SUBSTANCE: proposed method of processing of fuel, mainly, for internal combustion engines comes to action on fuel by microwave field and field of near zone of metal nanostructure appearing at irradiation of nanostructure by energy of microwave field. Fuel device contains sealed housing to pass fuel with radiating elements. Housing is hermetically connected with output of additionally introduced coaxial adapter whose input is connected to output of additionally introduced voltage converter containing series-connected microwave oscillator, attenuator, power amplifier and modulating voltage generator whose output is connected to second input of attenuator. Radiating elements are made inform of multilayer metal nanostructures. Coaxial adapter is three-stage adapter folded along longitudinal axis of symmetry. Radiating elements are made in form of multilayer toroidal multiturn insulated winding fitted on ring elements made of radio transparent material. Radiating elements are installed in housing so that their magnetic fields are orthogonal to direction of fuel flow forming two spirals featuring axial symmetry relative to direction of fuel flow. Voltage converter is made on printed circuit board fixing elements of coaxial adapter. Printed-circuit board is secured on element of coaxial adapter.

The invention relates to the engine, in particular for fuel injection systems, namely to treat the fuel before it enters it into the engine, and have an environmental focus.

A method of processing fuel for internal combustion engines (ice), is the impact on fuel magnetic field of the permanent magnets and alternating magnetic field coil magnetization [1].

This method is carried out in the device (see the same source of information), containing a sealed enclosure defined therein permanent magnets, basic and intermediate cavity for the passage of fuel and spiral magnetic circuit. Tightening the fuel flow in the intermediate cavities causes eddy currents are transmitted to the spiral magnetic circuit and a magnetic field with variable amplitude and frequency, that is, the pulsating magnetic field, which increases the processing efficiency of the fuel.

A disadvantage of the known method and device is the high content of harmful substances in exhaust gases of internal combustion engines and large fuel consumption.

Closest to the proposed invention of the known methods is the method of fuel treatment, carried out by the combined influence of magnetic field and radiation radioactive Coeur is Miki [2].

This method is carried out in the device (see the same source of information), comprising a housing, which has permanent magnets and radiating elements in the form of pellets of radioactive ceramics, creating an electromagnetic field in the far-infrared spectrum of absorption of the compounds of the hydrocarbon fuel.

The disadvantage of this method and device are of high environmental hazard due to the design of the device pellet of radioactive ceramics.

The proposed invention solves the problem of increasing environmental safety and reduce fuel consumption by improving the efficiency of its combustion.

In addition, the present invention expands the Arsenal of known means the same destination.

The solution of this problem is provided by the fact that in the method of processing fuel, mainly for internal combustion engines, by acting on the fuel field, the impact of exercise as the magnetic field and the field of ultrahigh frequency (UHF) and near field zone of metal nanostructures arising from the irradiation of nanostructures by microwave energy.

The solution of this problem is provided in the device for processing fuel containing a sealed enclosure for the passage of fuel installed in the eat magnets placed on them radiating elements, the casing is hermetically connected to the output of additionally introduced coaxial transition, the input of which is connected to the output of the added voltage Converter containing connected in series generator microwave oscillations, attenuator, amplifier and oscillator modulating voltage, the output of which is wired to the second input of the attenuator, while emitting elements made in the form of multilayer metallic nanostructures.

In addition, the body is made in the form of a segment of a short-circuited coaxial line with contactless throttle connections.

Coaxial transition is made in the form of a folded along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the three-step transition.

The microwave generator is made tunable in frequency with a center frequency equal to 2.45 GHz, and with the possibility of modulation amplitude frequencies from 10 to 30,000 Hz.

Radiating elements made in the form of multi-layer toroidal helical isolated windings placed on the annular elements of radiotransparent material. As a radiotransparent material can be used ferrimagnetic - hard magnetic ferrite brand BA, magnetized to saturation.

Radiating elements mounted in the housing in such a way that their magnetic field orthogonal to the direction of fuel flow and the way the t two spirals, possessing axial symmetry with respect to the direction of flow of fuel.

The voltage Converter implemented on a printed circuit Board, which then also still captures the elements of the coaxial transition.

The proposed method is as follows. Before serving in the engine internal combustion engine the fuel is exposed to the field of ultrahigh frequency generated by the voltage Converter and a field near zone of the metal nanostructures arising from the irradiation patterns of microwave energy. When this happens modification of fuel as due to resonant interaction between fuel molecules and impurities with the fields of microwave energy and the energy of the magnetic field of permanent magnets emitting elements.

It is known that when exposed to microwave energy at chastoperiodicheskikh structure [3] and metal nanostructure near them are formed in the Shire the kOhm range frequency electric and magnetic fields (frequency microwave energy to frequency ω - plasma frequency, ν - relaxation rate of electrons [4]). The oscillation frequency of the generator is equal to 2.45 GHz, there is a resonance of water molecules, therefore they get more energy and are in the form of steam. The passage of fuel mixture through a magnetic field leads to the reduction of water hardness and surface tension, improves the mixing of the mixture of fuel and water (steam), which improves the absorption of fuel, oxygen and thereby promotes more complete combustion

Frequency electric and magnetic fields near the nanostructures depend on the constructive execution of nanostructures, due to its windings to each other (in the variant of the proposed device, see figure 2). The frequency of these fields range from the frequency of amplitude modulation generator (10-30000 Hz, the carrier frequency of 2.45 GHz generator to the frequency of the far infrared region of the spectrum (30-3000) GHz, corresponding millimeter and decimilisation waves. The interaction of molecules of impurities fuel with magnetic fields and microwave energy occurs due to the wave energy transfer microwave, which is spent on the resonant excitation of the molecules, ionization and chemical transformation of fuel molecules, ensures complete combustion in internal combustion engines. To ensure this process is necessary a certain (few tens of watts) the power of the microwave.

The location of the emitting elements is selected in such a way that their magnetic fields orthogonal to the direction of flow of the fuel and form two spirals with axial symmetry with respect to the direction of flow. This leads to the resonance interaction energy ions at frequencies determined by the rate of fuel flow and the number of radiating elements (magnets) and provides a more complete separation of ions of impurities of the fuel into positive and negative. Due to the high temperature fuel combustion is a chemical interaction between negatively and positively charged ions of impurities of the fuel. This process of high-temperature oxidation followed by the release of thermal energy, which also promotes more complete combustion of fuel.

The inventive method is implemented in the device (see figure 1), which comprises a sealed casing 1 in which is installed the magnets 2 arranged on them radiating elements. The housing 1 is hermetically connected to the output of the coaxial transition 3, to the input of which is connected to the output of the voltage Converter 4. The voltage Converter 4 contains connected in series generator microwave oscillations 5, the attenuator 6, power of microwave power 7 and the generator modulating voltage 8, the output of which is connected to the second input of the and the of tenuate. The generator of microwave oscillations 5 and the pad 6 is made with possibility of adjustment of their parameters.

The magnets 2 arranged on them radiating elements can be performed for example in the form of a toroidal helical isolated windings 9, 10 (see figure 2)wound on the annular elements 11 of radiotransparent material - ferrimagnetic, for example ferrite brand BA, magnetized to saturation in the direction of 12.

In a particular implementation of the device for treatment of fuel (see figure 3) consists of short-circuited coaxial of the housing 1, the inner volume of which is filled with nanostructures 2 (magnets placed on them radiating elements) and is divided by a partition 13, made of a radiotransparent material. The housing 1 is equipped with nozzles 14 for the passage of liquid fuel, sealing partition wall 15 and contactless throttle connection 16, 17 for connection to the output of the three-coaxial transition 3, the folded along the symmetry axis, to the input of which is connected to the power amplifier microwave energy Converter (4) voltage, shielded by the cover 18 and placed on a printed circuit Board (19). A device for processing fuel is installed in the engine compartment of the vehicle near the carburetor, the circuit of the indicating and control devices are placed on the dashboard of the vehicle, and the power supply device is supplied from the vehicle battery.

The inventive device operates as follows. Fuel modification peripheral chamber is located between outer cylindrical surface of permanent magnet and part of inner cylindrical surface of housing, being placed in communication with end face fuel swirler chamber through bypass channels and with central channel through ring clearance. Central channel is made in inlet shell and it communicates with intermediate chamber. Centering splines are made on cylindrical projection of inlet shell and they are in contact with inner surface of centering insert. Distance bushing is located in clearance. Sealing gasket is placed between cylindrical projection of inlet shell and outlet shell, being made of any elastic fuel resistant material.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises filtering member made of a trancated cone diverging downward and mounted in the housing provided with lid, coil magnets made of a trancated cone diverging upward, inlet connecting pipe with threaded slot, outlet connecting pipe tangential to the housing, and branch pipe for discharging contaminants with threaded slot. FIELD: mode of incineration of hydrocarbon fuel and an arrangement for its realization refers to engines and power engineering with working processes including preliminary processing of fuel.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be applied for incineration of fuel as in a periodic regime which is characteristic for reciprocating motors of internal combustion so as for fulfillment of streaming regimes of incineration of fuel, for example, in jet, turbojet, gas turbine engines and power installations. The mode realizes induced destruction of molecules of metastable intermediate products of incomplete oxidation of hydrocarbons, accumulated in gas volume of fuel-airy mixture, by way of power impact leading to explosive three-dimensional spontaneous combustion of gas mixture. Peculiarity of the mode consists in that fuel-airy mixture is enriched with free electrons and power impact on molecules of the mixture for excitation of oscillatory degrees of freedom of molecules is fulfilled by means of their inelastic concussion with free electrons, speeded up by electric field, which tension E is less than tension of switching to independent gas discharge. Enrichment of fuel-airy mixture with free electrons is fulfilled by way of its ionization or by way of injection of electrons. The installation for realization of this mode has a combustion chamber with a source of power impact. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for ultrasonic and magnetic activation of hydrocarbon media and it can be used for processing of fuel before delivery into internal combustion engine. Invention makes it possible to increase "life cycle" of processing which reduce consumption of fuel, increases engine power rating, stabilizes its operation and decreases content of CO, CH and NOx in exhaust gases. Proposed fuel corrector contains housing with variable-section working chamber made diamagnetic material, two or more magnetic units with magnets installed at distance in relatively perpendicular planes relative to each other. Corrector contains additionally disk distributor with holes and radiators installed for distributing main flow of fuel into several equivalent flows and providing ultrasonic oscillations. One of radiators and distributor are installed in working chamber of housing in zone of fuel delivery made in form of cone whose apex is pointed to side of fuel removal zone, and the other, between magnetic units made with changed gradient of field. Each of them is provided with reflecting shell made of ferromagnetic material. Magnets are fitted in by like poles.

SUBSTANCE: method for preparing liquid fuel for dispersion in combustion chamber of primarily gas-turbine engine includes adding water to fuel, mixing those and forming an emulsion. Water component of emulsion is heated by UHF emission up to temperature, exceeding boiling temperature under pressure in combustion chamber, using heated water fuel temperature is increased and after that emulsion is injected into combustion chamber, while water immediately evaporates and increases in volume, and disperses heated fuel on drops in explosive manner. Fuel component of emulsion is heated to temperature, exceeding boiling temperature under pressure in combustion chamber, and after that emulsion is injected into combustion chamber, while both components of emulsion, being immediately evaporated, transform themselves to steam-like fuel torch. Fuel component of emulsion is heated to temperature, necessary for destruction of fuel, and after that resulting dispersion mixture with partially or fully gasified fuel is injected into combustion chamber, while liquid components of mixture, immediately evaporating, form steam-gas fuel torch together with gaseous fuel.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
