SUBSTANCE: proposed device made in form of snap hook provided with retainer has body on which retainer is mounted on axle. Device is provided with bearing spring which is also mounted on body. Retainer has bead to avoid its motion to either side during operation; spring coils are separated by bush which excludes play, motion of spring and torque, thus creating the stop of spring fragment at point of contact with body. Mounted on retainer axle between retainer and body are washers excluding friction of retainer against walls of body plates.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability at protracted operation; increased service life.

The invention relates to discharge devices of the type carabiner with lock, for example, used for lifting and moving loads, which can also be used by crew members during operations aboard the International space station extravehicular activity.

Known design belay carabiner containing power bracket with hooks and back and a trailing link with lock (SU 1094613 A1, 30.05.1984).

Known design belay carabiner containing power bracket (housing) with hooks and back, trailing link with the latch, a spring-loaded locking the coupling slot, and a guide groove under the fingers is made U-shaped form (SU 502534 A1, 30.10.1983).

The main drawback of these designs carabiner with locking is that the locking element and the clamping spring are located on the same axis, which has a dual voltage during operation and, as a consequence, this reduces the reliability of the device.

As the closest analogue of the declared object was selected device with the clamp for lifting and moving of loads, comprising a housing, which is mounted on the axis lock (US 4955651 And 11.09.1990).

This technical solution has the following disadvantages: unreliable fixation due to location on the same axis and in the ne point and springs, and release, which can lead to lateral movement of the latch and release it from contact with the housing; axis location of the retainer and springs fixed external bolted to both sides of the body, which is unreliable in operation due to unauthorized unscrewing nuts.

The technical result obtained by implementing the claimed invention is to improve reliability of the device in the long run, increase its resource.

The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device with clamp for lifting and moving of loads, comprising a housing in which the axis is mounted on the latch according to the invention, the device includes a carrier spring mounted on its axis, also mounted on the housing, the latch is made with flared to it during operation is not moved either in one direction or the other direction, the coils of the spring in the middle of the split is installed on the axis of the sleeve, which eliminates backlash, move the spring, and the bending moment in the operation of the device, with the axis of the latch between the latch and the body is equipped with swivel washers excluding friction retainer wall plates of the hull, thus clamping device and a suspension spring are located on different axial planes.

Installation and once edenia on different axial planes can significantly reduce power voltage on the axis during operation and to improve the reliability and durability of the device.

On the housing 1 of the device are mounted, for example welded, two side plates 5, between which are mounted on their axes 6, 7, respectively, the latch 3 of the device and the supporting spring 2. The latch 3 of the device is lengthened, which creates comfortable conditions during operation, and made for example from sheet material with the frame 4, so that it is not moved either in one direction or in another direction during the operation.

Swivel washers 8 are used in order to avoid backlash of the retainer 3 in the operation of the device and installed on the axis 6 from the inside on both sides of the side plates 5, which gives the hinge effect and eliminates friction.

The sleeve 9 is mounted between the coils of the suspension spring 2, which eliminates backlash during operation and ensures the rigidity of the suspension spring 2. The remoteness and ruggedness of the supporting springs 2 excludes touch her fragments of loads, eliminating the possibility of damage.

When using this device the operator (astronaut) takes the device in the glove and a large palamanui press the latch 3 to failure using a small effort (100-200 grams) and introduces a fragment of the handrail in the inner part of the housing 1. Then the operator removes the force from the retainer 3, while the suspension spring 2 draws the latch 3 by providing secure mooring operator (cargo) to the handrail.

The proposed device is easy to manufacture and reliable (with a five-fold margin of safety) in the long run. All parts of the device (axis, washers, bushing, retainer can be made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1 mm, the spring may be made of a different view of the spring steel, the device may be coated with zinc chromate. All this makes the device more durable, anti-corrosion and increases the reliability during long-term operation.

When suspending load block by two strands 3a, 3b, end 16 of rope 3 is connected with attachment unit located on end of boom 2 from side opposite to side position of block 6. When suspending load block by one strand, end of rope 3 is connected with attachment unit arranged in load block.

Proposed gripper consists of two independent parts, one designed for gripping skirt (lower part) of cylinder and other, for its cap (upper part) for assembling the parts in one unit in inoperative condition by fitting upper grip into lower grip. Lower grip is made in form of clamp being simultaneously a handle and containing two crossmember, one in form of pan with projection, and other in form of arc for half-embracing of outer surface of cylinder over skirt. Upper grip is made in form of branch pipe put onto cylinder cap and provided with handle, also made in form of clamp. Holddown members ion form of stop screws are provided to press branch pipe of upper grip and side part of clamps of lower grip to surface of cylinder.
