Clip is installed on handle by means of pin and is spring-loaded towards handle pin as tong is installed in working position. Cutoff plate is installed on head. Cutoff plate has beveled part reverse to the corner depression of resilient rod. In working tong position roller of spring-loaded clip cooperates with the depression. Handle is supported by pin passing in mounting orifice of head and off-centered with respect to resilient rod and sucker rod axes.

EFFECT: improved operational conditions and decreased accident risk due to possibility to break mechanical connection between carrier and tong at predetermined tightening torque.

The invention relates to the field of oil production, namely the means of mechanization tripping operation associated with pumping rods.

A known mechanism for screwing and unscrewing of the rod (SU810933)containing rod grip with projections on the outer surface, and the rod key, in order to ensure screwing the specified tightening torque is made grooves. In another device for screwing and unscrewing rod (RU2204010) external projections rod capture a self-made, in the area between controluce and outer tabs of the rod grip is equipped with an adjustable outer sleeve from the inner centralizer, and the projections have a Zev under the pump rod.

The implementation of the grooves in the rod key does not provide the off key when the preset torque, technically the design is unfinished.

The technical result of the invention is to improve conditions and reduce the likelihood of emergency situations by providing break the mechanical connection between the planet carrier and the key when the preset torque value.

The key contains the cylinder 1 box-like shape, is attached to the arm 2. On the head 1 set plate cutter 15 having angular notches on the rod bevel, angle α2which is the opposite corner α1. These two angles are oriented so that the roller 11 comes into contact with a corner notch, and with the bevel plate-cutter.

At the head of the key on the axis 16 is installed earring damper 17, the spring 18 in any direction. The ring 17 has a stop 19, spring-loaded by a spring 20 to the elastic rod 4.

When the key sucker rod 7 is put in the groove of the head and is fixed. When rotating the key to the planet carrier by the arrow 21, the roller 11 presses on the elastic rod 4 in the angular recesses and simultaneously on the bevel plate-stopping mechanism. As the deformation of an elastic rod, the roller moves to the end of an elastic rod, and when the preset torque value, which is adjustable removable washers 22, mounted on the threaded elastic rod 4 and thus regulating the working length of the elastic rod and accordingly the torque roller 11 comes into contact with the bevel plate-cutter and rounded pair of angular grooves with the butt-plate-stopping mechanism. On this pair the movie jumps off the elastic rod, the handle of the key switches in position 23.

Since the radius of rotation of the arm 2 axis 3 is smaller than the radius of rotation of the arm relative to the center of the pump rod on the value of eccentricity e2then with continued rotation of the carrier arm disengages from the planet carrier, thereby ensuring the safety operation of the key when the preset tightening mechanism.

4. The key according to claim 3, characterized in that the damper includes a spring-loaded ring, mounted on the axis in the mounting hole of the head and provided with a spring-loaded stop in contact with the core.

Resilient rod is threadedly secured to box-like head and is off-centered with respect to sucker rod axis. Corner depression is formed at resilient rod end so that the depression is aligned with end thereof along depression radius. Roller secured to clip cooperates with the depression. Clip is installed on handle by means of pin and is spring-loaded towards handle pin as tong is installed in working position. Cutoff plate is installed on head. Cutoff plate has beveled part reverse to the corner depression of resilient rod. In working tong position roller of spring-loaded clip cooperates with the depression. Handle is supported by pin passing in mounting orifice of head and off-centered with respect to resilient rod and sucker rod axes.

EFFECT: improved operational conditions and decreased accident risk due to possibility to break mechanical connection between carrier and tong at predetermined tightening torque.
