SUBSTANCE: cutter-loader drum comprises cylindrical body with outer cylindrical surface, guiding members extending from cylindrical surface. Each guiding member is inclined relatively longitudinal drum axis. Each guiding member has a number of cutters having front surface, rear surface and side surfaces arranged so that front and rear surfaces are located between side ones. As drum rotates the cutters pass along cutting paths. Cutters moving along adjacent paths are spaced 30-100 mm apart in longitudinal direction. Said distance is measured between neighboring side surfaces of cutters moving along adjacent paths.

EFFECT: elimination or reduction of cutter wear and dust generation.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to a drum-mining machines and in particular to the arrangement of cutters on the reels mountain combines continuous action.

Background of invention

Mountain combines continuous use for coal. However, their use in subterranean formations containing solid rock.

Drum mountain combine continuous action contains, essentially, a cylindrical housing, which act as guiding elements. Each guide contains a lot of cutters mounted thereon. The cutters can be pointed configuration or, in another embodiment, in the form of bits. So, in the international application PCT/AU01/00960 (international publication WO 02/12677 A2), describes the drum mountain combine continuous with the cutters in the form of bits. That is, these cutters have a front surface and a rear surface which converge toward the cutting edge.

The location of the cutters on the guide elements is called the schema of a set of cutters. When the drum rotates, each cutter follows the line of cut.

Known schemes set of cutters have a number of shortcomings, including the lack of minimizing wear of the incisor teeth and dust.

The purpose of the invention

The purpose of this image is to be placed is to eliminate or significantly weakening, at least one of the aforementioned disadvantages.

The invention

In accordance with the first preferred embodiment, the drum mountain combine continuous action is designed to operate on coal, while the cutters posted by 50-90 mm

In accordance with another preferred embodiment, each R the set of technical documents has a cutting edge length of about 30 mm

In accordance with yet another preferred embodiment, only one cutter is designed for a single cutting line.

In accordance with an additional preferred embodiment, at least two cutter designed for a single cutting line.

In accordance with another preferred embodiment, the guide elements are at an angle relative to said axis, comprising from 10 to 30°.

A detailed description of the preferred embodiments

Figure 1 shows a drum 10th mountain combine continuous action. The drum 10 includes, essentially, a cylindrical housing 11 with the outer cylindrical surface 12. From the top of the spine 12 are guide members 13 and end supporting element 14. Each guide element 13 is held at an angle and longitudinally relative to the longitudinal axis 15 of the drum 10. In addition, each supporting element 13 is radially outward from the surface 12 with respect to axis 15.

Each guide element 13 there are many cutters 16 at an angle of from 40 to 55°. The cutters 16 is fixed relative to the corresponding guide element 13 and protrude from it outwards with respect to axis 15. Overall the ring also contains the cutters 16, which also protrude outwards relative to the axis 15.

For example, if the drum 10 is designed to operate on coal, the drum will rotate around the axis 15 and to move inside of a coal seam. The cutters 16 gear coal and separate it from the reservoir, and then it is fed to the conveyor device. Each cutter 16 during rotation of the drum 10 moves along the line (trajectory) of the cutting.

It should be understood that the drum 10, is depicted in figure 1, similar to the drum, opened in the aforementioned international patent application.

Each cutter 16 includes a shank 17, which cutter 16 is attached to the corresponding guide element 13. The outer end of the shank 17 is equipped with a cutting head 18, which contains the front surface 19 and a rear surface 20. Surfaces 19 and 20 converge from the axis 15 to the cutting edge 21. Surfaces 19 and 20 are held between the at side surfaces 22.

The end 23 of the shank 17 is placed into the sleeve and the holder mounted on the respective support element 13.

The cutters 16 are under the scheme of the set of cutters. Two schemes set of cutters shown in figure 4 and 5.

Diagram of the set of the cutters shown in figure 4, is a diagram of a set of cutters used on the drum 10, designed for coal. Diagram of the set of the cutters shown in figure 5, is proposed for use on the drum 10 for drilling solid rock.

Diagram of the set of the cutters shown in figure 4, is a large-scale cylindrical surface 12 of drum mountain combine continuous action. The drum preferably rotates around its longitudinal axis in the direction of the arrow 24. The drum preferably includes mechanical guiding elements 25 and 26 with the teeth 16 along guide elements 13. The drum also contains preferably left section 27, the middle section 28 and a right section 29. Each of the sections 27, 28 and 29 preferably contains a group of supporting elements 30, each of which contains a set of cutters 16.

As for the left section 27, the middle section 28 and the right-hand section 29 of the core, the cutters 16 are recruited under the scheme, between the cutters 16 was specified distance in the direction of the longitudinal axis 15.
