SUBSTANCE: box 1 is folded from sheet material 9. Box comprises wall 7 defined by overlapped inner part 22 and outer part 21 made of sheet material. One section of inner part 22 covered with corresponding section of outer part 21 is elongated and form depression 27 to provide thickness of corresponding outer part 21 section. Depression 27 is surrounded by corresponding the first free outer edge 29 and the second inner edge 30 connected with remainder sheet material 9. Outer part 21 has the third free edge 21 located from outer side of the second edge 30 and coplanar thereto. This provides stepless continuous outer surface of corresponding wall 7 free of projecting edges 31.

The present invention relates to a carton for tobacco products.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a carton for tobacco products, for example, to pack or carton of cigarettes formed by folding sheet material, usually of the workpiece, and containing at least one wall with double layer derived from the internal part and the external part of the sheet material superimposed on each other, wherein at least part of the inner part is covered with the corresponding part of the outer part.

The present invention has special advantages for the production of packs of cigarettes with hinged lid, on which the following description refers purely as an example.

Description of the prior art,

In the tobacco industry known packs for cigarettes with hinged lid, that is, bundles, containing the main part and the cover are attached to each other along a line connection is made by bending a flat, essentially rectangular workpiece, on which the two previously completed a longitudinal line or band bending, parallel to each other and to the longitudinal axis of the workpiece, determine the Central main part, separated by many pre-made in the transverse direction of the bend lines and posredstvennoj line connections to a number of sections, usually containing the first front section of the main portion, the second lower section of the main part, the third rear section of the main body, a fourth rear section of the cover is connected with the third section along the line connection, the fifth upper section of the cover, the sixth front section of the cover and the seventh fortified section sixth section.

The fact that the free edges are visible, has both aesthetic and functional disadvantages. Namely, the free edges, with one hand, usually have a natural color of cardboard, which is made from billet, in contrast color (s) adjacent the outer surface of the stack, and on the other hand, are coarse, so that the stack was convenient to take when using the surrounding materials, and any material transparent wrapper was guaranteed from clumping with the external surface of the package.

US 4526317 describes a carton for cigarettes in the form of a parallelepiped formed by bending and folding a solid billet of conveniently cut sheet of cardboard or other stiff, resilient and foldable material. The box contains a cover in the form of a box, attached along its rear wall; the inner side of the cover contain the guides section of the cover separated from the sides of the lid, with the side parts of the exact angular lugs arranged slidable between the sides of the cover and the guide sections of the cover. Alternatively presents the smoothed angular lugs and the upper part of the front section of the main part of the body of the box.

US 5197935 describes the transparent package having side walls, and ve is hnie and bottom walls, serving as a lid and bottom, respectively, with the side wall and top are sealing the seam that runs along the edges of adjacent walls; so that the packaging may have a smooth outer surface in the region of the sealing seam, without the formation of synthetic plastic bent edges or the like, while the outer surface of the two walls, which are connected to each other via a sealing seam, are permanently connected to each other through a gap along at least one end surface of the edges that belong to the wall, so that other surfaces are flat in cross-section, and in which the sealing seam is masked inside the package by means of synthetic plastic unbent edge.

The invention

The present invention is the creation of boxes for tobacco products, designed to eliminate the aforementioned drawbacks.

To solve this problem is proposed box for tobacco products under paragraph 1 of the claims, and preferably any of the following claims depending directly and/or indirectly from item 1.

The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing boxes for tobacco products, as defined by you is E. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing boxes for tobacco products, as stated in paragraph 6 of the claims and preferably in any of the following claims depending directly or indirectly from item 6.

Brief description of drawings

The preferred embodiment of the invention

Outside the Central main part 12 pre-made longitudinal strips 10 fold define two valve 21, passing along the respective longitudinal edges of the front section 14; two valve 22 along the respective longitudinal edges of the rear section 16; two valves 23, passing along the respective longitudinal edges of the rear section 17; and two valve 24 along respective longitudinal edges of the front section 19.

When bending sheet 9 to form packs 1 valves 21-24 are bent at a right angle with the relevant sections 14, 16, 17, 19; each valve 21, 24 overlaps at least h is partially on the corresponding valve 22, 23 and is located on the outer surface of the respective valves 22, 23, and attached thereto; and each pair of the respective valves 22 and 23 defines together with the respective valves 21 and 24, imposed on them corresponding to the side wall 7, the opposite longitudinal edges of which are connected respectively to the front wall 5 and rear wall 6 by means of two rounded edges 8, each of which is defined by the corresponding pre-made strips 10 fold.

As shown in figure 3, plotted line 15 is formed along each pair of valves 22 and 23 runs parallel to the longitudinal axis 11 and, as shown in figure 1, divides each valve 22, 23 on the ledge 26 adjacent to the outer edge of the corresponding pre-made strips 10 fold and located on a level with it, and the depression 27.

Lines 25, 25A can be formed using various methods, the choice of which depends on the shape and location of the marked lines 25, 25A, and the type of workpieces 9.

To get straight lines 25, passing along the workpiece 9 to be extracted from the stack (not shown) and fed in the direction of the axis continuously or stepwise, each marked line 25 is preferably formed with the use of two rollers 32 (figure 4)rotating about respective axes 33, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 11, and arranged with the possibility of contact with a corresponding cavity 27, and two rollers 34 are displaced with respect to the rollers 32, the rotation is available around the respective axes 35, parallel to the axis 33, and arranged with the possibility of contact with the ledge 26.

If the workpiece 9 (figure 5) serves a step in any direction, for example, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 11, lines 25 or 25A is preferably formed using a template 36 and contour template 37, moving perpendicular to the workpiece 9 and having respective front additional surfaces 38 and 39.

If the workpiece 9 is connected to the side (6) to form a continuous strip 40 is fed continuously or stepwise in the direction of 41, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 11, lines 25 or 25A is preferably formed using two essentially contiguous rollers 42 and 43 located on opposite sides of the strip 40, and rotating about their respective axes 44 and 45 in parallel to each other and the longitudinal axes 11 and perpendicular to the direction 41. The rollers 42 and 43, respectively, contain at least one peripheral ledge 46 and at least one recess 47, which is provided in contact with the respective opposite surfaces of the depressions 27 of two adjacent blanks 9.

Lines 25, 25A obviously can be formed as in the manufacture of blanks 9 and packaging machine of the user.

The above description relating to unit 1, also the use of the IMO to any rigid packaging for tobacco products, having one wall formed by overlaying two layers of sheet material.

For example, Fig.7 shows the stack 48 with beveled edges 49, that is octagonal pack 48, the edge 49 which is defined by a longitudinal strip 50 at an angle of 45 degrees to the adjacent side wall 7, is connected with the side wall 7 along the longitudinal edge 51. Lines 25 (or 25A) bundle 48 is preferably formed on the respective valves 22 and 23 adjacent to the respective rear edges 51.

Through additional example Fig shows the stack 52, consisting of a rectangular sections, in which each side wall 7 is connected to the front wall 5 and rear wall 6 direct edges 53, and each plotted line 25 (or 25A) is preferably formed on the respective valves 22 and 23 adjacent to the respective rear edge 53.

By means of additional example, Fig.9 shows the stack in the form of a "cushion" 54, in which the opposite side of each of the front and rear walls 5 and 6 are defined transverse curved pre-made strip 55 bend connected to the corresponding side wall 7 and the corresponding sharp edge 56, and each plotted line 25 (or 25A) is preferably formed on the respective valves 22 and 23 adjacent to suitable the th rear edge 56.

5. Box according to claim 1 or 2, in which the second and third edges (30, 31) have a combined form.

6. The method of making boxes for tobacco products, comprising the step of bending the workpiece (9) for forming a carton(1; 48; 52; 54), at least one wall (7) with a double layer containing the inner part (22, 23) and the outer part (21, 24) of sheet material (9), superimposed on each other;

thus, at least part (27) of the said inner part (22, 23) is covered by the corresponding part of the specified outer part (21, 24), while an additional press part (27) of the said inner part (22, 23) by an amount at least equal to the thickness specified sheet material (9)and the workpiece (9) contains the main part (12)having a longitudinal axis (11) and is divided into several sections (14-20) through pre-made lines (13) bend perpendicular to the specified longitudinal axis (11); at least some (14; 16; 17; 19) of the sections (14-20) of the workpiece (9) have opposite side flaps (21-24), each of which is s bent perpendicular to the corresponding section (14; 16; 17; 19) and at least partially superimposed on a corresponding valve (21-24) other specified partition (14; 16; 17; 19) to form the corresponding wall (7) with double layer, characterized in that the cavity (27) is surrounded by a corresponding first free external edge (29) and an inner second edge (30)connected with the rest of the specified sheet material (9), and the said outer part (21, 24) has a free outer third edge (31), located on the outside the specified second edge (30) and coplanar with it.

7. The method according to claim 6, in which a specified part (27) of the inner part (22, 23) is pressed through the extrusion.

Box and cover form vertical edges of pack with rounded off cross section, and rounded off edges arranged at front side and rear side and narrow vertical side walls of box and also side walls of cover are made of partially overlapping and interconnected side flaps of box and also side flaps of cover. Radius of rounding off of pack edges exceeds radius of cigarette, being approximately 8 mm. EFFECT: increased rigidity and improved sanitary conditions inside the pack, enhanced safety of cigarette storage in the case of outer wrap breakage.

Side and three-dimensional layers are directly or indirectly connected one to another over the full surfaces thereof facing each other. Method for package production by creasing and folding laminated packing material involves pressing creasing device in one side of laminated packing material to form crease lines and holding the packing material by supporting tool from opposite side thereof, wherein the supporting tool is substantially flat in area corresponding to area of creasing device application; folding the packing material about crease line. Above three-dimensional layer has latticed structure formed of cellulose fibers.

EFFECT: decreased thickness of obtained package, possibility to fold packing material through 180° in which total thickness of folded material is approximately equal to double unfolded material thickness.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: machine for cutting out blanks and forming bending lines on blanks contains two cylinders made of metal, preferably, steel, rotating towards each other. At least one of cylinders is provided with curved wooden plate, preferably, plywood one, on external surface. Machine contains also cutout devices and to form bending lines which are press fitted in slots on wooden plate. Said wooden plate is secured on cylinder and is centered by means of two adjusting rings, also arranged on cylinder. At least one ring is made for automatic rotation or shift or shift along axle, and each ring is provided with guide projection pointed along axis of cylinder to get into end slot on wooden plate.

EFFECT: provision of easy alignment of wooden plate and, consequently, cutout device relative to cylinder.
