The invention relates to transport machinery and concerns of walking vehicles and created on the base car.

The present invention is directed to solving technical challenges in reducing energy costs during the movement of the vehicle due to a chassis that moves the car on the tires (plates), the lower edge of which is installed on the sleeve of the finger, the speaker of the chain link, pivoted in the hole racks, with the second hole with fixed therein articulated finger protruding from another link closed chain, worn, and as the first sprocket fixed to the ends of the horizontally mounted in the bearings of the shafts with the same rotation of the upper and lower closed chains worn by stars like branches, moving on tires will move together with fingers on their links racks, mounted pivotally on the fingers. The supports are performed in a form of six peripheral hydrotelescopic struts communicating with corresponding units of transforming rotational motion into reciprocal motion.
