The present invention relates to cushioning tissues and can be used to duplicate the details of the cut of the garments.

When making clothes to give the details of the garments of the desired shape and eliminate stretching of individual sections of parts used perfect binding cushioning materials, representing the basis in the form of a special cushioning cloth (fabric)on one side of which is coated with hot-melted coating of thermoplastic polymer.

The prior art cushioning material intended for duplication of parts, coats, outerwear, uniforms, etc. generated on the basis of tissue with fibrous composition 60% polyester, 40% viscose with a surface density of 100 g/sq.m, which, as the adhesive coating a coating of a thermoplastic polymer with a diameter of 0 glue dots to 0.5 mm and the distance between them h to 1.2 mm [1].

This material has a high Flexural rigidity and insufficient relaxation of the tensile property.

Also the prior art cushioning fabric, made plain weaves of the main and weft threads, representing a blended yarn comprising 33% viscose fiber and 67% polyester fiber. The fabric has a surface density of 70-120 g/m2 and has a V-phase structure, the ratio of the linear density of main and weft threads is within 2-1:1 [2].

Known fabric is characterized by high rigidity, so after washing the package of materials that includes cushioning fabric, returns their original properties only after the wet-heat processing.

Known fabric as described above, has a high Flexural rigidity and insufficient relaxation of the tensile property.

From the prior art according to EN 92010876, A 41 D 27/06, 09.06.1995 known perfect binding cushioning material for clothing, which is a fabric having on one side of the heat-seal film coating in the form of points.

The technical result of the invention is to eliminate the above drawbacks, i.e. in the creation of cushioning fabric, after allowing duplication with other tissues to maintain the mechanical properties of the fabric - the mobility and elasticity of the whole system tissue-cushioning material, it is possible stretch in the warp and weft with subsequent rolling relaxation after cessation of tensile load.

This technical result is achieved in the invention by the fact that perfect binding cushioning material is a fabric crepe weave of polyester textured yarn linear density improvement and 10-24 Tex on the basis and duck density 12-24 threads/cm, having a heat-seal film coating, adhesive dots which have a diameter of 1 mm and are arranged in a chaotic manner at a distance from each other up to 3 mm, and the surface density of hot-melted coating is 13-17 g/m2.

Using the proposed perfect binding cushioning fabric textured yarn has a number of advantages compared with conventional threads, these include:

- high stretchability;

- a high proportion of elastic deformation;

- high strength with less thickness and with a linear density of yarns;

- high resistance to repeated cyclic deformation;

- lack of access to the surface of the individual fibers and, as a consequence, the elimination of failure of the adhesive coating during repeated cyclic deformation.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figa schematically depicts the location of the adhesive dots according to one of the analogues, figb the same according to the proposed invention.

Fleecy runs from textured polyester yarns with a linear density of from 10 to 24 Tex, crepe weave density of threads in the fabric from 12 to 24 threads/see

After the process of shrinkage on the woven base is applied with perfect binding coverage.

Application of hot-melted coating is done on special industrial is the first setting in the following way.

Used thermoadhesive is a powder copolyamide. The powder from the hopper through the spout evenly distributed over the surface of the moving fabric. Moving along with the cloth, particles thermoadhesive pass through the heat chamber installation, popravlyaetsya and partially fixed to the cloth.

Further cushioning fabric passes between the two shafts of the rollers, resulting molten particles are compressed and roll, taking a flat shape. Then the fabric as the fabric passes through the cooling calender and delivered in a roll.

As a result, cushioning fabric 1 received glutinous point 2 with a larger area of the clutch up to 1 mm in diameter, while the adhesive points are located on the fabric in a chaotic manner, which contributes to the increase in the area cover it with glue and, accordingly, further improvement of the adhesion strength of the heat-seal film coating and fabric (figb, example No. 2).

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

Example No. 4 (similar)

On cushioning fabric containing 60% polyester yarns and 40% viscose yarn weighing 100 g/sqm thickness is th 0.4mm put perfect binding point polyamide coating in the form of separate points, each of which consists of molten particles of glue.

The primary node installation is chrome plated steel engraving shaft has a cylindrical shape, on the working surface of which is coated with a separate series of points that are equidistant from each other. Each point represents a depression in the surface of the shaft in the form of a hemisphere, with geometric parameters corresponding to the desired size of the glue point.

Polyamide thermoadhesive in the form of paste or powder particles through a special dispenser is applied on the working surface of the rotating shaft, when it enters the perforation of the shaft, the remaining molten powder using a doctor blade is removed.

Further, the shaft upon further rotation brings the point of the molten adhesive powder in engraving the holes supplied on the basis of the cushioning material, the result is the transfer of the entire bitmap on the basis of the cushioning material. Then drying the adhesive coating and winding into a roll of the finished canvas.

Quantitative distribution of dots of glue on the cushioning material is determined by the number of MESH-points of glue along the length of 2.5 cm side of the equilateral triangle formed by the lines of the location of the dots of glue. The diameter of the adhesive dots is 0.5 mm, the distance between the points is 1 mm or 1.2 mm

The parameters of application of the adhesive coating of this method are: surface temperature engraving shaft 50-60°C, the temperature of the heated rolls 200-260°S, surface density of a perfect binding cover - 20 g/sqm

Comparative characteristics of heat adhesive coating for examples 1-4 are shown in table 1.

Table 1 data show that offer perfect binding elastic cushioning material surpasses similar on important performance characteristics, including tack and bending stiffness.

In addition, the proposed hot-melted sealing material is characterized by the absence in the finished product passing relief pattern of adhesive dots on his face.
