Incubated broiler chickens should be immunized with the vaccine of "Bor-74 BGNKI" strain. The innovation enables to increase specific resistance to Newcastle disease in poultry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out maxillary sinus puncture. The sinus is washed with sterile physiologic saline. Both maxillary sinus puncture and washing are done once during a session. Then, 10 ml of methylene blue photosensitizer solution is introduced into the sinus, taken in 0.5 mcmole/l dilution.
