Main cutting edge is shaped as convex broken line defining obtuse angle at apex thereof. The obtuse angle is equal to 180-α. End support surface is congruous to main cutting edge. The invention relates to mining, namely the unified cutters for drilling tools, mainly cutting type.

Known unified cutter for drilling tool including a shank and a head with the main cutting edge, the inner and outer side faces, made with an inclination in the direction of the main cutting edge, and the end bearing surface, perpendicular to where the shank (Katanov B.A., Sathin MS Tool for drilling blast holes in quarries. - M.: Nedra, 1989. p.44 - 173 C.).

The lack of unified data cutters when they are placed on the housing of the drilling tool is a low strength of its cutting edges that are in the blocked state when drilling hard formations and increased wear on the housing of the drilling tool during the drilling of the abrasive rocks due to the inability of the education of these cutters continuous cutting edge. In addition, the head design unified cutter with curved surfaces is complicated to manufacture.

Also known unified cutter for drilling tool including a shank and a head with the main cutting edge, the inner and outer side faces, made parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cutter, and the end bearing surface, perpendicular to where the shank (Burows yunye works in coal mines / Nahrain and other - M.: Nedra, 1967. - p.54. 254 C.). This cutter has a streamlined head design, due to the presence of rectilinear planes, and increased durability of the cutting edges, because of the possibility to form when installed on the housing of the drilling tool a continuous cutting edge.

The lack of unified data cutters, when they are placed on the housing of the drilling tool, is low wear their cutting edges and the body of the tool when drilling a strong abrasive rocks, because of the impossibility of the formation of a solid cutting edge in the form of a convex broken line with variable angle, evenly decreasing with distance from the axis of the tool.

Closest to the invention is a unified cutter for drilling tool including a shank and a head with the main cutting edge, mounted to the bottom surface at an acute angle a, the inner side face, is made parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cutter, the outer lateral side, made with an inclination to the longitudinal axis of the cutter in the direction of the shank, and the end bearing surface, perpendicular to where the shank and parallel to the main cutting edge (A.S. USSR №1373808, CL IS 25/38, 15.02.88, bull. No. 6).

Data unified cutters are easy to manufacture, and when installed on the housing of the drilling tool which allow to form a continuous cutting blade in the form of a convex broken line, each segment of which is at an acute angle α to the instrument axis, uniformly decreasing with distance from the axis, which improves their wear resistance when drilling monolithic abrasive rocks.

The lack of unified data cutters when they are placed on the housing of the drilling tool during the drilling of a strong fractured rocks is low strength of the sharp corners of their cutting edges formed by the intersection of the outer side face of the main cutting edge due to the fact that the latter is placed in the most loaded nodes (stress risers) continuous cutting edge. The failure of even part of the main cutting edge in its most loaded part leads to rapid wear of the entire head of unified cutter.

The invention aims to improve the durability unified cutters by increasing the strength of their cutting edges.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in a unified cutter for drilling tool including a shank and a head with the main cutting edge, mounted to the bottom surface at an acute angle αinternal lateral face, made parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cutter, the outer lateral side, made with an inclination to the longitudinal axis of the cutter in the direction of the shank, and the end bearing surface, perpendic the regular hosting the shank and parallel to the main cutting edge, the main cutting edge unified cutter made in the form of a convex broken line, containing at the vertex of the obtuse angle, equal to 180°-αwhile the end bearing surface congruent main cutting edge and the outer side face perpendicular to it.

Unified cutter for drilling tool consists of a head 1 and a shank 2. Front face of the cutter head 1 is reinforced by a plate 3 wear-resistant material. It has a main cutting edge 4, mounted to the bottom surface at an acute angle αinternal (from the longitudinal axis of the tool) 5 or the outer side of the periphery of the tool) 6 side faces and end bearing surface 7.

The inner side face 5 of the cutter head 1 is formed by the intersection of the front face of the cutter head 1 with the inner side face, is made parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cutter. The outer face 6 of the cutter head 1 is formed by the intersection of the front face of the cutter head 1 external side face is made with an inclination to the longitudinal axis of the cutter in the direction of the shank 2.

Shanks 2 unified cutters are inserted into special slots on the feathers of the body of the drilling tool. This inner edge 5 of the first from the axis of the tool unified cutter forms an angle solution splitting, and the main cutting edges 4 unified incisors form a continuous cutting edge pen drilling tool in the form of a convex broken line, each segment of which is at an acute angle α to the instrument axis, uniformly decreasing with distance from the axis.

In the process of drilling a straight angle plate 3 between the inner 5 and 4 main cutting edges, the first from the axis of the drilling tool, unified cutter is experiencing heavy loads, as it destroys the rock around the core formed on the bottom of the borehole due to the presence of splitting on the instrument. During the passage of strong fractured rocks vertex 9 of the main cutting edges 4, due to the presence of an obtuse angle, also successfully withstand large workloads formed on them, as on the hub on which rajini. The strength of the angles formed by the intersection of the outer side face 6 with the main cutting edge 4 is also increased, on the one hand, due to the fact that they made straight, and on the other, due to the fact that they are not on the tops of the main cutting edges 4, and to a less loaded straight parts of a solid, cutting edge.

This solution allows to increase the strength of the cutting edges unified cutters and, in General, their durability when drilling a strong fractured rocks. In addition, the implementation of end support surface uniform cutter congruent main cutting edge, not only simplifies its manufacture, but also leads to the existence of two reference planes located at a certain angle (in this case 180°-α), which reduces the load on the unified shank cutters located on the periphery of the drilling tool when removing it from the hole.

The cutting tool for disintegration of coal and other mine rocks consists of a tool holder with a lengthwise passage for water supply and a cutting tool cartridge as a core with through microcanals connecting the surface of the cutting tool cartridge working part with the lengthwise passage of the tool holder. Outlet holes of the microcanals on the surface of the cutting tool cartridge are made as contour rows positioned throughout the entire length of the working surface forming a cone. This structure increases the distance between the rows of the outlet holes as it gets further away from the top of the core, and the density of distribution of the microcanal external holes on the working surface of the cutting tool cartridge rises toward the top of the core.
