SUBSTANCE: check valve comprises reel-like body with central orifice for check valve receiving. The orifice has end annular sealing extensions to be inserted in corresponding grooves. The grooves are made in front and rear connection flanges of wellhead injection fitting pipeline. The check valve is valve pair of downhole sucker-rod pump. Valve pair position is within positive magnitude of angle of valve pair inclination with respect to horizontal line. Valve pair includes seat and ball arranged in valve cage with central and peripheral through channels so that the ball may move in longitudinal direction for distance equal to valve stroke. Known check valve To 01 65/26-21 (1., p.13)containing a spring seat disc valve with a Central inlet and a peripheral output channels for the working fluid. The main disadvantage of this valve design is the presence of systropodidae corrosion of the spring, which ultimately determines the service life of the valve as a whole.

Toconstruction and functional characteristics of the closest analogue (prototype) is a non-return valve To 02 65/40× 21 (1, p.13), katurzhevsky housing which is provided with a Central hole of the check valve, the end annular sealing bushings corresponding grooves made in the front and rear connecting flanges of the pipe wellhead injection valve.

The disc valve with plastic and sealing membrane suspended on a hinge with opening and closing under the influence of a jet of working fluid.

The disadvantages of this valve is that the suspension prematurely breaks away from the hinge, and the sealing membrane valve as a result of chemical reaction and mechanical interaction with the working environment becomes unfit for use, which leads to depressurization valve block.
