FIELD: mining, particularly machines which completely free the mineral from the seam, namely coal mining machines with auger executive tools adapted for underground mineral mining.

SUBSTANCE: mining machine comprises hydraulic driving mechanism, drive, reducers, height-adjustable augers and loading flaps. The machine has additional executive tool made as a number of cutting discs connected to single vertical shaft and arranged in front of augers in machine movement direction. Cutting disc radius is equal or greater than auger width.

The invention relates to the mining industry, particularly coal combines with screw Executive bodies, and may find application in the extraction of mineral raw materials by underground method.

Famous mountain combines with screw Executive bodies [1]. In these harvesters processing slaughtering is carried out in continuous cutting screw Executive body to the height of the workpiece, the capacity of the reservoir. When this coal is subjected to strong ground.

The advantage of such schemes cutting is the reduction of energy intensity, as destructible material is less than ground, and mining machines - improvement of grade of coal.

The technical solution according to the patent [2] has a significant drawback: not resolved the issue with loading of extracted material on the conveyor, and for the additional registration of the plane of the face requires special additional Executive bodies.

Widely used mining combines with screw Executive bodies [1] and accepted by us for the prototype. In them solved the issue with the loading of coal on the conveyor through the use of screws and loading the plates, solved the issue with the design of the face, augers provide a relatively smooth surface.

The advantage of such harvesters is the ability to adjust the height screws on the capacity of the reservoir, as below soil level and above the level of the roof that provides manageability for hypsometry layer and the desired appearance of the face. Such harvesters provide good loading the broken coal on the conveyor and high production efficiency.

The drawback of such mining harvesters is relatively high grinding of coal through the use of cutting scheme with a continuous cutting all destructible part of the capacity of the reservoir, populacional the scheme of cutting. While the energy intensity of destruction compared with two-stage scheme of cut is increased, and the quality of the coal is reduced.

The aim of the invention is to improve the grade of coal.

This objective is achieved in that the harvester is equipped with additional Executive body, made in the form of one or more cutting disks mounted on a vertical shaft and having a motor for rotation, with the cutting disks located in front of screws in the direction of travel of the harvester, and the radius of the cutting disks is greater than or equal to the width of the screw. Additional Executive body works simultaneously with the auger of the combine. The destruction of the coal face begins with cutting horizontal slots: one above the bottom b of the mouth of the conveyor, other (optional) in the middle part of the coal seam at a depth of capture of the screw. Floating next lower (or upper) screw harvester separates the weak pile of coal with the simultaneous appearance of the face. For chelnokova schemes of work, with reverse (not working) during the cutting disk 7 (blades) is drained from the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder 9.

Technical appraisal and economic benefits of the proposed solutions:

a) significantly improves the quality of the extracted coal, which is typical for two-stage schemes of cutting. While the effect of "big chip" because of the presence of the additional exposed surface, the cantilever provisions of part destructible stack of coal. The total impact of auger cutters are aimed at "otla" part of the member in the direction of the slit. Adjusting the height of the lifting screw, you can leave for Samoobrona a stack of coal between the screw and cut a slit;

b) decreasing the energy intensity of production (which is important when a relatively high price for electricity), since coal is less change in ikaetsya and implemented an additional degree of exposure of the face; for brittle coals may Samoobrona cut tutu (the analogy is widely used previously brummelen);

C) expected significant economic effect, since the selling price of anthracite middle size fractions in tens times higher than the selling price of Shtyrov;

SUBSTANCE: method to change over cutter-loader with auger actuators to new mining strip with location of face conveyor drive in longwall face and single-sided pattern of extraction, includes movement of cutter-loader with mineral extraction from cutting zone. At the same time at the end section of longwall face, at the distance equal to the distance between axes of cutter-loader augers, two wells are drilled, to the depth equal to one width of cutter-loader grip. Then cutter-loader moves as idle-running to the end of longwall face, afterwards cutter-loader augers are installed along axis of wells, where at frontal feed of cutter-loader, auger hubs enter wells, and auger blades destroy massif and produce mineral to conveyor with subsequent movement of cutter-loader and formation of new mining strip. In another version of method, cutter-loader changeover is proposed with shuttle method of extraction.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of mining faces operation, simplified technology of second working, reduced costs for equipment, less time spent for auxiliary operations, increased resource of conveyor operation, elimination of multiple bends in conveyor stand.
