FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly production of forged pieces.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for making forged pieces having length to diameter relation more than 3 includes power hydraulic cylinder on plunger of which upper striker is mounted. Lower striker is mounted in rotary mechanism. The last is in the form of kinematics pair having gear wheel and racks rigidly secured to plungers of hydraulic cylinders. Apparatus also includes second power hydraulic cylinder whose plunger is mounted in gear wheel with possibility of axial motion and rigidly joined with lower striker. Both power hydraulic cylinders separately through pipelines and throttles are communicated with respective hydraulic cylinders of rotary mechanism.

EFFECT: improved design of apparatus, increased degree of plastic deformation of blank at its single mounting operation in apparatus.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, namely, to designs of devices for precipitation blanks on the press, and can be applied in industry for the production of forgings, having a length to diameter from 3 and more, as well as in the determination of physico-mechanical characteristics of materials.

A device for precipitation blanks [1], comprising a power cylinder, on the plunger which is fixed to the upper die, the rotary mechanism in the form of a kinematic pair, comprising a gear rack rigidly connected with the plungers of the cylinders, and the lower firing pin mounted in the swivel mechanism.

The disadvantages of this device include the deformation of the workpiece only by an amount equal to the length of the serving sector for the terminal part of the upper firing pin, which leads to the limited extent of plastic deformation (not more than 0.1 relative deformation) of the workpiece in one setup on the device.

The invention is directed to increasing the degree of plastic deformation precipitation of the workpiece in one setup on the device.

This is achieved by a device for the precipitation of preparations containing power cylinder, on the plunger which is fixed to the upper die, the rotary mechanism in the form of a kinematic pair, including a gear wheel and rack, ill is related to the plungers of the cylinders, and the lower die mounted in the rotary mechanism, is supplied with the second power cylinder, a plunger which is installed in the gear wheel with the possibility of axial movement and is rigidly connected to the lower brisk, and both power cylinder independently of each other through pipes and chokes are connected with the respective cylinders of the rotary mechanism.

Structural scheme of the device represented in the drawings, in which figure 1 shows a basic view of the device, and figure 2 - cross section A-A.

The device consists of a casing 1 (Fig 1 form shown), is installed on the hydraulic power cylinders 2 and 3 respectively with the plungers 4 and 5, connected to the pipe 6. On the plungers 4 and 5 attached respectively to the upper 7 and lower 8 jaunty. The rotary mechanism includes a kinematic pair of toothed wheel 9 rail 10, 11 (see figure 2), the hydraulic cylinders 12, 13 with the plungers 14 and 15 are rigidly connected, respectively, with the rails 10, 11. The plunger 5 of the power cylinder 4 is installed in the gear wheel 9 can move in the axial direction through rolling connection with, for example, the pins 16. The power cylinders are connected independently of each other by hydraulic cylinders 12, 13 through the piping system 18, 19 and chokes 20 and 21. The device also contains the maintenance elements 22, structurally designed according to [2] in the form of sectors obtained by cutting into 6 or 8 equal parts of a truncated conical workpiece coaxially with the hole, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the settling of the workpiece. When this supporting elements are installed in the hard case.

The device operates as follows. The workpiece 25 length l set on the lower die 8, combining it with the axis of rotation of the firing pin by means of the supporting elements 22. After that include hydraulic cylinders 2, 4 stroke. The working fluid through the pipeline 6 is fed into the cylinder and acts on the plungers 3 and 5. Under the action of the plunger 3, the upper die 7 is moved vertically downwards towards the striker 8. As lowering the firing pin 7 is touching the workpiece 23 with him, and then the introduction of both edges of the heads in the body of the workpiece. When reaching this point, the detectable visually or servo system (not shown), the working fluid through pipes 18 and 19 through the throttles 20 and 21 enters the cylinders 12 and 13, through which there is an impact on the toothed wheel 9 and the rotation through the rails 10 and 11. Thus by regulating the use of throttles 20 and 21 of the magnitude of the twisting angle of the workpiece depending on the degree of precipitation is possible to choose the most optimal modes of deformation of the workpiece.

P the following precipitation of the workpiece to the desired height of the top die 7 assign and remove the workpiece from the device. Under the action of springs 24 and 25 plungers 12 and 13 are returned to the original position, and thus jaunty 7 and 8 with the corresponding plungers will be moved to the original positions.

By moving the lower firing pin 8 upwards the workpiece 23 is mounted by an amount equal to the total length of the protruding segments of the end pieces 2h, and therefore deformation of the workpiece is increased two times compared with the marketed device [1] strain.

Thus, the proposed device is more productive compared to the prototype. The instrument is used in industry as die tooling will allow you to implement high technologies in the processing of metals by pressure to improve the reliability of machines and mechanisms.

SUBSTANCE: edge of plate is placed between taper surfaces of strikers located opposite each other for forming wedge-shaped blade and is subjected to deformation by ultrasonic forging. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preliminary deformation of blank by upsetting by two or more times, final deformation and heat treatment; first upsetting is performed in closed container; during next upsetting, technological metal ring at temperature of (0.02-0.5)Tdef. is placed on blank heated to deformation temperature Tdef. and free upsetting is performed in stamp tool heated to deformation temperature. Geometric parameters of ring are selected from given relationships. Preliminary deformation of blank is performed at intermediate annealing. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank onto support; end upsetting of blank and then deforming it with punch; subjecting punch to complex motion in the form of circular rolling out at simultaneous cyclic axial rocking; subjecting blank at side of its support to cyclic striking pulses acting along helical path. Due to such complex motion of punch blank is deformed by value consisting of 5 - 7 % of predetermined deformation degree. Then motion of cyclic axial rocking of punch is interrupted and pulse effort is applied to punch at frequency equal to that of forced oscillations of support. Blank is subjected to finish shaping by rolling it out with use of punch without pulse efforts. Invention provides wave nature of plastic deformation, penetration of rotor to nano-level of blank material for forming in it massifs of material of "artificial intellect".

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at plastic shaping of parts by orbital deformation method. Blank is made previously profiled in form of cylinder with ring flange. Dimensions of blank are defined by mathematical expression given in invention. Blank is placed between die and spherodynamic fluctuating deforming module and then is spinned. Ring flange of blank is made for providing its arrangement between die and said deforming module with clearance. Size of clearance between ring flange and die exceeds clearance between ring flange and deforming module by a factor of 10.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding heated blank to container; pressing out blank in container by means of pressure pad and extruding part of blank to die of die set; forming forging having constant cross section part and thickened part that is formed after upsetting remaining portion of blank; placing part of die set in container according to condition of joining their planes. Upsetting of remaining portion of blank for forming thickened part of forging is realized in cavity between joined planes of die set unit and container. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes supporting plate and housing with openings and duct. Punch, upper and lower stops are mounted in housing. Said stops may be in contact with blank by their flat notched surface. Movable lower stop is arranged in openings of housing and on supporting plate; it engages with said plate by its smooth surface. Hydraulic cylinder joined by its rod with lower stop is mounted on supporting plate. Upper stop is in the form of cylinder mounted in housing in such a way that it restricts together with punch inner cylindrical cavity of hydraulic system providing motion of lower stop. FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of axles of rolling stock by forming and forging.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of deforming initial square cross section blank by forging till intermediate designed size by knocking off faces in order to form semi-finished cylindrical product of forged piece; then feeding semi-finished product of forged piece to hammer die set. Die set is detachable one, it includes two parts with cavities restricting open finish impression without flash grooves. Profile of finish impression of die set corresponds to final size of forged piece. Two compensation openings are arranged in ends of impression. In die set hot die forging of semi-finished product driven to rotation by means of manipulator is realized. Then excess metal on ends is trimmed, forged piece is straightened and cooled.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily upsetting initial blank with diameter 250 mm and length 335 mm; then subjecting upset blank to non-complete open broaching and its further die forging. SUBSTANCE: press includes two holders of upper and lower strikers with inclined faces; two holders of lateral strikers having kinematics coupling with above mentioned two holders and also having inclined face; mounted on inclined faces anti-friction plates and four strikers. FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely manufacture of round cross section forged pieces from ingots and preliminarily deformed blanks in forging presses with four-striker forging devices.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of hating ingot or blank and subjecting it to rough or sizing forging in four-striker forging device by the same strikers with concave curvilinear surfaces. When strikers are closed their concave surfaces form cylindrical cavity with relation of radius of concave curvilinear surface to circle radius inscribed into cavity formed by closed strikers in range 1.15 - 2.10. FIELD: plastic metal working, namely production of forged pieces of ingots in forging complexes.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of billeting ingot and forging it in several passes. Billeting is performed in four-striker forging apparatus for billeting ingots. At each unit reduction ingot is reduced in vertical plane at higher deformation degree than in horizontal plane. Forging complex includes forging press with movable tool table having several positions for changing forging tools. Tool has at least two four-striker forging device. Each device has four strikers secured to holders of upper, lower and lateral strikers. In first position of table four-striker forging device for billeting ingots is arranged. Angle between inclined surfaces in each holder of lateral striker of said device is in range 95 - 160°. Working surfaces of upper and lower strikers are longer than working surfaces of lateral strikers. When all strikers are in closed position, rectangle is formed in their cross section.

Yoke has stepped cylindrical outer surface and through opening whose diameter corresponds to that of punch. Annular stop has through stepped opening. Upper step of die opening is cylindrical one and it has diameter corresponding to outer diameter of lower step of pressure yoke. Stepped opening of annular stop has lower step with diameter less than diameter of upper step of said opening and less than outer diameter of upper step of pressure yoke. Height of said step is less than depth of upper step of opening of annular stop.

SUBSTANCE: hard alloy matrix has casing, bushing pressed in the case and hard alloy insertion. Bushing has multifaced hole. Hard alloy insertion is composed by several sections made in form of trapezoidal-section prisms which have cut angles at their non-working edges. Number of sections corresponds to number of faces of item to be headed. Cuts of angles are made symmetrically to faces of working edge. Slits are made in several places of multifaced hole bushing at the ponts where faces cross each other.

EFFECT: improved resistance of matrix; simplified assembly.
