SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in vehicle power drives and for power generation. Method of conversion of energy of working medium into mechanical and electric energy is provided by multistage conversion of energy of drive engine having rotating output shaft, for instance, hydraulic turbine. Power torque is transmitted from shaft of drive engine to mechanical power consumer by means of at least two-stage conversion of mechanical energy into energy of working medium, for instance, water. Water pressure is provided by use of centrifugal hydraulic pump or radial-axial hydraulic turbine operating as a pump with provision of generation of reactive energy caused by interaction of water with blades of hydraulic turbine stage or reactive jet nozzle of stage runner, with transmission of water through fixed waterway and stage stator made in form of spiral chamber or branched manifold. Peripheral speed of stage runner with blades or reactive jet nozzles in creases torque by value of difference of radii of stage runner and drive engine wheel. Device contains drive engine with rotating shaft, for instance, hydraulic turbine, transmitting shaft, generator and at least two similar conversion stages. Shaft of hydraulic turbine is coupled with centrifugal pump impeller of first stage radially from which fixed waterways are laid to branched manifold or to spiral chamber on side surface of which radial-axial turbine runner is installed with working blades or nozzles over periphery under which drain manifold is installed. Runner of second stage hydraulic pump is rigidly installed on shaft by means of which it is connected with runner of first stage and rotor of electric generator.

The invention relates primarily to the field of power engineering and power plant and can be used to power the actuators in vehicles and electricity generation.

As the prototype is accepted, the device containing the main turbine, which is attached with a pump containing a rotor with a shaft and an output pipe to the pump attached auxiliary turbine, containing the rotor with the shaft and the inlet pipe, and which is attached to a generator of electric current, and the pump shaft is connected to the shaft of the main turbine, the outlet of the pump connected to the inlet side of the auxiliary turbine and the shaft of the auxiliary turbine connected to the shaft of an electric current. The pump shaft may be connected with the shaft of the main turbine through a gearbox. The most effect in the operation of the device is achieved when the auxiliary turbines use water turbine radial-axial type (see Russian Federation patent No. 2061186 C1, CL F03 13/00, 27.05.1996).

In this device by multi-step conversion is the production of electric power using the power hydraulic flow.

However, this device has a complex structure and does not allow to increase the efficiency and torque, peredav the text on the generator.

The task of the invention is to increase efficiency, simplify the design by changing the kinematic transmission schemes with increasing rotating torque from the drive motor to the consumer of mechanical energy.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the claimed method of energy conversion of the working fluid into mechanical and electrical by multistage conversion involves the use of a drive motor having a rotating output shaft, for example, turbines, transmission power torque from the shaft of a drive motor to the consumer of mechanical energy is realized by means of at least two-stage conversion of mechanical energy into the energy of the working fluid, such as water pressure is ensured through the use of a centrifugal pump or a radial-axial turbines operating in the pumping mode, ensuring the generation of reactive energy from the interaction of water with the blades of a stage of the turbine or jet spray nozzles the impeller speed, passing the water through a fixed conduit and stator stages, made in the form of a spiral chamber or branched manifold, when the circumferential speed of the impeller speed propeller or jet jet nozzles led the increases torque by the difference of the radii of the impeller speed and impeller drive motor, when this load on the drive motor is a centrifugal pump or a radial-axial turbine first stage.

The claimed device for converting energy of a working medium into mechanical and electrical energy comprises a drive motor having a rotating output shaft, for example, turbines, gear shaft, generator and at least two similar stages of transformation, and the turbine shaft coupled to the impeller of a centrifugal pump of the first stage, radially away the stationary conduits leading to the branched manifold or to a spiral chamber, on the side of the circle which has the impeller radial-axial turbine bearing on the periphery of the working blade or nozzle, which is installed waste collector, and the impeller hydraulic pump of the second stage is rigidly mounted on the shaft, through which is connected with the impeller of the first stage and the rotor of the generator.

The invention is illustrated graphic material, in which figure 1 shows a General view of the device, to implement a two-step of the claimed method; figure 2 shows a right side wheels with internal supply water to their blades; figure 3 shows the water supply to the jet nozzles.

A device for implementation of the program of the claimed method includes:
