The invention relates to a bending device for bending machines.

In the description below, as an example, bending machine disclosed pipe bending machine with a fixed radius, but it is understood that the invention is not limited to this machine, and it can be used for pipe bending machine variable radius. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has horizontal bending unit and vertical bending unit which are mounted on frame and provided with bending arms fitted on shafts, drives for moving said units, and blank retainer. Horizontal bending unit has clamp-mold positioned for displacement along guiding columns rigidly fixed on frame, said clamp-mold being secured through foldable levers to pneumatic cylinder rod and having contour conforming with ready part and coming into contact with blank during bending process. Said contour has radial part in the form of half-trough and movable cheeks equipped with oval openings and radial part having radius corresponding to that of horizontal bending unit and terminating in curved portion. Lower portion of radial parts is made in the form of fork and feelers equipped with projections arranged at an angle relative to path of displacement of clamp-mold. Feelers may be adjusted for accurate positioning of movable cheeks by cooperation with fork and by moving along guiding planks fixed on clamp-mold and shouldered pin, which are set on shafts positioned for rotation through rack-and-gear mechanisms. Slide block has working contour formed as half-trough, whose upper part is terminated with curved portion. Curved portions of cheeks and curved portion of half-trough of slide block are formed on condition that molds of vertical bending unit define single groove upon termination of horizontal bending process.

FIELD: processes and equipment for bending and straightening parts of rolled sections and strips in all branches of industry where bodies and units of rolled metals are used.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of bending web of section or strip in its plane by means of arranged mutually opposite rollers. Uniform increase (with the aid of pressure roller) of effort is provided from inner to outer edge of bent web of section or strip till achieving maximum effort value near outer edge of web. Tension deformation is distributed according to triangle law. Cylindrical pressure roller is used. Center of gravity deformation triangle is determined. Effort is applied asymmetrically during on or several transitions along axis passing through center of gravity of deformation triangle. Apparatus for performing the method includes two deforming rollers acting upon blank from opposite sides. One roller, mainly upper roller is pressure roller and other roller is driven. Width of pressure roller is less than width of deformed web of section or strip at least by two times.

EFFECT: decreased distortion of blank contour, lowered labor consumption of process.

SUBSTANCE: sheet bending roll type machine includes frame with struts for mounting upper cylindrical roll with bearing assemblies and two lower rolls. In order to bend helices and coils made of tubes, rigid mutually coupled through bracing members ring halves are mounted on upper and lower rolls. Said ring halves have cone outer surface and cylindrical shape placed on it. Inclination angle of outer cone surface of ring halves is equal to helix lead angle. Cylindrical shape provides desired lead angle of helix.

SUBSTANCE: tool of molding machine is mounted crosswise in central portion of lengthwise oriented frame. Clamping devices are arranged at both sides of tool; each device is mounted on support driven to motion by means of two pairs of pushers performing rocking motion. One pair of quasi-horizontal pushers is secured to respective end of frame; other pair of pushers is secured to lower end of central portion of frame. Said lower end is in the form of bracket. Clamping devices and their supports are mounted with possibility of motion relative to frame in such a way that one of their points is hold in vertical lengthwise plane. Unit for holding point of each clamping device and of its support in vertical lengthwise plane includes guiding member. Said guiding member is mounted at one side directly on cylinder of one of control pushers of each clamping device and at other side its is coupled with frame with possibility of continuous holding of axis of given pusher in said vertical lengthwise plane.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic circuit includes hydraulic cylinder whose piston rod is joined with slider holding movable roller performing main motion in direction to predetermined position in each of several passes of working part subjected to bending and reverse motion in direction to initial position. Hydraulic cylinder includes high-pressure chamber and low-pressure chamber; both chambers are communicated with respective ducts for pressurized liquid fed from reservoir by means of pump; passages with three-position four-way valve and check valve. Throttling valve is arranged between said two valves; it is operated by means of electromagnet for creating elevated pressure in low-pressure chamber of hydraulic cylinder, for decelerating slider holding upper roller during its main motion and for achieving programmed interval relative to predetermined position for each working pass.

SUBSTANCE: proposed automatic machine contains bedframe, device for item-by-item delivery of blanks to bending zone, bending press tool-template, bending members in form of rollers freely rotating on their axles and forming, together with bending press tool-template, and impression, drives of working members blank pressing, bending and dropping of ready articles to removing conveyor. For manufacture of spatial form parts, such as clamps of rail fastenings, proposed bending press tool-template is made in form of movably mating movable and fixed mandrel-template is U-shaped, and it enclosed fixed mandrel-template, being mechanically coupled with its drive. Fixed mandrel-template is rigidly connected with bedframe of automatic machine. Bending slot-impression is made on both mandrels-templates in one common plane along their contour corresponding to inner contour of part to be formed with possibility of bending of end and arc sections of part contour connecting ends and sides when mandrels-templates are closed, and in open position, final bending of part to form full contour.

EFFECT: provision of high quality of parts at high capacity and long tool life.
