SUBSTANCE: claimed detergent contains (mass %): anionic surfactant 12-18; amphoteric surfactant 4-6; sodium citrate 0.5-9; citric, or boric, or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acids 1.5-0; and balance: milky whey. Detergent of present invention is useful in particular in washing of cloth in objects with increased radioactive phone.

The invention relates to the field of liquid detergents, used mainly for washing clothes, including wool and silk, the production of clothing and decontamination, in the process of washing clothes and overalls at sites with elevated background radiation and is aimed at improving its special characteristics.

Among detergents, hygiene products currently are very popular means containing enzymes, trace elements, vitamins and other additives that increase the life properties of the skin.

There are a number of hygienic detergents, shampoos, Soaps, foam baths, balms and gels on the basis of whey with high prevention and consumer properties (see for example, EP 0897973 A1, EN 2170078 C1, EN 2141814 C1, EN 2093039 C1, EN 2061469 C1).

All these inventions relate to the field of medicine, namely detergents for cosmetic and hygienic purposes and may not be used for washing and decontamination of linen.

Known means and method of washing, for example, overalls (see AC USSR 135459). As a detergent use an aqueous solution gramicidin-bentonite soap with high sorption properties and allows you to clean from radioactive contamination.

The closest analogue claimed izobreteny what is detergent in the patent RU 2196567 C1, designed for hygienic purposes, mainly for conditions with high radioactive background, and can be used for decontamination of the hair and the skin of the body, for the decontamination of linen on stage rinse, as well as for decontamination of various surfaces. Known product contains whey, surface-active substances (surfactants), complexing substances, carbolic acid, Trilon B, the water - the rest.

The specificity of the process of decontamination of linen and clothing requires reduced amounts of radioactive waste after processing, thus reducing the number of cycles of washing and rinsing, as well as reducing the content of oil in the wastewater.

In addition, in recent years due to stricter requirements for environmental protection in the industrialized countries has dramatically increased the need for exceptions to the composition of the formulations of detergents supplements - phosphates including sodium tripolyphosphate, ingress of sewage into water dramatically affects their ecological status, makes them unsuitable for drinking water abstraction and reduces fish stocks.

The technical problem of the invention is the expansion of the range of liquid washing and decontamination facilities, including household products based on whey.

Set the military problem is solved as follows: detergent contains whey, anionic and amphoteric surfactants, complexing agents, sodium citrate, citric, boric, or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in the following ratio, wt.%: anionic poverhnosti-active substance-12-18, amphoteric poverhnosti-active substance - 4-6, sodium citrate and 0.5 to 3.5, citric, boric, or ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA) acid - 1,5-9, whey powder - rest.

As anionic substances can be used, higher alkyl sulphates (C12-C16,), and as amphoteric - surfactant of the class of betaines.

To amphoteric surfactants include amphiphile, functional group which is able to carry both negative and positive charge depending on the pH of the environment. Many of them are in a certain ratio with other surfactants may act as complexing agents - surfactants "helfant combining properties of surfactants and complexing agents.

The tool may further comprise glycerol in the amount of 0.5 to 3.5 wt.%, in the amount of 0.5-0.7 wt.%, crasneanscki antifoam perfume perfume in an amount of 0.6 to 1 wt.%, the preservative in the amount of 0.05-0.2 wt.%, the dye in an amount of 0.01-0.03 wt.%.

In addition, the proposed tool can optionally contain soda and antiresonance.

The technical result is, obtained from use of the proposed structure is to reduce expenditures, improve the cleansing qualities, environmental performance and extend the life of washing machines.

We offer qualitative and quantitative composition of funds is necessary and sufficient to achieve the specified result.

The proposed tool is a jelly-like fluid on the basis of natural whey, which is an advantage before washing powders, because the application does not cause allergies in people with sensitive skin.

Basically all the facilities for washing clothes represent an alkaline environment with a pH of 9-10, the tool has a pH value of 5.5, which corresponds to the natural value of the acidity of the skin of the person. For skin most people typical weak acid reaction (pH value of 5.0-6.0).

The tool contains a balanced composition of surfactants: anion active 12-18 wt.% and amphoteric 4-6 wt.%, therefore consumption is reduced to 1 kg of Laundry.

The use of amphoteric surfactants of the class of betaines, i.e. substances weakly irritant with good washing qualities, suitable for sensitive skin. Due to the presence of Quaternary nitrogen this component is found and certain antimicrobial action.

As complexing additives for decontamination from radioactive pollution use citric, boric, or EDTA acid, which in combination with other components prevent the formation and help remove scale and deposits of salts of water hardness on the working parts of washing machines, which ensures longer service life of equipment and improvement of decontamination factor (efficiency of decontamination from radioactive contamination).

As viscosity regulator and complexing agents used sodium citrate, and not sodium chloride. The lack of chlorine in the composition helps to extend the life of equipment due to corrosion reduction of metal sites, which is especially important for industrial washing machines.

The combination of sodium citrate 0.5 to 3.0% and citric, boric, or EDTA acid 1,5-9,0% is an effective complexing agents in the decontamination of linen and clothing against radioactive contamination.

The lack of phosphates in the proposed tool, an important advantage in the processing of wastewater and environmental safety of the water.

Thanks to the peculiarities of the structure is considerably reduced consumption of detergent and decontamination of linen and clothing with 3-4 1-2 cycles to cycles, which leads to a significant reduction in the number of rinses and, as the trail is a journey, amounts of liquid radioactive waste (LRW).

On the nuclear industry eliminates the need for frequent decontamination washing machines, which greatly improves the radiation environment of the enterprise and reduce the degree of exposure of the personnel.

Washing offered by the tool takes place at a temperature not above 60°that can significantly reduce electricity costs.

The possibility of carrying out the invention is confirmed by means of the described example of a process procedure of production facilities (table 1).

Trial offer detergent brand "BITES" for decontamination was carried out in accordance with THE 2381-001-57983206-03. As a result of the tests:

- reduced the number of cycles of washing clothes (1 wash cycle compared to 2-3 cycles according to the regulations washing regular means);

- reduced the flow of funds (flow rate of 90 kg of linen was 1.2 kg, compared with 6.5 kg standard tools);

deleted fat and oil pollution;

residual contamination after washing meets the standards NRB-99 and SanPiN 228.18-02.
