The invention relates to compositions antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood-based oily thermal gasoil and viscosity modifier and can be used for impregnation of wood, in particular impregnation of wooden sleepers and rails.

Known oil impregnating material on the basis of coal oil diluent, which is used petroleum oil-softner HM-1, produced according to TU 38.301.08-31-89.

[Oil oil-softner HM-1. THE 38.301.08-31-89].

[Tar impregnating oil. GOST 2770-74].

However, in the manufacture of the working mixture, consisting of coal oil having a density at 20°With more than 1000 kg/m3and UH-1 having a density at 20°890-910 kg/m3, using as a mixing agent of acute water vapor eventually get a heterogeneous mass: top - XM-1, in the middle of the water, and below the coal oil. Stratification increases during storage commodity mix.

In addition, coal oil is highly toxic (2nd hazard class - high-risk) organic antiseptic, highly carcinogenic activity in relation to the person (50-125 times higher than the oil fraction of thermal origin).

[Chemistry and technology of fuels and oils. 2002, No. 3].

The most the closest technical solution to the claimed invention is "Antiseptic liquid for impregnation of wood" (patent RF №2065356, UK 3/50, from 20.08.1996, containing 80-85% oily fractions of thermal cracking (thermovisual), wikipaedia within 220-450°and 15-20% of the diluent is a hydrocarbon fractions of catalytic cracking, wikipeida within 180-340°C.

The disadvantages of the known antiseptic liquids include:

1. Not enough high fungicidal toxicity of this fluid against the fungi and bacteria that destroy wood sleepers and rails.

2. Using as diluent a large number (15-20%) deficient fraction of the hydrocarbon fractions of catalytic cracking, wikipeida within 180-340°With which, moreover, has a low (below 80°C) flash point.

The present invention solves the problem of widespread use of high-viscosity (6,17 compared to 8.26 mm2/s 80° (C) oily fractions of heavy oil catalytic cracking (FR. 300-450° (C) and oily fractions of heavy oil thermal cracking (FR. 200-400° (C)possessing a large margin (above 120° (C) the quality of the flash point requirements for organic antiseptical for impregnation of wood, defined in an open crucible, but poor quality on viscosity (above 5 mm2/s 80° (C) and pour point (+4÷+14° (C)upon receipt of commodity antiseptic oil for profit and wood with a viscosity modifier (low viscosity (1,96 mm 2/s 80° (C) straight-run fraction of diesel fuel, wikipeida within 240-360° (C)ensuring the quality of the mixture that meets the requirements of trademark antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood: kinematic viscosity at 80°With not more than 5 mm2/s; flash point, defined in an open crucible, not less than 95°C; pour point in negative temperatures (winter version).

The invention consists in that the antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with a viscosity modifier comprising an oily fraction of thermal oil and the viscosity modifier according to the invention as oily fraction thermal oil contains as the basis of a mixture of oily fractions of heavy oil catalytic cracking, wikipeida within 300-450° (60-80 wt.%), and oily fractions of heavy oil thermal cracking, wikipeida within 200-400° (40-20 wt.%), and as a viscosity modifier contains a low-viscosity fraction of straight-run diesel fuel, wikipaedia within 240-360°With (5-20 wt.% on the base).

These oily gas oil fraction and a low-viscosity modifier was prepared as follows.

To obtain the oily fraction of heavy oil thermal cracking (TGTC) raw materials (masterlogo catalytic cracking gas oil with extracts of oil production) is subjected to cruel thermal cracking in a tubular furnace installation. The resulting reaction products are subjected to fractionation (separation into fractions, wikipaedia in certain temperature ranges) in a distillation column with getting gas (C1-C4), a gasoline fraction (C5-195° (C) heavy gas oil (ermogenous - FR. 200-400° (C) and cracking-residue (FR., wikipeida above 400°).

[Akhmetov S.A. Technology of deep processing of oil and gas. Ed. "Gil". - Ufa, 1999].

To obtain the oily fraction of heavy oil catalytic cracking (TGCC) raw materials (wide vacuum gas oil fraction of the distillation of oil - AUTHOR) subjected to cruel catalytic cracking in special reactors in the presence of active cracking catalyst. The resulting reaction products are subjected to fractionation and get the following fractions: gas (C1-C4), a gasoline fraction (FR. With5-195° (C), light catalytic cracking gas oil (FR. 195-325° (C), the oily fraction of heavy catalytic cracking gas oil (FR. 300-450° (C) and sludge (FR. above 450°). [Akhmetov S.A. Technology of deep processing of oil and gas. Of "Gil". Ufa - 1999].

The fraction of low-viscosity modifier was prepared as follows.

Desalted and dehydrated oil is supplied to the installation of primary oil processing (AVT - atmospheric vacuum the pipe heater), where, after heating in heat exchangers and furnace atmospheric setting unit to a temperature of 340-360°comes to fractionation in a distillation column. The result is gas direct distillation (C1-C4), a gasoline fraction of direct distillation (C5-140° (C), the fraction of jet fuel (140-240° (C)fraction of diesel fuel (240-360° (C) and the fuel oil fraction, wikipeida above 360°C. [Akhmetov S.A. Technology of deep processing of oil and gas. Of "Gil". Ufa - 1999].

The starting components and mixtures are given in table 1.

Offer antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with a viscosity modifier was prepared as follows.

The oily fraction of heavy catalytic cracking gas oil (FR. 300-450° (C) are mixed in a product tank with oily fraction of heavy oil thermal cracking (FR. 200-400° (C) in the ratio (60-80:20-40 wt.%). This provides the basis antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood that meets the requirements of the consumer on such qualitative indicators as the flash point (open Cup) and a density at 20°C.

However, by mixing the oily fractions TGCC and TGTC get a basis that does not meet the requirements of the consumer (sleeper impregnation plants) on the level of kinematic viscosity, determined at 80&#HWS (not exceeding 5 mm 2/s), and the pour point, which lies at the base, usually in the positive temperature range (+5...+10°C)and preferably, the pour point of antiseptic oil was in sub-zero temperatures.

In the process of obtaining an antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with a viscosity modifier, these problems are solved as follows.

In the commodity tank, where it is the basis of antiseptic oil for wood impregnation, upload the estimated amount of the viscosity modifier in the form of a low viscosity straight-run fraction of diesel fuel, wikipeida within 240-360°C. the Mixture is subjected to intensive mixing scheme: tank→pump→the reservoir. The result is a trademark antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with a viscosity modifier fully satisfy our customers on all quality parameters.

Example 1. The mixture TGCC and TGTC (60:40 wt.%) - 95 wt.%, mixed with the viscosity modifier is a low viscosity straight-run fraction of diesel fuel, wikipeida within 240-360° (5 wt%). Get antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with a viscosity modifier with the following quality indicators:

Based on data from the above examples it is seen that:

1. All received and investigated compositions antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with a viscosity modifier, based on sm is si oily fractions of heavy oil catalytic cracking (FR. 300-450° (C) and heavy gas oil thermal cracking (FR. 200-400° (C)taken in the ratio of 60-80:20-40%, respectively, with the viscosity modifier is a low-viscosity fraction of diesel fuel (FR. 240-360° (C)entered in the above mixture in an amount of 5-20 wt.%, are new and meet the requirements of GOST 20022.5-93 "Protection of wood. Autoclave impregnation oily protective equipment" on all the major quality indicators.

2. Antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with modifier viscosity is the kinematic viscosity, determined at 80°equivalent to less than 5 mm2/with that provided by the application in its composition of low viscosity fractions of diesel fuel (FR. 240-360°). Antiseptic oil with viscosity has good penetrating (impregnating) ability in the process of impregnation of wood, and consequently, high absorptivity and protection from the damaging effects of fungi, bacteria and atmospheric sources.

3. Antiseptic oil for impregnation of wood with the viscosity modifier in the form of a low viscosity fractions of diesel fuel (FR. 240-360° (C) has a relatively high (above 122°C) flash point, which makes it quite acceptable for wood impregnation method "drying - impregnation" when the temperature in the impregnation autoclave level 9-100° C.
