SUBSTANCE: according to invention, front and rear plates braced by load-bearing studs with nuts are installed on base to form power unit. Installation for repressive wheels wheelset axles designed for disassembly of solid-rolled wheels with wheel pairs with the axes and oriented for use in the car repair companies and repair shops train depot.

Known device for repressive wheels wheelset axles, containing established on the basis of the working cylinder to the cradle for mounting a pair of wheels rigidly connected by rods with a working cylinder and additional support, a hydropower plant. US 3399447, 03.09.1968.

The disadvantages of this device are its large size, the complexity of attachment to the frame of the cradle and its low reliability of the design.

The closest technical solution to the described by its technical essence is the setting for repressive wheels wheelset axles, containing the front and rear plates mounted on the base and tightened between a power studs and nuts with the formation of the power block, a piston cylinder mounted on the rear plate and the front plate is made a groove with the axis of the wheelset and the stop wheel in the front plate through the thrust washer, under the action of the hollow rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic and high-pressure hoses. SU 123557, publ. 1959.

The disadvantage of this device is complicated is the General design of the rear plate, namely installation inside the cylinder spherical heel and shock-absorbing rubber ring. In addition, for repressive wheels wheelset axles require two pumps, one of which is high pressure, which complicates and increases the cost of the whole installation. Another disadvantage is the high requirements for sealing the high-pressure chamber in the formation of an oil wedge in the period of initial moving and the difficulty to create an oil wedge.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the construction, increase the reliability, simplicity and quality process repressive.

The problem is solved and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the installation for repressive wheels wheelset axles includes front and rear plates mounted on the base and tightened between a power studs and nuts with the formation of the power block, a piston cylinder mounted on the rear plate and the front plate is made a groove with the axis of the wheelset and the stop wheel in the front plate through the thrust washer, under the action of the hollow rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic and high-pressure hoses, while the new is that it is equipped with a stand under the axle of the wheel the pair secured on the base, the outer side of the power unit, in which zmoznostjo vertical movement, this front plate fastened to the base through the bolts and bushings with offset in the longitudinal direction of the linear deformations, and the centers of the holes for the studs in the plates are located on a circle having a center coincident with the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, in addition, the piston is made hole communicated with the cavity of the hollow rod, and include, respectively, an additional piston and rod, the latter performed with emphasis in the Central side of the axis of the wheelset, and a hollow stem with possible stops at the end of the stepped grooves located on the axis of the wheelset, between the landing stage under the wheel hub and bearings.
