Method of production of the laminated material with the polyvinylchloride coating

FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of production of the of the laminated material with the polyvinylchloride coating.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to production of plastics, namely - to the development of the method of production of the laminated material with the polyvinylchloride coating. The method is realized by deposition at heating up to temperature of 150-190°ะก on the textile base of the coating consisting of the polyvinylchloride composition including the film forming agent - polyvinylchloride suspension, the plasticizers - di-(2-ethylhexyl)- phthalate, chlorinated paraffin wax and the mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling ethers with the number of the hydroxyl groups of 23-36 %, the filler - the chalk and the crystalline calcium carbonate, the stabilizing agent - the stearic acid and calcium - the zinc complex stabilizing agent , the surface active agent - the flotation reactant - oxalic agent, the pigment - titanium dioxide, as the textile basis they use the cloth thermo bound by the surface density of 46-54 g/m2 made out of the polyester filaments with the density of 0.12-0.33 tack and the cutting length of 38-66 mm. The laminated material with the polyvinylchloride coating has the bonding strength of the film coating with the base of 2.0-2.3 kN/m, the rigidity of 0.4-0.9 cN and variation of the linear dimensions lengthways of 0.4-0.7 % and transversely - 0.1-0.3 %.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the laminated material with the polyvinylchloride coating has the bonding strength of the film coating with the base of 2.0-2.3 kN/m, the rigidity of 0.4-0.9 cN and variation of the linear dimensions lengthwise and transversely are less than unity.

The invention relates to the plastics industry, in particular to develop a method of producing a layered material with PVC coating.

The closest technical solution according to the essential features and the result achieved by the claimed invention is a method of obtaining a laminated material by RF patent No. 2039662, IPC WV 27/30. The method is applied when heated to 150-190°textile base coating of polyvinylchloride composition. As a textile basis use printed triacetate plain weave fabric with integrated filament thickness (linear density) of 13.7 22,2 Tex on the basis of and textured filament thickness (linear density) of 16.6-25 Tex on a duck with the number of yarns per 10 cm in the warp 220-240, duck 150-170. In the coating of polyvinylchloride composition is administered following components at a certain ratio, parts by weight:

This method does not provide the necessary amount of the bond strength of the film coating to the base, stiffness, and changes in linear dimensions of the material in the longitudinal and transverse directions while maintaining the other indicators on the same level.

The objective of the invention is to provide a method of producing a layered material with PVC coating for improving the bond strength of the film coating to the base, reducing stiffness and changes in linear dimensions of the material in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in a method of producing a layered material with PVC coating by coating when heated to a temperature of 150-190°textile base coating of polyvinylchloride composition comprising film-forming - suspension polyvinyl chloride, the plasticizer di(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate and chloroparaffin, the filler is chalk, stabilizer - stearic acid, surfactant and the pigment is titanium dioxide, as a textile basis use cloth bonded with the surface density of 46 to 54 g/m2of polyester fibers with a linear density of 0.12-0.33 Tex and a length of cutting 38-66 mm, and the coating composition further added is as a plasticizer - a mixture of dioxane high-boiling alcohols and their esters with the number of hydroxyl groups 23-36%, as the filler is calcium carbonate crystal, as a stabilizer, the calcium - zinc complex stabilizer "Vegetab CZ-24, and as surfactants - flotation - oxal, in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:

The method of obtaining the layered material is as follows.

First, at a temperature of 18-22°With mixed separately plasticizer, surfactant, stabilizer, filler and pigment for 30-40 min and fray before the dispersion of 40-50 microns.

At the same time in the mixer, pre-heated to 40-60°C, the resulting dispersion is mixed with polyvinyl chloride suspension for 25-30 minutes until set temperature weight 90-100°C. After which the mixture is cooled with stirring to 30-40°C for 10-15 minutes. Next, the polymer composition to the extruder, where plasticity mixture components at a temperature of 140-150°C.

Polymer composition in the form of tow is fed into the gap of the three-roll backing machine, where the molding and calibrated coating of polyvinylchloride composition during the transition from the shaft to the shaft. Temperature shafts 150-190°C.

Canvas bonded with the surface density of 46 g/m2of polyester fibers with a linear density of 0.12 Tex and a length of 38 mm cutting installed on unwinding device, skirting the number of filling rolls, served in the gap between the 3rd melting and rubber rollers, where it is duplicated with the coating on vinylchloride composition. The resulting material is held under tinyline shaft, cooled and wound into rolls.

Table No. 2 shows that the obtained layered material with PVC coating on the proposed method has the strength of the film coating to the base 2,0-2,3 kN/m, the stiffness of 0.4 to 0.9 mV and the change in linear dimensions in the longitudinal direction of 0.4-0.7% and in the transverse direction of 0.1-0.3%.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing equal-thickness elastic microporous polyvinylchloride material constituted by metering and storage layers attached to attached to each other by a system of through holes. Metering layer composition is prepared from, wt %: polyvinylchloride 25-40, dibutyl or butylbenzyl phthalate 15-25, T-92 oxal as flotation reagent 15-25, and triethylene glycol 20-35. Measured quantity of composition is uniformly distributed at a rate 0.07-0.16 ml/cm2 in lower portion of metallic or glass mold restricted from three sides by flat barriers with suitable height, thermally treated in strictly horizontal position at 80-110°C to transform liquid state into solid state, and cooled to temperature not higher than 35°C, after which mold is closed with flat upper portion, the twp portions are clamped, mold is installed in upright position, and composition contained in storage layer is poured in slot-like space at following proportions of components, wt %: polyvinylchloride 12-20, dibutyl or butylbenzyl phthalate 16-26, oxal T-92 11-13, triethylene glycol 12-17, and sucrose 30-45. Thereafter, contents are thermally treated in vertical and inclined positions at 150-180°C for 15-50 min until composition is completely gelled. When cooled to ambient temperature, sheet is removed, washed out in water from sucrose and triethylene glycol, and dried. Thus prepared material is characterized by thickness of metering layer about 0.7 to 1.6 μm, pore size if metering layer not larger than 1 μm, the same in storage layer 20 to 800 μm, and total porosity 40-55%. The sheet is cut into green products for ink-pads with required shape and dimensions and glued to a bottom of small box to be latter soaked with required amount of suitable ink.

EFFECT: enabled manufacturing high-quality ink-pad (especially exchangeable ones for automated equipment), which are able of metering ink, which allows printing of several thousands of clear nonspreading prints.

FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the multilayered microporous films.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the multilayered microporous films and, in particular, to the microporous films including at least two microporous film layers and to the method of production of the multilayered microporous films. The film layers may be produced with the controlled size of the pores to meet the needs the customer or for optimization of the different properties of the multilayered films. The technical result of the invention consists in creation of the improved microporous films and specially in development of such microporous films, in which may be achieved the combination of the desirable properties, and also in the method of production of such films. The indicated problem is being solved due to the fact, that the multilayered microporous film includes the first and the second coextruded film layers, where each film layer gains the microporosity at its drawing. At that the first film layer is made out of from the first polymeric composition containing the ethylene polymeric compound and the first pore-forming filler and has the first maximum size of the pores; and the second film layer is made out o the second polymeric composition containing the polypropylene compound and the second pore-forming filler and has the second maximum size of the pores differing from the first maximum size of the pores. At that the second layer containing polypropylene has no the free surface in the multilayered film and so the multilayered microporous film is impermeable for the liquids at the atmospheric pressure. The problem also is being solved due to usage of the different versions of the multilayered microporous films and the method of production of such films.

EFFECT: the invention consists in creation of the improved microporous films, specially in development of such microporous films with combination of the desirable properties and in the method of production of such films.
