FIELD: agriculture, sports and household activities, may be used for year-round protection of soil on agricultural plots, football and other sportive fields.

SUBSTANCE: construction has underground ferroconcrete shed with side and end covers, and metal carcass movably mounted on supporting rails extending lengthwise of shed. Carcass is formed from columns consisting of lower and upper parts pivotally connected with one another. Upper parts of columns are connected with one another through pivotal tie-rods. Arcuate floor structures designed for connecting opposite columns with one another are made in the form of two arcs, that is, upper and lower arcs, with fabric covering fixed to floors. Construction is further furnished with side walls of fabric covering or metal extendable carcasses which are lifted by means of electric winches with cables, said winches being mounted on columns. For removal, construction is equipped with electric winches having cables extending through all columns, beginning from the outer ones, and for lifting, construction is equipped with electric winches having cables for tightening of column upper parts. Columns are provided with stops, end switches and supporting wheels. Construction has supporting rails positioned in shed, within longitudinal part of construction.

EFFECT: provision for crating favorable conditions for growing of farm crops and year-round keeping of beds on football and other fields.

This building is the invention to use in order to protect the soil athletic fields and agricultural land from climate year-round aggression.

Mechanized construction to protect the soil from climatic aggression is designed for the physical protection of areas of soil or coverings from exposure to low and high temperatures, snow, rain and other harmful effects. It allows quick mounting or removing the protective frame mechanically, depending on the climate and weather conditions.

Analogues of mechanized construction tasks are "set up to shelter playgrounds from precipitation" copyright certificate on the invention of the USSR №218036 published 07.Y.1968, Bulletin 16, the date of publication of the description 5.YIII.1968, and the Device for covering a football field" RF patent №2016605, Bulletin No. 14 of 30.07.94, Similar signs of mechanical structures and analogues of the above is that they allow the construction to protect the soil from rainfall and, if necessary, be removed in a short time.

Distinctive features of these structures are that the installation and removal are performed with the use of manual labor and are intended only for the physical protection of coverings from osdate precipitation (snow, rain).

The building resembles a large tourist tent greenhouse, equipped with an automated device for installing (removing) (figure 1).

Size protected from climatic aggression plots soil may be different, depending on the field of application of mechanized construction.

The device consists of an underground concrete shelter 1, which has a movable metal frame, the side walls 21 or 29, two support rails 9, two supporting rails 6, four electric winches removal of structures 2 with cables 5, two electric winches lifting structures 19, with cables 18, stops movable racks 16, limit switches movable racks 17, side cover cover 13 and the cap 15.

Movable metal frame consists of racks 30, connected by a hinge rods 7, arched ceilings, consisting of the upper parts 25 and lower arches 27, fabric coating 14 fixed n the arched ceilings.

The rack 30 is composed of a lower part 3, top 4, with the pivot connection 12 between themselves, to the bottom of the rack 3 is rigidly secures the spring 8, the other end of which is free with a roller bearing on the end. The arched ceiling is made in the form of two arches, the lower arch 27 more rigid structure, its total length is equal to the distance between two opposite poles. Flexible arched ceiling starts sharp vibrational motion in conjunction with a fabric covering 14, which leads to the dropping snow from buildings and reducing the loads on the floor. Due to the fact that the arches have a downward inclination to the side walls and frame columns have different height decreasing from the center to the edge of the area, the devolution of snow cover will be from the center of the field to the edges. Themselves arches consist of elements made of spring steel, which are connected on the same principle as the elements of the framework travel tent, but can be other options.

The upper arch 25 on the outer side has a welded-on bolts 26 at an angle of 90 degrees, located at a certain distance from each other, by which secures the fabric covering to the arched ceiling.

The cover is made of modern rugged protective, water resistant fabrics, the size of the canvas must be within: 10-12 length m, width 7 d is 10 m This allows to establish the technological process of manufacture, ease of installation and replacement in case of failure of one or more elements of the cover. To enhance tissue coverage, depending on its characteristics covering elements with a certain frequency are stitched across the width very strong ropes threaded through special springs that in unstrained condition of the coating collect it in the accordion. This will cover the overlap inside the construction with the end cap sections 15 not more than 1.5 m in width.

For installation of the side wall structures may be provided two options. The first option is the same fabric cover 21 made of similar elements that overlap the roof, connected among themselves by means of various devices, while the upper part of the wall should match the shape of the side beams. For lifting the side wall 21 is provided Planck flexible structure 22 to which is attached a fabric cover. The rise of the wall is carried out by electric windlasses 23 mounted on the frame members, with the help of cables located partially within the racks, partially outside in a special groove. Rope thrown over the blocks located at the top of the rack, the ends of the cables are hooks. When climbing wall truck which engages with the flexible strap 22 and raise the entire design to the top. To seal the joint at the upper part of the strap is attached soft seal. The most practical application of construction today is the contents of soccer fields in perfect condition and conduct year-round competitions and training process.

Using the mechanized construction of a football field can contain year-round in ideal conditions. In this climate of aggression it should be only during competitions or football matches. This applies not only to the winter period, but all other seasons (protection from heavy and prolonged rains, direct sunlight, especially in hot days etc). This structure allows for a small period of time (about 20-30 minutes) to remove the protective frame structure with a fabric cover in an underground shelter, located on the perimeter of the field with an automatic closing covers. After harvesting structures under the ground surface does not remain any item that would match and monitoring the progress of the match by the fans. At the end of the competition (match) installation of plant is at the same time (about 20-30 minutes), after which, depending on the time of year, activities for creating greenhouse the conditions for turf football field. In cold weather construction is completely installed in the warm rainy season the side walls may not be installed.

Mechanized construction to protect areas of soil or coverings containing underground concrete shelter with side and end covers, on the supporting rails which are located in the longitudinal direction of the structure, has a movable metal frame, made of racks, consisting of upper and lower parts of articulated link them with each other and with the upper connection parts between the hinge rods, and arched ceilings for connection of the opposite racks, made in the form of two arches, upper and lower, with a fabric covering attached to the ceiling; the side walls of the fabric coating or metal sliding frames, raised by installed on racks electric windlasses with cables, thus to relieve the building is equipped with electric windlasses with cables passing through each post, starting from the last, and for lifting - electric windlasses with cables for tensioning the upper parts of the racks, and the racks are equipped with stops, limit switches and the supporting wheels, and the building is equipped with support rails located in the shelter in the longitudinal part of the structure.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to arrangement of covered stadiums with football field with grass cover, namely to football fields that are moved out beyond stadium borders and back. In method for moving-out and return of football field, movement of rigid flat plate with grass coating relative to base in both directions is carried out by base inclination towards direction of movement with gravity movement along plate base, which is equipped with roller supports. Air cushion is provided between plate and base with excessive pressure, providing for development of total force that holds the plate, which is smaller in value than weight of plate with grass coating on it. At end sections of its motion the plate is braked in both directions and fixed in final points. Complex of moved-out football field for covered stadium comprises rigid flat base within the stadium and outside of it, made of two independent parts with the possibility of their rotation relative to horizontal hinged joints placed closely to each other near one of football field edges. Along the length of both parts of base there are vertically oriented power cylinders arranged with identical pitch, providing for possibility to autonomously lift and lower both parts of base. SUBSTANCE: in method to remove grass coat and to return it into initial position, consisting in displacement of grass coat relative to rigid base with the help of driving mechanisms, substrate of grass coat is arranged directly on rigid base, which is equipped with systems of drainage and heating. To remove grass coat from stadium field, one of end edges of grass coat substrate is fixed with the help of arched pads to rollers with cylindrical shape of shells. Rollers are fixed on axes with flanges at the ends and are arranged with gaps between each other parallel to end edge of coat. At the end of field the rolled substrate with grass coat is placed on trolley, on which specified roll is taken outside the stadium and is again rolled with the help of traction units. SUBSTANCE: extended football field of indoor stadium comprises grass coat fixed on flexible substrate and arranged on box, with the possibility of its displacement relative to rigid flat base. Box is shaped as platform and is equipped with roller supports with the possibility of their interaction with guides of both parts of base, which are oriented in direction that is longitudinal to base.
