SUBSTANCE: proposed gear has manual winch with antenna cable, stuffing box with cutoff valve and cable machine with frame; mounted on this frame is grip unit with roller holders and toothed belts fitted on smooth pulleys and engageable with toothed belts connected with drive for motion of antenna cable. One roller holder of cable machine is made in form of hollow body filled with hydraulic medium; pushers with hold-down rollers are mounted in holes of walls of housing.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability.

The invention relates to shipboard devices and can be used underwater courts (SS) for setting and retrieval of towed antenna cable from hull (PC).

Known for use on cable ships cable machine, crawler type (Matanovic A.A., Hoisery E.M. Court for laying undersea cables. - Leningrad Shipbuilding, 1988, p.20).

Caterpillar cable machine has a frame in which is mounted a block of engagement with facing each other caterpillars, actuators for moving caterpillars, actuators for divorce caterpillars when passing through the machine amplifiers.

The design is known cable machine allows the gasket and the rise of undersea cable and carry through the machine (due to divorce caterpillars) are connected to the cable amplifiers and proofreaders.

However due to the complexity of design, the use of such a cable machine at the substation for setting and sampling the antenna cable with the same along the entire length of the diameter and positive buoyancy, is not advisable.

Ship the device for setting and sampling the antenna cable (SU 2107008 from 20.03.98) is the closest to the technical nature of the claimed solution. It contains a cable machine, packing valve, manual winch with antenna cable. Cable machine has a frame, on which the block C is grip, the electric motor, the shock absorbers. The working elements of the clamping unit mounted in the housings and made in the form of toothed belts which are worn smooth side on the guide pulleys and is pressed against the antenna cable roller clips. The straps are in engagement with the driven toothed pulleys connected with the motor through worm gears. Clamp the cable between the roller carrier is the tension screws.

A disadvantage of this device is that the roller cage is rigidly fixed on them rollers are not able to provide a clamp timing belt to the cable all the rollers with the same force because of the inevitable manufacturing errors and distortions during commissioning and during operation. Resulting in part of the rollers press the toothed belt to the cable a little effort, or larger distortions are not pressed, so the total grip pull straps on the cable is reduced, decreasing the traction ability of the clamping unit and the operational reliability of the device.

The task of the invention is to improve the operational reliability of ship devices for setting and sampling the antenna cable.

The problem is solved in that in the ship the device for setting and sampling the antenna cable containing a manual winch with antenna cable gland with valve-what dechatelet, cable machine with a frame, which has the clamping unit with roller clamps, toothed belts, worn on the smooth pulleys and in contact with the toothed pulleys, connected to the actuator to move the antenna cables, one of the roller carriers made in the form of a hollow body filled with a hydraulic medium through the holes in the walls which has pushers with pressure rollers.

The device comprises a cable machine 1, gasket 2 valve 3, a manual winch with 4 antenna cable 5. Cable machine has a frame 6, which has the clamping unit 7, the motor 8, the damper 9. The working elements of the clamping unit mounted in the housings 10 and made in the form of toothed belts 11, which put the smooth side on the guide pulleys 12 and 13 and is pressed against the antenna cable roller clamps 14 and 15. The straps 11 are in engagement with the driven toothed pulley 16 connected to an electric motor 8 through the worm gears 17. Housing 10 is pulled together by screws 18 through the spring 19, thus between the toothed belts installed cable 5. Roller holder 15 is made in the form of a hollow body filled with a hydraulic medium 20. In the holes of the roller holder 15 mounted plungers 21 and roller 22. The cable 5 in the IP is the same position wound on the winch drum 4, its end part is introduced into the cable car and clamped between the toothed belts 11.

The device operates as follows.

The end part of the cable 5 is inserted in the cable car but loosened screws 18 and springs 19. During displacement hull 10 by screws 18 through the spring 19, the force of contraction is transmitted through the housing 10 and is rigidly fixed on them roller cages 14 and 15 on the belt 11. In the hydraulic environment 20 creates excessive pressure on Pascal's law will be the same for each of the pusher 21, regardless of the skew roller cages and the difference of the efforts generated by the screws 18. Consequently, the normal force on the belt 11 from all of the rollers 21 are the same, and frictional forces in the contact of the cable 5 with the belt 11 under the influence of all of the rollers are the same, which provides the same grip at all points of contact of the cable with the timing belt.

The cable 5 is clamped between the toothed belts 11. The rotation from the motor 8 through the worm gear 17 is transmitted to the timing pulley 16 which drives a toothed belt 11. The toothed belt 11 due to friction forces and move them sandwiched between the antenna cable 5.

The proposed design of the device provides staging and sampling antenna cable with hull substation.

Based on the above and on the results of our p is tanto-information retrieval believe, the proposed ship the device for setting and sampling the antenna cable meets the criteria of "Novelty", "Inventive step" and may be protected by a patent of the Russian Federation for the invention.
