SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for conditioning mineral fertilizers. Composition for conditioning mineral fertilizers comprises active component based on primary aliphatic amines, hydrocarbon solvent, modifying agent for fluidity loss representing solid hydrocarbons with melting point 50oC, not less. As active component the composition comprises product of partial or complete neutralization of primary aliphatic C10-C20)-amines with (C2-C30)-carboxylic acids wherein part of neutralized amine is varied, and hydrocarbon solvent represents purified distillate or residual mineral oils, or a mixture of distillate and residual mineral oils containing the main fraction 85%, not less, with the boiling point above 350oC in the their following content in the composition, wt.-%: active component, 10-25; hydrocarbon solvent, 40-80; temperature modifying agent for fluidity loss, 1-20. The composition of temperature 70-100oC, viscosity value at this temperature 5-50 mPa*c, temperature fluidity loss 20-60oC is applied on surface of granules in the amount 0.02-0.2% of fertilizer mass to be treated. Components of the composition provides preparing inexpensive and effective conditioning composition that doesn't form aerosol in its applying on fertilizer and not aggressive to material of transporting bands used in transport of treated product.

The invention relates to the production of compositions for mineral fertilizers and can be used for conditioning the nitrogen-, phosphorus - and/or potassium fertilizers and products on the basis of these fertilizers.

To reduce caking of mineral fertilizers are widely used air conditioning (individual substances or compositions), forming on the surface of the fertilizer particles hydrophobic adsorption protective film. Handling fertilizers conditioning is carried out at a temperature 65-121°C. the disadvantages of such air-conditioner and method of its application should include the following:

- use as conditioning the individual is of exist, and not composition. For aliphatic amines and their salts of the dependence of viscosity on temperature (within the temperature causing air to a temperature of storage and use of processed fertilizers) does not provide the uniformity of adsorption protective film;

- high temperature treatment leads to an increased concentration of amines in the air. Amines are hazardous substances affecting the skin and respiratory system, therefore, to ensure the requirements of environmental protection, occupational health and environmental safety it is necessary to conduct special events.

Also known as conditioning for granules of ammonium nitrate (EP 0113687, priority 06.01.83). Air conditioning is a composition consisting of product (5-30%)received at least partial neutralization of the secondary alkoxysilanes amine (amine) acid ester (esters) phosphoric acid, mineral oil (25-70%), paraffin wax coarse (10-50%) and microcrystalline (5-25%).

The disadvantages of the proposed compositions are as follows:

- narrow range of brands of fertilizers, for processing which is applied composition;

microcrystalline wax is extracted from the residues of petroleum oils or of fractions of lubricating petroleum oils obtained by vacuum distillation.

Closest to the claimed composition is the composition disclosed in the patent RU 2240297, priority 28.10.2003. The composition has the following composition, wt.%: amines (10-25), paraffin hydrocarbon fraction With14-C17(30-60), nonionic surfactants (1-3), solid hydrocarbons (20-40), low-molecular polyisobutylene with a molecular mass of 5000-30000 (5-15). Suitable amines are primary aliphatic amines with long hydrocarbon chains With17-C20or tallow amines.

The disadvantages of the proposed conditioning should include:

- include in its composition a combination of the source components with high volatility at the temperature of application (paraffin hydrocarbon fraction With14-C17and primary aliphatic amines or tallow amines), which leads to the formation in the air of working zone of the aerosol spraying of the air conditioner above the fertilizer. Requirements to ensure health and environmental safety requires special events;

The main task, which directed the claimed group of inventions is a composition having low volatility at the temperature of application, not aggressive to the material conveyor belts used to transport the processed composition of the product and at the same time cheap, effective for a wide range of mineral fertilizers by providing a uniform protective film on the surface of the fertilizer.

Optionally, the inventive composition may contain a viscosity modifier in an amount not more than 15 wt.%, which is a rheological polymer thickener and/or kationaktivnaya or anion active or nonionic surface-active agent (surfactant) in an amount of not more than 3 wt.%.

A feature of the present invention is that the final properties of the composition necessary to achieve the stated goals can be achieved by many combinations of properties and contents of the components in the composition. Optimal formulations of the compositions within the stated formulas exist for specific fertilizers and their processing.

Primary aliphatic amines, on the basis of which the active component is obtained by complete or partial neutralization may be of any origin and degree of processing - synthetic, natural, digidrirovannye, hydrogenated. The combination of the properties of the selected primary aliphatic amine and carboxylic acid, and the proportion of amine neutralized by the allow:

- to give the active component of the modifier property (viscosity, fluidity loss, surface properties);

aggressiveness impact on the material conveyor belts.

The combination of a primary aliphatic amine and carboxylic acid, and share neutralized amine is determined based on the specific parameters of the composition (viscosity, pour point) and the brand of processed fertilizers.

Hydrocarbon solvent, representing the purified distillate or residual mineral oil or a blend of distillate and residual mineral oil having a main fraction (not less than 85%) with a boiling point above 350°provides a homogeneous composition with low volatility at the temperature of application.

To ensure the properties of the composition (viscosity, pour point, surface-active properties) modifying the properties of the active component is not enough. Therefore, the composition is administered special modifiers, the number of which is reduced due to that the active component has the following features. As the viscosity modifier may be used any suitable for this purpose, the polymer is agostinelli, for example polyisobutylene, or acrylic, or rubber, or other, providing the viscosity of the composition at the temperature of application. As a modifier temperature fluidity loss can be used solid hydrocarbons with a melting point not lower than 50°With, for example, paraffin or ceresin, or stearine, or oil residues, or other. As surfactants can be used kationaktivnaya or anion active or nonionic surfactants. The choice of a specific modifier due to:

The claimed method of conditioning mineral fertilizers represents the surface of the fertilizer granules at a temperature of 70-100°With the claimed composition with the desired properties, with a viscosity of 5-50 MPa·and pour 20-60°With, in the amount of 0.02 to 0.2% by weight of the treated fertilizer.

The invention can be better understood through comparative and not limiting the scope of the invention examples of which are listed below.

Example 1.

Compositions (table 1) was obtained by heating to 80°and mixing until a homogeneous mass mixtures, consisting the x from the active component, hydrocarbon solvent, viscosity modifier and temperature fluidity loss, PAV. Example 2.

Composition having a temperature of 80-90°S, was applied by spraying to the surface of the fertilizer granules. When spraying was determined in the air of working zone of the contents of aerosol mineral oils and aliphatic amines. Similar conditions were testing the prototype the results are shown in table 2.

Example 3.

Assessment of the aggressiveness of the impact of composition on the material conveyor belts was carried out on the basis of the results of mass change of the material at the time of exposure of the composition to 72 hours and at a temperature of 50°C. methods of determining weight changes in a material well known in the art. As the material to be tested was selected on BNR rubber, which is used for the manufacture of conveyor belts used to transport fertilizer. Example 4.

The mechanism of action of the composition on other types of fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the products on the basis of these fertilizers are similar to those described above.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, to production of fertilizers, namely to the methods of production of granular fertilizers, and in particular, to nitrogenous and complex fertilizers, and may be used at production of the granular fertilizers with the improved properties. The prepared nitrate-phosphate solution is boiled down, additional neutralization with ammonium is carried out, granulated by prilling method and treated with an anti-caking agent. Invention provides enhancing output and diminishing losses of ammonium nitrogen.

Method for preparing ammonium-calcium nitrate (saltpeter) involves the neutralization reaction of nitric acid with ammonia, addition of calcium nitrate, evaporation of solution and granulation of the melt. Calcium nitrate is added before the neutralization stage by dissolving calcium carbonate or oxide in nitric acid under condition providing the maintenance of the concentration of calcium nitrate solution in nitric acid in the range 5-20 wt.-% followed by neutralization of the prepared solution. Invention provides preparing the product exhibiting the high strength of granules and with reduced consumptions due to using the inexpensive calcium raw and reducing energy consumption in the evaporation stage.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing complex granulated mineral fertilizer consists in mixing ammonium nitrate and monoammonium phosphate-containing phosphate additive. The latter is granulated mineral double fertilizer simultaneously containing ammonium nitrate, monoammonium phosphate, and calcium phosphates at total content of digestible phosphorus 13÷21% (calculated as P2O5). Additive is introduced by way of melting it followed by admixing resulting melt to molten ammonium nitrate. Phosphate additive utilizes nitroammophosphate at weight ratio N:P2O5 equal to 23:21 or 26:13 and phosphate additive melt is preliminarily completely or partly separated from infusible solid phase, after which phosphate additive is introduced in amount 2-6% (as P2O5) of the weight of final product. Granulated mineral fertilizer contains ammonium nitrate and monoammonium phosphate with total content of digestible P2O5 within a range of 2÷6%, in which case 0.4÷28.6% of P2O5 is present in the form of dicalcium phosphate.

EFFECT: reduced corrosiveness of process medium, increased nutritive value of fertilizer having physicochemical properties competitive with those of known fertilizers, and simplified manufacturing technology.
