Light treatment of embryos and immunization in broiler chickens should be combined with egg disinfection from all sides with two bactericidal lamps BUV-15 at wave length being 254/800 nm, nominal power at egg surface being 15 W and with three bactericidal lamps BUV-30 at wave length being 254/800 nm, nominal power at egg surface being 30 W in exposures of 3 min. The innovation enables to increase specific resistance to Newcastle disease in poultry.

The invention relates to poultry and can be applied, first, to increase the specific resistance of poultry for Newcastle disease.

The disadvantage of this method is that it does not use all the resources of the body to increase the strength of the immune system and do not provide the maximum safety of the birds against Newcastle disease.

The purpose of the invention is the improvement of sustainability of poultry for Newcastle disease.

To 30 days of age in vaccinated birds peak intensity of immunity in the control is the titer dilution 1:64, while in all experimental groups, the maximum number of birds reacts with titers of 1:128 with the exception of 6 groups, where peak concentrations hemaggluti the ins is 1:256.

In the control group 64,64% birds react when the credits dilution 1:32-1:128, 2-5 groups titer dilution 1:64-1:256 are 60-72%, and 6 group titles dilution 1:128-1:512 were equal 69,02%. Significantly higher results tensions immunity to Newcastle disease observed in group 2 when the credits dilution 1:16-1:256 (P<0,05-0,001), in group 4, 1:16-1:256 (P<0.01), and in 5 groups, with titers of 1:16-1:512 (P<0,05-0,001) and 6 group 1:128-1:512 (P<0,05-0,01)

In group 3 higher immunity to Newcastle disease compared with the control are not the limit of mathematical accuracy.

The results of the study the concentration of hemagglutinin in the serum to Newcastle disease at the month-old chickens with titers dilution 1:2048 and 1:4096 show that the survival rate of birds in contact with the disease agent - the virus in the field (industrial) conditions, is in control of 2.68%, when using laser LGN-104 - 5,26%, lamp DMESG-500 - 2,79%, lamps CES-400 - 4,66%, with the complex use of these sources of radiant energy - 6,00% and when combined comprehensive exposure with disinfection of eggs is 7.7%.
