SUBSTANCE: method comprises generating two homogeneous dot areas with relative area of the dot members of 60-70% for the first dot area and 15-20% for the second dot area which is equal to the guilloching member thus imaging dark areas in the first dot area and light parts in the second dot area, applying the picture on the dot areas, and filling the image with the same dots shifting by the half of the dot line space.

The invention relates to printing and relates to manufacturing methods of printing elements belonging to the category of protecting printed products from fakes.

One known way of security printing products from fakes is the use of guilloche elements representing a continuous intertwining narrow lines forming complex geometric shapes, used as a background stamp. Guilloche elements (grids, borders, rosettes, corners, vignettes) - drawing from a variety of intersecting thin lines defined by mathematical formulas with values in a dozen digits after the decimal point. By the way, not knowing the exact formula of a certain guilloche, play it almost impossible. The composition of guilloche elements are difficult to reproduce by duplicating the apparatus due to the very small thickness (from 40 to 70 microns) and constantly changing curvature of the lines.

However, the rapidly developing market of duplicating, copying, scanning and printing equipment is not possible today to say with confidence about the practical impossibility of repetition guilloche pattern or close to the original simulation. Therefore it is important modification guilloche elements in terms of giving it properties that can be generated with the use of modern technology but cannot be repeated using the same technique.

There is a method of creating a latent image in the elements of protection from printing products from fakes, lies in the fact that in the base guilloche element form the offset portion of the raster lines of the elements that made the guilloche ornament item, half the step size of the raster lines of the elements (WO No. 95/04665, B44F 1/12, publ. 16.02.1995).

This solution is taken as a prototype for the requested object.

The disadvantage of this method is low efficiency of protection, which is built on the low-resolution copiers, but is quite feasible using serious printing equipment. Another feature of weak protection is that there is no direct means of authentication such a picture.

The present invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem on creating a protection element of a multilayer overlay bitmap field, which is along the lines of figure congreves stamp, reinforcing the compositional complexity of the construction of the protection element.

Achievable technical result is to increase security printing products from fakes and provide opportunities for direct verification dostov is rnost products.

This technical result is achieved in that in the method of creating a latent image in the elements of security printing products from fakes, lies in the fact that guilloche elements form the offset portion of the raster lines, which made guilloche ornament item, half the step size of the raster lines, for guilloche element of the first form two uniform raster field formed in a linear pattern with the same frequency and relative area of the raster elements in the first raster field 60-70% and in the second raster field of 15-20% and the same size with guilloche element with display dark areas of the pattern on the first raster field and highlights ornament on the second raster field on the specified bitmap field is placed located equally on the borders of these fields, the image in the form of lettering and/or pattern, which is then cut, and the resulting reverse filled with the same pattern with an offset of half pitch lines of the raster, perform basic repaint guilloche element for education guilloche mask, in which white elements remain white and dark elements - transparent, then have a guilloche mask on first raster field and the second raster field guilloche on the mask to get the layout Guiglo the IRNA element with a latent image, at which carry out printing of an image on a sheet medium on which is made the stamp for microcornea latent image representing a grid with a linear pattern in the frequency equal to the frequency of the latent image with a relative area of raster elements 40-45%, and then printed the image on guilloche mask congreves specified stamp with a combination of printed images and lines convex.

These characteristics are essential and interrelated with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present invention is illustrated by a specific example, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving a given set of features required technical result.

According to the present invention a method of creating a latent image in the elements of security printing products from fakes is that in the base guilloche element form the offset portion of the raster lines, which made guilloche ornament item, half the step size of lines of the raster.

1. Having guilloche element (figure 1), in the graphical editor form two uniform raster field formed in a linear pattern with the same frequency and relative area of the raster elements in the first raster field 60-70% (figure 2) and in the second raster field of 15-20% (figure 3) and matching the size of the base guilloche element with display dark areas of the pattern on the first raster field and light areas of the pattern on the second raster field.

2. On the specified bitmap field is placed located equally on the borders of these fields, the image in the form of inscriptions, such as the letters "A" (figure 4, 5), and/or picture, the image which then is aresult, and the resulting reverse filled with the same pattern, but with an offset of half pitch lines of the raster.

3. Carry out repainting guilloche element for education guilloche mask, in which white elements remain white and dark elements - transparent.

4. Then have a guilloche mask on first raster field and the second raster field guilloche on the mask (6). The resulting image is used to create electronic layout guilloche element with a latent image, which can then produce photo forms (or, if the literal conclusion - printed form).

5. For making stamp for microcornea latent image in the elements of security printing products from the fakes use the film Assembly (Fig.7), which is a grid with a linear pattern in the frequency equal to the frequency of the latent image with a relative area of raster elements 40-45%.

6. In the manufacture of the stamp for microcornea fundamentally to make a stamp for stamping with the following characteristics: the depth of etching 0.07 mm, the angle of straulino surface 35-40 degrees.

7. The printed image (Fig.6) congreves stamp for stamping in the particularly precise alignment of the printed image (6) and line convex (Fig.7) will find the effect (Fig and 9): when observing at right angles latent image is not readable (figure 10), and when the angle of observation of the object is manifested laid latent image, and depending on the viewing angle, the image may be read as white on black (pig), as well as black on white (Fig.9).

When using a sufficiently high line linear screen (more than 200 Lpi) and the manufacture of film on devices with high resolution (3000-4000 dpi) this method is effective for anti-counterfeit printed products for all types of copiers, as these devices will not be accurately reproduced the raster structure of the original and stamping. Unlike other known methods for the production of raster and gelosi (photo engraving and others) all actions under the proposed method are performed in a graphics editor on the workstation (personal computer) designer of security printing products.

The present invention is industrially applicable, as may be implemented using known technologies that are being used in the manufacture of guilloche patterns.

SUBSTANCE: method for creating a concealed image within counter-forgery protective elements of polygraphic products includes, for special protective element consisting of multiple intersecting lines, forming an offset for a portion of bitmap lines utilized to make ornament of aforementioned protective element, for half the step of bitmap line step. SUBSTANCE: protection element 2 of plastic laminate 1 with surface ornament 12 mosaic-composed of surface elements 13,14,15, while plastic laminate 1 has shaped layer 5 positioned between surface 4 and protective 6 layers. SUBSTANCE: set and method of printing can be used for printing light-absorbing signs of protection of printed items. Set of printing ink for printing of light-absorbing signs has at least two dyes. Any dye has at least one dyeing matter, pigment of dye which absorbs visible light. Set of printing inks has first and second groups of dyes. Dyes from first group additionally have mark with preset spectral absorption characteristic, preferably with characteristic relating to absorption. Mark has absorption maximum within wavelength range of 700-900 nm, preferably, 780 nm, and the mark practically doesn't absorb light within visible spectrum of absorption. Dyes of second group has dyeing matter, dye or pigment, which absorbs light within visible light spectrum and they have the same maximum of absorption within IR-red spectrum at wavelength around 700 nm as spectral characteristic within IR-red range of mark, Method of printing signs, printed item and set of dyes, including four-color set of printing inks and IR-mark, are described.

SUBSTANCE: protective element contains a layered composite for gluing onto substrate, containing form-making layer, protective layer of plastic material and reflective layer, which is positioned between form-making layer and protective layer of layered composite, while optically efficient structures of protective sign are formed in reflective layer. Protective sign has at least one surface with optical information element, on which reflective layer is made in form of mirror macro-structure with smooth profile, which in partial areas, forming relief display of information, is made curved so, that adjacent points with extreme values relatively to height of macro-structure profile are distanced for at least 0,3 millimeters.
