The present invention relates to a cloth, provided with at least one permanent fold, and method of its manufacture.

In some cases it is desirable or necessary that the cloth contained one or more folds. So, in some cases, you want the canvas, made in the form of stacked zigzag folds.

The canvas is usually produced flat, and folds form then. When the cloth is produced from a thermoplastic synthetic fibers, permanent creases can be obtained, for example, by thermal processing.
