SUBSTANCE: forest combine has basic platform with propeller, rotating platform with main telescopic boom and sawing unit. Manipulator with clam is mounted on rotating platform for inclination and rotation relative to its vertical axis. Main telescopic boom has telescopic column bearing delimbing head, upper grip and supporting grip. Cross-cutting mechanism is mounted between upper and supporting grips for movement along axis of column. Sawing unit is formed detachable and is mounted on trailer.

EFFECT: increased capacity and reduced consumption of power.

The invention relates to the field of logging and can be used for processing standing trees for logs and sawn timber.

Known forest harvester [1], consisting of a base platform with the propeller, a rotary platform with telescopic shafts and the container and mounted on the telescopic boom stand with delimbing head, saw mechanism, mechanism-based and retention assortment.

A disadvantage of this device is reduced performance and increased energy consumption due to the serial execution of transactions transverse and longitudinal sawing and spending extra time on the longitudinal sawing.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention relates forest harvester [2], consisting of a base platform with the propeller, a rotary platform with the attached feeder, division, tilting assortments with lumber and saw mechanism with the plunger, containing mounted on a telescopic boom harvester head, holding the grip and gravitational descent. The disadvantages of this device include:

- reduced performance due to the sequential execution of the operations of sawing and stacking logs;

- high energy consumption because of the presence on the rotary platform of the saw block.

The technical result is increased productivity and reduced energy consumption.

This is achieved by the fact that in the forest harvester for processing standing trees for metal containing base platform with the propeller, the turntable with the main telescopic boom and the saw unit, according to the invention on the rotary platform is installed with the possibility of tilt and rotation about its vertical axis manipulator with clamshell, with the main telescopic boom contains the strut, on which the delimbing head, the upper grip and support the capture, and between the top and base grips with the possibility of moving along the axis of the rack mounted bucking mechanism, in addition, the saw unit is made removable and is mounted on the trailer.

Removable trailer contains drives, removable cutting unit for longitudinal sawing of logs into lumber, two sliding bearings and bearing eccentric wheel.

Thus, the declared forest harvester meets the criterion of "novelty". The comparison of the proposed solutions not only prototype, but also with other technical solutions in the field of forestry equipment allows to make a conclusion about the absence of signs similar to the significant distinguishing features of the claimed forest is ombine and take it meets the criterion of "significant differences".

Figure 1 shows the main type of forest harvester; figure 2 is a top view of figure 1; figure 3 is a section a-a in figure 2.

Forest harvester contains the base platform 1 with the propeller, the turntable 2 installed: main telescopic boom 3 to the hydraulic cylinder 4 and the arm 5. In the upper part of the main telescopic boom 3 by means of the hinge 6 and the cylinder 4 is mounted telescopic rack 7 with the supporting grip 8, the upper gripper 9, bucking mechanism 10 and delimbing head 11. The handle 5 is mounted grab the grip 12.

Removable trailer 13 contains the drives for a wane-edge lumber 14, the finished product 15 and for the collection of assortments 16, removable cutting unit 17 with the supports 18 and the supporting eccentric wheel 19. In addition, removable cutting unit 17 contains a mechanism for longitudinal sawing 20 with the plunger 21 and the folding wall 22 with the spring 23 and the actuator 24.

Forest harvester works as follows.

Upon arrival at the area of the harvester hour 7 through the main telescopic boom 3 focuses on the lower stem of the tree, the trunk is seized reference capture 8 for the root part, the upper gripper 9 and delimbing head 11. Next, bucking mechanism 10 is the upper and lower cuts and cut assortment arm 5 with clamshell 12 UDA is aetsa from the zone of the telescopic racks 7 and is served either on the saw unit 17 for ripping, either the drive of the cutting plate 16, the barrel is lifted and held delimbing head 11, the upper gripper 9 and the base grip 8 on a stump. The process of submission, separation and longitudinal sawing of logs is as follows. First cut braswell lumber is pushed by the pusher 21 in the drive for a wane-edge 7 of lumber 14, while the hinged wall 22 is drawn by the actuator 24 in position II (Fig 3). With further milling, the actuator 24 is turned off, and the folding wall 22 under the action of deformation of the spring 23 returns to its original position I (figure 3)and the plunger 21 is moved in the vertical plane by the amount of the thickness of the cut out of the timber, then the business lumber is pushed by the pusher 21 in the drive for finished goods 15. The last cut braswell lumber reset similar to the first. Next, the process is cyclically repeated until then, until all the assortments will not be processed.

After filling the shift of the aqueous trailer 13 manipulator 5 is on the rise detachable blade unit 17, then sliding the supports 18 are installed in non-operating position, is replacement of the trailer 13 and the cycle repeats.

During operation and when driving additional stability is given due support eccentric wheel 19. Removable blade unit is installed to the left side removable trailer.

The productivity of the forest harvester is provided by the reduction of the cycle time due to combining operations knotting, bucking cut-to-length standing tree and longitudinal cutting of timber within the timber. The expected decrease in the cycle time of 1.3-1.6 times. Reducing energy consumption is ensured with the exception of energy costs for limbing and increased payload on a removable trailer through the use of removable blade unit, with the exception of the transport of waste fractions, resulting in the process of sawing round wood for lumber. Woodworking waste (lump, sawdust etc) remain near the trunk of a standing tree, processed timber.

SUBSTANCE: delimbing unit has frame construction and delimbing head. SUBSTANCE: delimbing-bucking transportation machine consists of tandem including running chassis (of wheel-type tractor or caterpillar tractor) and carrier hydraulic manipulator fixed on side members of running chassis, on immovable part of column and equipped with clam. Delimbing-pulling type bucking processor is secured on single-axis or multiple-axis load-bearing platform. Said processor is connected to hydraulic system through three-position valve for switching-on of hydraulic motor in order to provide rotation of chain bar cutting chain and feeding of working fluid for actuation of hydraulic motor which provides rotation of pulling rollers.
