Method for aerosol application of "rybav" solutions

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing double processing of eggs; 3-4 hours before incubation, applying 0.005%-aerosol solution of preparation "Rybav" onto egg surfaces by means of sprayer; before hatching, applying 0.25%-solution of said preparation. Prior to applying said preparation, it is dissolved in distilled water at temperature of 8-22 C.

EFFECT: increased hatchability and reduced losses of young chicken.

The invention relates to the field of agriculture, particularly poultry (aerosol application solutions "Ribas").

It is known the use of the drug to stimulate the immunological reactivity and productivity of ducks and chickens-broilers, method of feeding [1, 2]. Other ways of using this drug the bird is not registered.

This method, taken as a prototype, is that "Ribas" was applied only during postembryonic development, by feeding it with water at critical periods in the life of chickens. Therefore, the hatchability of eggs obtained from hens of the experimental groups outperformed the control no more than 4.1%, and preservation of chickens within 2 months of cultivation did not exceed 4.2 per cent.

The objective of the invention is a significant increase in hatchability of eggs, and improve the safety of the chickens in the post-embryonic period by two aerosol processing solutions "Ribas".

The technical result is that increasing the hatchability of eggs, reduced waste of young, normal level of metabolism, the authors estimated the effect increases activity in the serum of chickens.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the treatment is carried out twice in the period of embryonic development, namely 3-4 hours before incubation aerosol spray on p is the surface hatching eggs cause of 0.005%solution of the drug "Ribas" and when transferring to a conclusion - of 0.25%.

The method is as follows.

On the surface of shell eggs poultry 3-4 hours before incubation of the spray is applied aqueous solution "Ribav in concentrations of 0.005% and before the transfer to the conclusion of 0.25%. Previously the drug dissolved in distilled water at 18-22°C.

Example 1. Eggs of the cross "Hisexs white" was received from one of the house, sorted by 145-150 pieces on the tray by observing the similarity of egg weight, time of demolition and retention. The number of eggs in each batch of 300 pieces. On the surface of the shell struck in the form of an aerosol drug solution under the above scheme. As a control were collected eggs of the same batch, which was treated according to the technology sector. The obtained data are presented in table 1. The hatchability of eggs and chick in experimental batches increased by 9.34 and 11.0% (p≤0,001) compared to control.

Example 2. Chickens derived from treated eggs (example 1), were grown in the farms of up to 60 days of age. The data presented in table 2. Waste Chicks 2 months of cultivation decreased by 5.0% compared to control.

Example 3. The Chicks hatched from the treated eggs, day old for biochemical analysis of blood serum the increase in limits: total protein 10.5%, lysozyme 13.8%, Alat and ASAT 1.65 and 2.15 times, as well as glucose 1.45 times and α-amylase 1.54-fold compared with control. On other indicators, the differences were insignificant (table 3).

The method of stimulation of embryonic development of birds by processing of hatching eggs, characterized in that the treatment is carried out twice, that is for 3-4 h prior to incubation aerosol spray to the surface of hatching eggs cause of 0.005%solution of the drug "Ribas" and when translated into the output of 0.25%, and dissolved repeat in distilled water at 18-22° C.

SUBSTANCE: method involves treating eggs with biologically active compositions, with organosilicon substances such as cresacin and meval being used as biologically active compositions. Said compositions are applied in the form of mixture of their solutions onto eggshell 6-12 hours before incubation.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preincubation treatment of eggs with the light of He-Ne laser LHN-104, wave length being 632.8 nm, power density being 50 mW/sq. cm.sec, in exposure of 3 min. Additionally, eggs before laying for incubation of germs on the 6th, 12th, 18th d and hatched 1-d-aged chicks should be heated with the light of fluorescent lamp DNESH-500 at wave length of 630-650 nm, simultaneously it is necessary to disinfect from all sides of three bactericidal lamps BUV-30 at wave length of 254/440 nm, at nominal power of 30 W, then one should successively affect with radiation of He-Ne laser LHN-104, mercury-quartz lamp DRT-400 and two bactericidal lamps BUV-15 in exposures per 3 min. The innovation helps to increase poultry resistance to pullorosis.

FIELD: egg treating technique.

SUBSTANCE: egg treatment apparatus has chamber, conveyor and ultraviolet radiation sources. Conveyor is made in the form of horizontal spiral belt-roller with flanged edge. Conveyor consists of two portions: straight belt portion with longitudinal notches and cone-shaped rollers positioned at bends. Cone-shaped rollers are movably attached with their one end through bearings to edge of conveyor and are movably attached with their opposite end through conical toothed transmission to electric drive. Ultraviolet emitters are positioned outside said chamber and are arranged in parallel with straight belt portions of conveyor.

EFFECT: improved quality of eggs, reduced labor intensity and consumption of power.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has sensors for sensing temperature felt in local heating zone, temperature of inside air within room, stock age setters, admissible minimum and maximum air temperatures within room, predetermined felt temperature value, standard air temperature, local and general heating temperature regulators, local heaters and heating elements. Output of felt temperature sensor is connected with first input of general heating temperature regulator.
