The invention relates to foundry and can be used in engineering, art and architecture.

A known method of manufacturing art products in single sand molds. It consists in pouring molten metal into sand form with the subsequent knockout zakristallizuetsya casting from the mold. (Nditu, Wastepro. Foundry technology. M.: Mashinostroenie, 1985, p.93.)

Its disadvantage is the low quality of casting surface, the difficulty of obtaining products having the reverse slopes (undercut), as well as the complexity of the process of forming and machining, which limits the application of this method in production of artistic products.

There is also known a method of artistic production of castings by casting in shell form. The basic technological operations by casting in shell molds are in the manufacture of membranes, the Assembly of the shells in the form setup form under the fill metal, metal melting and pouring, shaping, knockout and finishing of castings. (Antinucci, Voutilainen. Art casting. S.-Petersburg: University of technology, 1996, pp.182.)

The closest adopted for the prototype, is a method of manufacturing a thin-wall art products by electroforming, where n is the wax model, electrolytic method applied to the decorative layer of metal with the subsequent removal of the wax model and getting thin art products. (SU 88966 A1, IPC VS 9/04, 01.01.1950.)

The objective of the invention is to provide a method which makes possible to produce thin-walled art objects of small mass, reduce the complexity and duration of the technological cycle.

The proposed method allows to produce thin-wall art products from metals and alloys, with high surface quality with low weight due to their porous structure and small wall thickness and mechanical properties sufficient for use of the product in the interior.

The task is achieved by the fact that the product model cast rough form of the metal. Next, produce a clean working surface rough shape using sandblasting, after which the cleaned surface is rough forms sprayed layer of the base metal, which is a material of the art products. And the last operation is the separation of the fusible rough shape from the deposited layer. Due to the difference of coefficients of thermal expansion of materials is a branch of the deposited layer from the substrate. Thus, the separated thin layer of deposited metal becomes ready hudojestven the m product.

The figure 1 shows the model of artistic products, where 1 is the front side; 2 - back; figure 2 shows produced a draft form of the metal, where 1 - surface, 2 - podmodelnuju plate; figure 3 shows the application of a decorative metal in draft form, where 1 - podmodelnuju plate; 2 - draft form; 3 - jet of sprayed metal; 4 - gun (manual); 5 - formed layer of hardened metal; figure 4 shows made artistic product, where 1 is the front surface; 2 - back.

An example embodiment of the invention.

On wood master models receive the imprint of a single sand form. Next, the molten alloy wood (containing %: 50 Bi; Pb 25; Sn 12,5; Cd 12,5) is poured into the mold cavity, after cooling the metal draft form for subsequent spraying. The sample size rough shape equal to 200 mm × 100 mm × 10 mm working surface-treated cast iron fraction (granulation of 0.4-0.8 mm). The temperature of the substrate before deposition 20°C. Next, using electrometallurgy EM-16M deal 15 layers of alloy AD-1. The cooling time of each layer of 1.5 seconds. The distance between the nozzle and the substrate 10 mm. In the process of natural cooling is separated from the substrate is sawed the layer thickness of 8-10 mm

The proposed method poses which enables you to obtain high quality thin art products, with a small weight, a clear fingerprint image and a high surface quality, and significantly reduce the cost of the metal, the complexity and the time of manufacturing.

A method of manufacturing art products, including the manufacture of the product model, in which the casting is made rough form with the subsequent sandblasting work surface rough shape, after which it sprayed surface layer of the alloy which is the material of the artistic product, and then separating the deposited layer from rough shape due to the difference of coefficients of thermal expansion of the materials deposited layer and the substrate.
