The present invention relates to the production of medical products, in particular the medical bandage-patch, with the ability to restore the function of the integral of damaged skin and subcutaneous tissue (hurt, compressed, cooled, and the like).

The literature describes various structural features of the treatment of traumatic bandages and medical adhesives (Higashino, Iusupov, Sphrantzes. Wound. The bandage. Sick. M.: Medicine, 2002, s-287, 278).

Until the 19th century the patches were made and used for therapeutic purposes. With their help, dried, dissolved and resorbed accumulation of fluid inside the body, warm the patient, delayed, softened and opened pores inflammation of internal organs, had subdued the pain and reduce fever, inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous tissues.

In the modern sense of the patch is the dressing tool to hold the wound primary and secondary dressing, including traumatic. All modern patches are mostly retention.

For sticky adhesive coating use 2 main types of composition:

solution in organic solvents (including gasoline) composition of natural and Starovoitova rubbers;

- adhesive based on a copolymer of acrylate.

The first type of adhesive has a high and a second lower allergenicity.

Skin is the patches traditionally. For better adhesion of the plaster skin pre recommend to wipe gasoline or ether. For skin with signs of inflammation of the patch to apply is not recommended.

Under medical trauma bandages understand compresses, which include lotions (for cooling the damaged area) and poultices, or cataplasm (for warming). Compresses are usually multi-layered and may consist of primary dressings containing (first layer) any biologically active substances (BAS), the protective film to create the effect of "greenhouse" and enhance the action of biologically active substances (intermediate layer), a second thermal insulating bandage (second layer) and the retention bandage (third layer).

A classic example of a medical trauma dressings - multicomponent vapor and thermal insulation swathe bandage Vmestimosti proposed by the author in 1995 for the treatment of frostbite of the extremities. The primary dressing is gauze, impregnated multi-component solution consisting of Dimexidum (dimethyl sulfoxide), heparin, nicotinic acid and galidor. Secondary (PE film), tertiary (cotton wool) and the retention layer (bint) perform each function. Migration of medicine is 12 hours, which requires a daily change of dressing.

Modern trends in the development of medical dressings e.g. the go to improve systems for local dosed selection of medicines, the physico-chemical structure of the matrix carrier substance of intact, biologically inert materials. One way or another, but the bandage intervenes in one system is extremely complex relationship between the sick man and his environment, including society. People are often reluctant to consider themselves to patients and reduce their quality of life. He wants less intense exercise, all the activities to perform routine household work and if you need to change the bandage, then do it quickly and without hassle, and without wasting time on asepsis and other medical conditions dressings.

In 1977, the concept of "quality of life" was officially listed in the Index Medicus. It is based on the definition of health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being (who, 1947).

Therefore, the establishment of bandages simple and easy to use, more environmentally friendly and efficient from both the doctor and patient is very important.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a pepper patch (the Fund 42-1195568-04, R. No. 000064/01-2000), which is a fibrous base fabric of cotton or viscose fibers with a sticky adhesive coating from a solution mixture of the best choice and natural rubber in gasoline and lanolin entered active substance (capsaicinoid). Aircraft which s characterized by the chaotic structure and insignificant coefficient (0,3) use of active substances. In addition, used rubber glue often cause various allergic reactions.

Thus, the technical problem to be solved is to create a medical bandages-patches with a matrix of biologically inert materials dosed selection of drugs with minimal losses, simple and reliable in use and does not require additional retention layer.

The problem is solved in that the proposed medical bandage-a bandage comprising fibrous material, wherein the fibrous material is a nonwoven based inkjet method, bonding of viscose and polyester staple fibres by weight 60-75 g/m2with sticky adhesive coating composition of the following composition (parts by weight):

with a dynamic viscosity
therapeutic composition on the basis of essential oils0,8-0,6.

- tea tree oil 0.5 g (FSE 42-823872-03) and other combinations of essential oils depending on the treatment.

A method of obtaining a siloxane rubber having a viscosity of 7.1-15,0 Pa.s based on copolymerization of dimethyl - and methylvinylsiloxane. The catalyst is polysiloxanes tetramethyl ammonium, decaying in the copolymerization process and leaves no traces in the rubber.

In the technical solution use a low molecular weight siloxane rubber temporary technological regulations of the pilot plant FSUE NIISK.

Example 1.

Medical bandage plaster was prepared as follows. The nonwoven based inkjet method, bonding of viscose and polyester staple fibres by weight of 60 g/m2put a sticky adhesive coating composition of the following composition (parts by weight):

Composition for adhesive coating is prepared in the tank blade mixer under stirring speeds of 60-80 rpm at 24-26°C. the Composition is applied to the nonwoven base printing device. On the adhesive coating is applied protective strip of polyethylene film. The bandage is packaged in a waterproof and airtight material and sterilized.

Tests bandages-adhesive carried out in accordance with:

- "Guidelines No. 28-6/32 evaluation of antimicrobial activity of materials containing antimicrobial drugs approved 18.11.83,

- Uniform conditions determine migration in saline extract of antimicrobial materials ("Antimicrobial materials in honey is the Qing" under the editorship of academician of the Academy of medical Sciences of the USSR Lailina, 1987, p.78-83).

Table 1 presents the properties of the medical bandage-patch.

Analysis of the data presented in table 1, suggests that medical bandage-a bandage on the proposed technical solution today is better and more stable over time indicators of migration medicines (up to 3 days) allowed in therapeutic doses and a good recovery factor, and characterized new properties - presence of air permeability at full moisture resistance, lack of allergenicity environmentally safe adhesive coating, quick and easy change of dressings without reducing the "quality" of life.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for prophylaxis of post-operative complication of wounds and formation of pathological scars using the medicinal therapy. Method involves applying a napkin comprising the following components, mg/cm2: sodium alginate, 6.25; hydrocortisone acetate, 0.4; dimexide, 11.25; mexidol, 0.8; gentamycin, 0.15. Before applying the napkin is wetted and remained on wound for 1-3 days with periodical wetting 2-3 times per 24 h and control of wound region by ultrasonic method at least 3 times in a day and regions with structural damages are detected. Then napkins are applied on these regions with exceeding the surface area by 1-2 cm and with change in 2-3 days for 2-3 weeks. The proposed invention provides enhancing the prophylaxis effectiveness, reducing treatment time and prevents arising complications and pathological scars. Invention can be used for treatment of firearm wounds.
