Also after a course of baths participants in both groups showed an improvement in tolerance to physical activity, which was assessed by the number of pulse beats and blood pressure on the upper extremities (AD CS) before and after walking on a treadmill:

In addition, all study participants were asked to subjectively evaluate the effectiveness of health and cosmetic effects on covered their course of baths according to the scale: "very good", "good" and "satisfactory". How very good is estimated 87%, "well," 11% "satisfactory" - 6%. All the above data allowed to conclude that a high degree of effectiveness of health and beauty effects of baths and on its basis to develop methodical recommendations on their application.

Research associated with the storage of the claimed balneological means for baths with osmotic activity from 7780 up to 11000 mOsm/l, allow to draw a conclusion about the age not less than 18 months.
