Panels or coil pipe batteries or manifold batteries extend in horizontal direction one under another and are shifted one from another. The panels or coil pipe batteries or manifold batteries are enclosed with iron sheet having varying height. Panels or coil pipe batteries or manifold batteries are inserted in metal frame fixedly connected with metal tray and hermetically closed with plastic sheets along perimeter thereof.

EFFECT: provision of necessary heat carrier temperature and continuous temperature maintenance, decreased power inputs and heat carrier volume, reduced device costs and increased safety.

Known panel evaporator for cooling the coolant [Meshcheryakov THE fundamentals of refrigeration and refrigeration technology. - M: Food industry, 1975, S. 134, RIS].

The disadvantage of this construction panel evaporator is the use of a stirrer driven by a motor, the inability to consistently get the desired coolant temperature, a large amount of expensive coolant, which leads to increased energy consumption in the production units of cold, a reduction in the reliability and safety of its operation.

The technical result of the invention is the possibility of obtaining the desired temperature of the coolant and its constant maintenance, reduced energy consumption, reduced volume of fluid, the cost of the device and improving its security.

The technical result is achieved in that the evaporator for cooling the coolant contains a panel, or coiled battery, or collector battery, liquid and steam collectors with the refrigerant, and the panel, or coiled battery, or collector of the battery are arranged horizontally one below the other with offset and along the perimeter of the framed sheet iron variable is icoty, in this panel, or coiled battery, or collector of a battery housed in a metal frame, rigidly United with a metal pan and tightly enclosed by the perimeter of the plastic sheet.

Comparative analysis of the proposed technical solution with the prototype shows that the proposed evaporator different design with horizontal multi-row placement of panels, coils, or collector panels, set on a path of sheet iron variable height offset in the direction of discharge of the cooled fluid, and having at the bottom of the metal tray and in the upper part of the plastic sheeting.

The evaporator for cooling the coolant contains horizontally placed and framed sheet metal panels 1, 2, 3 (instead of panels you can use coil or manifold battery, placed horizontally on pallets with a variable height of the side and end walls), placed in a metal frame 4, is rigidly United with a metal tray 5 and tightly enclosed by the perimeter of the plastic sheets 6 and covered by insulation 15, the nozzle 7 with a perforated collector 8, a pump 9 for supply to consumers, liquid Tr is borrowed 10 with liquid reservoir 11 and the regulating valves 12, the steam manifold 13 with the suction pipe of the refrigerant vapor 14.

The evaporator for cooling the coolant operates as follows.

For liquid pipeline 10 into the liquid reservoir 11 is supplied to the refrigerant, which passes through the regulating valves 12, enters the horizontally placed panels 1, 2, 3, where it is boiling with the abstraction of heat from the coolant, and the resulting refrigerant vapor enters the steam manifold 13 and out through the pipeline suction refrigerant vapor 14 is drawn by the compressor.

Warm coolant from technological devices is supplied through the pipe 7 in the perforated collector 8 and merges the cold surface of the top panel 1, passing through it is cooled and run sequentially on the bottom panel, where the coolant is also cooled and poured into a metal tray 5, from which the cold fluid is drawn by the pump 9 and is served in technological devices.

Panels 1, 2, 3, framed sheet iron variable height, placed inside a metal frame 4, hermetically sealed along the perimeter of the plastic sheets 6 and covered by insulation 15, which allows cooling fluid to the desired temperature and maintain it throughout the entire heat treatment, to reduce energy consumption, reduce the amount of talanoa the La, the cost of the apparatus and to improve its security.

The economic effect of the proposed use of the panel evaporator is formed by reducing energy consumption, cost of coolant and apparatus, enhance its security.

The heat exchanger housing is separated by the main baffle into inlet and outlet chambers. The inlet chamber inlet accommodates deflecting baffle. The outlet chamber outlet accommodates the outlet pipe-bend and houses the evaporator and additional baffle. The inlet and outlet chambers communicate via a gap arranged between the main baffle and heat exchanger housing. The fan is arranged between the inlet pipe-bend and the housing. SUBSTANCE: anti-frost evaporation tube of refrigerator with drawers consists of internal housing wherein there provided is food storage compartment for arranging drawer-container, and in the latter, low temperature is maintained by means of evaporation tube for cooling agent circulation, which is located around external part of internal housing. Evaporation tube includes curved parts located on both side surfaces of internal housing and straight tube part located on upper surface of internal housing and connected to curved tube parts.

EFFECT: use of this invention allows eliminating frost formation on roof surface of refrigerator internal housing.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cryogenic equipment, and namely to cryogenic liquid evaporators, and can be used in gasification plants. Cryogenic liquid evaporator includes housing with cryogenic liquid supplying assembly and cooling agent output assembly and heat exchange assembly made in the form of a tube bank, inter-tube space of which includes dump packing. In addition, heat exchange assembly is equipped with gas distributing grid located in lower part of tube bank and having the shape of flattened cone installed with smaller base upwards. Dump packing is located on gas distributing grid.

EFFECT: use of invention will allow more efficient use of thermal and physical properties of heat exchange assembly of cryogenic liquid evaporator owing to arrangement of dump packing with section having constant resistance, and creating conditions of uniform distribution and passing of warm gas vapours through the head piece.

A heat exchanger (301) is designed to be connected to an evaporator (201) of a heat-transfer system wherein a working medium used is compressed and evaporated. The heat exchanger comprises a first tube (107) with its first end (303) shaped in such a way to be attached to an outlet fitting (204) of the evaporator and to transfer the medium from said outlet fitting, and the second tube (108) with its first shaped in such a way to be connected to the inlet fitting of the evaporator and to transfer the medium to said inlet fitting. The second tube is mounted inside of the first tube, or in thermal contact thereto, herewith ensuring the relations (109, 110) of the respective lengths of the first and second tubes to enable heat exchange between the mediums in these tubes. The first tube is made of the steel alloy consisting of ingredients reducing hardness of said steel alloy, thereby easing bend of the tube and enabling to bend the first tube in installation in the heat transfer system.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows reducing cost of the heat exchanger.
