The invention relates to shipbuilding, namely, devices for vallingby transborder transportation trucks from the block-sections of the vessel at the trigger position in the construction of vessels berth on the line.

Known transport system for longitudinal and transverse movement on the territory of the shipyard blocks, modules and ships, including transverse beams, stacker trucks and two protransporte, each of which has a sectional beam, supported on the undercarriage lateral movement, each section associated with at least three driving trucks, and adjustable jacks of pretranslation combined into three groups, with the hydraulic Jack of the first and second groups are located respectively on the first and second protransporte, and the hydraulic jacks of the third group are located on both protransporte. Ship-carrying train berth trucks powered by cable trolleys 3 and the electric motor drives and pump systems for transfer via cable reels (see p. RU # 2067061, IPC-6, VS 3/00).

The disadvantages of the known transport system is the bulkiness and complexity of the structure, providing a power stacker cart and transfer, and the inability to use the system on the inclined track sections of the slip for dostavka the block-sections of the vessel to berth line, located near transbordering the pit.

The closest transport system to declare the transport system containing crane transport block sections of the ship to the slipway and the mechanism for moving the block-sections along the staple line containing the stacker cart with runners, equipped with a cable winch mechanism move along the rails of the machine. In addition, the cart is equipped with a platform and a self-centering dock supports individual drive them up (see A.S. SU # 1411215, MPK-4, WS 5/00).

The disadvantages of the known transport system is not a high capacity crane mechanism for transporting sections of the hull to the slipway, as well as low capacity stacker truck.

The technical result of the claimed technical solution is to increase the capacity of the system and its technological capabilities.

The technical result is achieved that the transport system to move the block-sections of the hull containing the mechanism for moving the block-sections along the slipway, including under the truck with a cable winch mechanism of its movement on the track slips and mechanism for moving the sections from the shed to the slipway, the mechanism for moving the block-sections along the slipway and mechanismbuilding block-sections from the shed to the slipway performed in a single system, including transborder truck, equipped with a unified cable winch mechanisms of their travel along the track, comprising at least two horizontal longitudinal branch, a branch of the slip and cross them across the branch, with the cable winch mechanisms are located on the longitudinal rail routes for the movement of trucks on the horizontal portions of the rails of the longitudinal, lateral branches, and branches of the slip, and two concurrent cable winch mechanism with the mirror arrangement to move the cart on the inclined section of the branches of the slip, the traction ropes with a double pulley and egalitarian traverse through the blocks sheave pulleys are connected with ropes balance beam, fixed through pull on the cart.

Implementation mechanisms move the block-sections along the slipway and from the shed to the slipway in a single system, including transborder truck, equipped with a cable winch mechanisms of their travel along the horizontal portions of the rails of the branch building, trailing branches, branches of the slip and lateral branches, and two cable winch mechanism with the mirror arrangement to move the cart on the inclined section of the branches of the slip, the traction ropes with a double pulley and uranit the traverse through and through blocks sheave pulleys are connected with ropes balance beam, pinned via pull cart allows you to move significantly loaded transborder truck not only horizontally placed on the branches of the rails, but also on the inclined branch of the slip, providing a fourfold increased effort on the descent, which increases the capacity and technological capabilities of the system as a whole.

Transport system for moving the sections of the hull from the shed to the slipway and along the slipway for the formation of the hull works as follows.

Fixed spreader rope drum hoist mechanism 7 on transbordering cart 1 includes a winch drive and move transborder cart with the placed block section of the hull from the shed along the longitudinal branch 2 rail track to the intersection with the transverse branch 5. Traction winch winch mechanism 7 is located along the axis of the longitudinal path, and a traction rope is not kinked. Traction winch speed with minimalist guest who enoy speed of 0.05 m/s and a traction force of 15 tons is additionally equipped with a remote control for short-term launches at joining transbordering trolley with rails transverse branch 5. After installing transbordering truck on the rails transverse branch 5 traverse rope winch mechanism 7 is detached, and on the side of the truck is fixed traverse rope drum similar to the winch mechanism 8, located parallel to the second longitudinal branch 3 rail track. When enabled, winches winch mechanism 8 rope through horizontal outlet box, changing the direction of movement of the rope 90°moves the cart to the intersection with rails branches of slip 4. The attachment of the bar to the cart and pulling the rope carried out easily removable fingers and axes. During the further transport of transbordering truck on rails branches of the slip 4 to track branch building 6 is used on the horizontal section hoist mechanism 7 that is applied at stage 1 with horizontal drainage blocks, providing the traction rope four points (A; B; C; D) bend 90°. During the descent transbordering truck on the incline railway branch of the slip 4 are used winch mechanisms 10, 11, having a mirrored layout, while the traverse 12 slots 13 is attached through a connecting rod 14 to transbordering the trolley, and the thimbles 15 egalitarian rope 16 is connected with a traction rope winches through wagon blocks sheave pulleys 17. After descending transbordering truck to wet the building 6 attach the yoke of the cable winch mechanism 9 and move the trolley along the lines of stocks, forming the hull of the vessel.
