SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with heating hens' embryos with light of fluorescent lamp DNESG-500, wave length being 630-650 nm, average dosage at eggs surface being 23.1 erg at exposure of 5 min, irradiation with He-Ne laser LHN-104, wave length being 632.8 nm, power density of optic flow at eggs surface being 50 mW/sq. cm, with mercury-quartz lamp DRT-400, wave length being 400/185 nm, average dosage at eggs surface being 20 mErg/h out of "Bor-74 VGNKI" strain. Light treatment of embryos in the same mode and poultry immunization should be combined with eggs disinfection from all sides with two bactericidal lamps BUV-15, wave length being 254/800 nm, nominal power at eggs surface of 15 W and three bactericidal lamps BUV-30, wave length being 254/800 nm, nominal power of 30 W at exposures per 3 min. And poultry light treatment in the same mode should be carried out before incubation on the 6th, 12th, 18th d of embryos development and in incubated day-long chickens. The innovation prolongs survival rate in broilers grown under industrial conditions being unfavorable on Newcastle disease.

The invention relates to poultry and can be used to increase the specific resistance of poultry for Newcastle disease.

The known method of increasing the strength of immunity to Newcastle disease by vaccination of birds from strain Bor-74 VGNKI" aerosol method of calculation 300-400 ZID 50 immunizing doses of virus (Temporary instruction on the use of dry VirusWall Newcastle disease of birds from strain Bor-74 VGNKI", Ministry of agriculture of the USSR, Department of veterinary medicine. Tension immunity to Newcastle disease was determined using the response delay of haemagglutination (GCS has).

In the control group broilers most high performance GCS has been observed when the credits dilution of 1:8-1:32 and was 71,26%; respectively in the group exposure to helium-neon laser: 1:16-1:64; 76,92%, gas discharge lamps is th: 1:8-1:32; 71,98%, mercury-quartz lamp: 1:8-1:32; 69,34; laser LGN-104, lamps DMESG-500 and he-400 before incubation: 1:16-1:64; 69,56%.

The best results tensions maternal immunity to Newcastle disease, observed in 7 and 8 experimental groups, where the peak intensity of the immune system are the titles cultivation of hemagglutinin 1:64, i.e. 18,0 and 21.5% and 1:128 - 35.5 and 38.4 per cent respectively. The results of the study the concentration of hemaglutinin in serum monthly broilers during the credits dilution 1:2048-1:4096 indicate that the survival rate of birds contacted with the virus of Newcastle disease in the field (industrial) conditions is in the control group of 2.68%, when using a helium-neon laser - 5,26%, gas-discharge lamps - 2,79%, mercury - quartz lamps - 4,66%, with integrated preincubation processed by a laser LGN-104, lamps DMESG-500 and he-400 - 6%, when preincubation processing light La is EPA's LGN-104, lamps DMESG-500 and he-400 and disinfection of eggs lamps PDR-30 and PDR-15-7,7%, combined processing of the laser LGN-104, lamps DMESG-500, he-400 and disinfection of eggs before incubation, 6, 12 and 18 days embryo development to 8.3% in the complex treatment laser LGN-104, lamps DMESG-500, he-400 and disinfection of eggs and developing embryos lamps PDR-30 and PDR-15 before incubation at 6, 12, and 18 days of incubation and bred day old Chicks - 10,84%.

Compared with the control where the highest antibody titers installed at dilutions hemagglutinin 1:8-1:32 (71, 26%) at day old, 1:32-1:128 (64, 64%) at the month-old broilers, respectively in the experimental group: 1:64-1:512 (72,52%); 1:128-1:512 (70,96%).

The survival of birds reared in disadvantaged by Newcastle disease in conditions of up to one month of age in control with the set of 2.68%, 8 experimental group - 10.84%of the total viability, respectively 88,13 and 98,30%.
