The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology in the diagnosis of injuries of the lateral ligaments of interphalangeal joints of fingers.

The known method roentgenologically diagnosis injury of collateral ligaments of interphalangeal joints,which consists in carrying out radiography of the joint under load, investigated the ligamentous structure, when the degree of displacement of the bones interphalangeal joint indirectly assesses the degree of its failure. Load ligaments is performed directly by the hands of the researcher with appropriate protection against x-ray radiation (carpenters, Y.M., 1975, Usol'tseva E.V., 1986, Milford L., 1987, Tuncay I., 2001, Whipple T.L., 1980), which is a significant disadvantage of the study, the absence of a stable fixation of the finger during the procedure, the inability to specify the settings of the load.

Proposed numerous devices for load ligaments of the knee joint when roentgenologically diagnosis of damage to ligaments of the knee joint. To load ligaments of interphalangeal joints when they are damaged proposed there was only one known device (US 4674110 A, 16.06.1987), although there are quite thorough clinical and anatomical studies of damage to the ligaments of the joints of fingers (carpenters, Y.M., 1975). R.G.aton and J.J.Keyser proposed a device for fixing fingers during x-ray examinations, consisting of plateaus and Protopopov that fit in a pre-pre-installed holes and fixing, thus, the fingers in the desired position.

The closest in technical essence and functionality is a device for roentgenologically diagnose injuries ligaments of the knee joint, which includes movable in two mutually perpendicularly planes pusher and two protivopar mounted on the plateau of rentgenologicakimi plastic (Kuznetsov I.A., 1990), which is taken as a prototype.

Thus, for the diagnosis of injuries of the ligaments of interphalangeal joints of fingers of such devices has not been proposed and existing devices for the knee tend to be cumbersome and functionally not suitable for interphalangeal joints. Proposed R.G.Baton and J.J.Keyser device for fixing fingers during x-ray studies also differ by complexity, structural complexity and does not allow strictly and objectively measure the load on the interphalangeal joints of the hand.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the diagnostic efficiency without increasing injuries.

The result of the invention is achieved by a structure containing two FR is vobora, mounted on the plateau, and characterized in that the U-shaped metal plateau rigidly fixed two protivopar and a clamp consisting of a housing, which has made with the possibility of rotation of the lever, provided with a pad for contact with the fingers. This allows to obtain more reliable and stable fixation of the finger during the study, to specify a set of necessary metered load on the joint at the time of the survey, to objectify and to assess the degree of damage to the ligaments of interphalangeal joint without damage to other functional systems of the brush.

The technical solutions according to the criterion "novelty" is defined by the absence of identical technical solutions to achieve the claimed result.

The criterion of "industrial applicability" is determined by the efficiency of diagnosis if the damage is collateral ligaments of interphalangeal joints of the hand, willingness to move to broader implementation of the proposed method, for which it is advisable to obtain patent protection for new development.

The construction of the claimed device (figure 2) consists of a U-shaped metal plateau 1 on which are mounted the latch 2 and two protivopar 3 fixed on the plateau. The latch consists of a body 6, which screws the th cutting 5 by rotation of the handle 4 can produce rotation of the lever. The release lever has a pad 7, which is in direct contact with the test limb. The research is conducted in the x-ray Cabinet.

The essence of the claimed method of the study the lateral ligaments of interphalangeal joints is that the investigated limb is placed on the plateau of the apparatus between the holder and protivoanemi (figure 3). In the study of the radial collateral ligament of the latch device shall be located on the ulnar side, and in the study of elbow ligament - on the contrary. The latch is located at the level of the slit interphalangeal joint. Interphalangeal joint give a neutral (0 degrees) position. The latch is moved to full contact with the surface of the investigated limb. Then the rotation of the handle make moving the latch to its automatic stop or Express the pain of the patient, while the position of the patient without changes. The proposed device allows to obtain more reliable and stable fixation of the finger during the study, to specify a set of necessary metered load on the joint at the time of the survey, to objectify and to assess the degree of damage with azotnogo apparatus interphalangeal joint of the hand.
