the possibility of moving her to another by placing it at an angle of 20-30° the housing of the loading tube, the adjusting device is designed as a plunger with a shock absorber that is placed in a sealed housing, and the plunger is made with a possibility of movement in the hole mentioned wall to the thrust plate.

The definition from the list of identified unique prototype as the most similar set of features analogue, has allowed to establish the essential towards perceived by the applicant to the technical result of the distinctive features in the claimed device - shluzova the feeder set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "novelty."

To verify compliance of the claimed invention the term "inventive step", the applicant conducted an additional search of the known solutions to identify signs that match the distinctive features of the prototype of the characteristics of the claimed device. The stated signs are new and are not derived explicitly for the specialist, as in the prior art, a particular applicant identified the influence provided the essential features of the claimed invention transformations to achieve a technical result. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "inventive step".
