FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely apparatuses for bending shaped rolled pieces.

SUBSTANCE: upper cylindrical roll with bearing assemblies is mounted in frame on struts. Machine also includes two lower rolls, central cylindrical beam and mounted in it with possibility of drawing apart along beam two detachable bodies mutually coupled through bracing members. In said bodies columns are mounted; in said columns rollers are mounted with possibility of rotation. In lower rolls ring halves are mounted mutually coupled through bracing members.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of machine.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for flexible profile rolled I-beams and channel axis x-X on machines, roll bending.

Known flexible beam along the axis x-X using a special broaching device caregiving machines of the type 80 N; 100 N together with the Russian-German company ORG-TEKHNOMASH, , St. Petersburg, prospect Stachek, 47, Kirov plant. Manufacturing is done on special caregiving machines.

Known flexible channel axis y-Y-out shelf, shelf inside on caregiving machines models IB; IB in Slavgorod plant press-forging equipment, Altai Krai, city of Slavgorod, Lenin str., 24.

The disadvantage of the invention is a lack of design flexible I-beam, channel axis X-X.

Known flexible rollers parts of the section and profile rolling on caregiving machines, the closest analogue (Moshnin E.N. "Bending and straightening on rotary machines". M: mechanical engineering, 1967, s-149), where not disclosed fully flexible I-beam and channel rolled along the axis X-X.

The technical object of the present invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the machine roll bending.

The solution of the technical problem is achieved by the fact that the proposed machine roll is itagiba supplied mounted on a Central cylindrical beam with the possibility of expanding along her two demountable buildings associated coupling elements mounted on the housings of the columns on which the rotatably mounted rollers, semicircles connected by couplers elements and mounted on the lower rolls.

Machine roll bending consists of a frame 1, struts 2, mounted in the top of the cylindrical roller 3 with the supports 4, the two lower rolls 5.

Rack 2 is connected between a Central cylindrical beam 6, which includes two housings 7; 8, each of them split and the associated coupling elements 9. Section 7; 8 have the option of expanding between them along the beam 6. On the upper part of each of the buildings has been hard-coded column 10; 11, interacting with rollers 12 rotatably on a column (10; 11. Machine roll bending works as follows.

Before flexible I-beam 14 of the lower rollers 5 move down on them mount the ring 13 by the clamping elements 9. The installation of semirings 13 produce two bottom rollers 5, providing senegalian shelves beam width.

On the Central cylindric will hold down beam 6 are mounted two buildings 7; 8, each of them split and the associated coupling elements 9, with the possibility of expanding along the Central cylindrical beams 6 that allows Saavalainen to set different width shelves tee.

In this section 7; 8 are released from the rigid connection and move apart, thus moving the rollers 12 of the zone samevolume for easy removal of the h-shell.

SUBSTANCE: tool has shaping surface designed for deforming aluminum blank at relative motion of said blank and tool. Shaping surface of tool is made of material preventing aluminum sticking onto it, for example from nickel base alloy containing more than 74 mass % of nickel. Tool may be in the form of roll or drawing die. Nickel base alloy may contain cobalt in quantity not exceeding 0.7 mass %. Total content of nickel and cobalt in such alloy consists 97.6 mass %, impurities are the balance.

SUBSTANCE: upper, mounted in racks, two sides and one lower roller, the device for provision of correlation of the lower roller with the shaft of the main roll drive for provision of movement of the lower roller in a vertical plane and transmission of a torque from the main roll drive are established on a bed. Back of the lower roller and a back of the shaft of the main roll drive are executed with a rectangular fist. The device for provision of correlation of the lower roller and the shaft of the main roll drive is executed in the form of cardan shaft and contains joints with forks. One of the forks of one joint has a foundation and flanges with a rectangular slot for correlation with the mentioned universal-joint trunnion block of the main roll drive. One of the forks of the second joint has a foundation and flanges with a rectangular slot for correlation with the mentioned universal-joint trunnion block of the lower roller. The second fork of the joint interconnected with the shaft of the main roll drive, has a cylindrical foundation with external splined surface for correlation with available internal splined surface of a foundation of the second fork of the second joint.
