SUBSTANCE: device comprises gutter with driving gate arranged in lower part thereof and defining sector in cross-section. The gate may rotate in vertical plane. The gutter has comb member arranged in bottom part thereof and connected to gate through hinged-lever connection. Lever of the connection is installed in the comb member and may slide in slot by means of roller. Upper comb member part has dovetail partitions.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability, simplified structure, assemblage and maintenance.

The invention relates to used in mining devices for production and delivery of bulk materials (fractured rock mass) of ore chutes in underground mining.

To reduce the probability of freezing and jamming ore material in the discharge ports recently used vibrating feeders. A device for the production of ore, including vibratory feeder breaker shield (A.S. USSR №826029). The device is complex, requiring large expenditures for installation, routine maintenance and repairs.

It is also known a device for ore, selected as a prototype, containing a tray located in the lower part of the driving gate, made in cross-section in the form of a sector, with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane (as the USSR №1652252). The device is equipped with a telescopic nozzle associated with the sector via a lever.

This device does not provide control of ore, it is difficult to manufacture and installation.

The task of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device and simplify the design of the device, installation and repair.

Device for production of ore containing tray located in the lower part of the driving gate, made in cross-section in the form of sects is RA, can be rotated in a vertical plane, according to the invention, the tray is provided with a comb, located at the bottom and connected with the bolt by lever connection, with the lever in the comb is mounted for movement in the slot by means of a roller, and the upper part of the comb has a jumper in the dovetail.

Regulation of the active section of the boot tray is driven. When the caster dies with the jumpers associated with the shutter, allows you to adjust the supply of ore, respectively, the shutter open, to eliminate hang-loaded ore, leading her into motion. The device is easy to manufacture and repair.

The above distinguishing features are new in comparison with the prototype, therefore, the invention conforms to the criterion "novelty".

Patent research has shown that in the investigated prior art do not have the same technical solution, i.e. the claimed technical solution is not clear from the investigated prior art and, thus, meets the criterion of "inventive step".

This solution may be reproduced industrially, therefore, it meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".

General view of the device is a mined ore body 1, the soil chamber, laid the tailings FR. 0-200 mm 2, the loading device 3 (U3-1P), combination 4 (type MoAZ-7405).

Device for ore includes tray 1, shutter 2, made in the form of a sector, with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane associated with the pneumatic cylinder 3. The second end of the lever 5 is installed in the groove 9 of the tray housing 1 by means of the roller 7. The device operates as follows. When installing the vehicle under a boot device using pneumatic three-way valve (to hell. not shown) included pneumatic cylinder 3, which gives the command for opening the shutter 2. When opening the shutter 2 moves the comb 4, by moving the roller 7 with the lever 5 in the groove 9 of the tray housing 1. SUBSTANCE: feeder comprises receiving chamber, relief pipeline, and pressure nozzle with air passages provided with caps. Proposed loading device contains hopper, hopper frame, gate with movable plates with opening/closing drive. Lower cut of hopper is tilted at acute angle to horizontal from dump truck to be loaded and it is furnished with crawler gate. Frame of gate is provided with running rolls which can be displaced along guides secured on hopper frame at angle of tilting equal to that of lower cut of hopper. Bracket pointed downwards is secured on frame of gate for engagement with rear cut of dump truck body. Support roller is installed on opposite side of frame for engagement with lever equipped with counterweight which is installed by means of hinge joints on hopper for turning in vertical plane. In initial position lever forms acute angle with vertical with displacement of counterweight towards opposite side relative to hopper wall.
