SUBSTANCE: harvesting machine has self-propelled chassis equipped with manipulator, and gripping-and-cutting apparatus. Machine is equipped with cart connected to self-propelled chassis by means of pivotal multilink chain and telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Pivotal multilink chain members fixed to cart are made in the form of supporting beams over which beams manipulator and gripping-and-cutting apparatus are movably mounted by means of carriage. Outriggers are located in multilink chain pivot joints positioned beyond self-propelled chassis and cart.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities, increased tree felling front at one setting and improved retention of young growth.

The invention relates to machines for harvesting and can be used in the forest industry for clear and selective felling, and prorubky routes for road construction and installation of oil - or Gastropoda.

Known harvesting machine, comprising a self-propelled chassis, a frame which is mounted boom with gripping-cutting body and bunching-discharge device made in the form of two receivers that are installed on opposite sides of the frame (copyright certificate №501714, IPC 01G 23/08).

However, this harvester has limited technological capabilities, is cut whole trees may not exercise limbing, bucking, sorting, and packaging assortments.

Known harvesting machine, comprising a self-propelled chassis with arm, gripping-cutting device rotating in a horizontal plane reference beam with hydrosolate (copyright certificate №978783, IPC 01G 23/08 - prototype).

However, this harvesting machine has a limited capacity and in the process have by using support beams to interact with the tree.

The invention is directed to solving the problem of productivity in the work, expanding the technological capabilities of the machine, the expansion of the front of the felling of trees from one site and ensure conservation of the undergrowth.

This is achieved by logging the machine containing the self-propelled chassis with manipulator and gripper-cutting device according to the invention is equipped with a trolley, which by means of the swivel, i.e. telescopic hydraulic cylinder is connected with a self-propelled chassis, with the elements of the hinge, i.e. attached to the truck, made in the form of beams, which by the carriage and with the ability to move installed manipulator and gripper-cutting device, and the hinges, i.e. outside of the self-propelled chassis and trucks, set swivel in a vertical plane outriggers.

Harvesting machine includes a self-propelled chassis 1, cart 2, which by means of the swivel 3, i.e. telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 is connected with a self-propelled chassis, the arm 5, the gripping-cutting device 6 and the outriggers 7. The hinge elements 3, i.e. mounted on the carriage 2, made in the form of pornih beams, which moves the carriage. Through the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4, the carriage 2 can be moved in the direction of self-propelled chassis 1 and back. While articulating i.e. 3 will have a diamond shape. Supporting beams 8 are designed for the movement of the carriage 9 with the arm 5 and the expansion zone of capture when felling trees. The hinges 3, i.e. outside the self-propelled cart 1 and cart 2, set swivel in a vertical plane outriggers 7, which are intended for the stability of the manipulator 5, located on the support beam 8. The movement of the arm 5 on the supporting beams 8 is carried by the carriage 9 with hydraulic drive. On the carriage 9 is installed rotary column 10, on which is pivoted the arm 5. The arm 5 may by hydraulic cylinders 11 and 12 to effect movement in a vertical plane and to direct the gripping-cutting device 6 on the tree trunk. Gripping-cutting device 6 provides Valka tree limbing and bucking a tree trunk cut-to-length.

Depending on the type of work - clearcutting or prorubky track - width can be changed, this is done by using the hinge, i.e. the 3 and telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4. In General, the width In is determined from the following expression:

The machine operates as follows.

Logging the car pulls up to the wall of the forest, and depending on the technology performs the following steps. With continuous logging (figure 4) logging machine pulls back to the forest, and if help is telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 moves the carriage 2 in the direction of self-propelled chassis 1 (translation from the transport position I into position II). FIELD: harvesting equipment used in forestry for performing stand care works.

SUBSTANCE: delimbing-bucking transportation machine consists of tandem including running chassis (of wheel-type tractor or caterpillar tractor) and carrier hydraulic manipulator fixed on side members of running chassis, on immovable part of column and equipped with clam. Delimbing-pulling type bucking processor is secured on single-axis or multiple-axis load-bearing platform. Said processor is connected to hydraulic system through three-position valve for switching-on of hydraulic motor in order to provide rotation of chain bar cutting chain and feeding of working fluid for actuation of hydraulic motor which provides rotation of pulling rollers. Upper portion of housing of working support is joined with movable wheel and with rod of motion cylinder. Circular platform has groove provided with right and left branches at both sides. Tumbling stop and movable wheel of working support are mounted in said groove. Tumbling stop may close at once right and left branches of groove or it may close one branch and then other branch. Three walking supports are jointly mounted at mutual spacing by angles 120° on edges of circular platform. Said walking supports are in the form of hydraulic cylinders whose rods are joined with cone site. Housing of each walking support is jointly connected with two rods of additional hydraulic cylinders and simultaneously it is jointly mounted on circular platform. In upper portion of circular platform on rotary circle power drive unit of robot is mounted. Said drive unit is provided with control system. Manipulator with gripping and cutting off organ is joined with rotary circle through two vertical hydraulic cylinders. Manipulator has automatic system for searching tree and tactile pickups mounted on gripping and cutting off organ for providing necessary effort of gripping tree and cutting it off.
