SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices which can provide real conditions of crankshaft laying required for training servicemen for repair and operation of internal combustion engines. Proposed trainer for forming skills of crankshaft laying in internal combustion engine contains table, ratchet head with rotating end piece, support plate and brackets on support plate. Beads of main bearings of cylinder block are connected by channels and high pressure hoses with hydraulic plant. Pressure and temperature of working liquid in hydraulic system are read by pressure and temperature gauges.

EFFECT: possibility to create real conditions for selection of shells for main bearings, laying of crankshaft and reduction of time taken for fitting operations in process of repair of crank gear.

The invention relates to educational devices and allows you to simulate the real conditions of work on laying the crankshaft required for training in the operation and repair of internal combustion engines.

Known trainer skills in removing and installing elastic elements containing the support plate, the brackets on the base plate [1].

The closest in technical essence is a simulator for imparting practical skills to carry out installation works, containing a table, adjusting the head with a rotating tip [2].

However, this device does not provide the reality of work on the selection of liners for main and connecting rod journals, as well as laying the crankshaft in the preparation of specialists in repair of internal combustion engines.

The objective of the invention is to simulate the real conditions of work on the selection of liners for main bearings, laying the crankshaft and the reduction of time to perform fitting of the work associated with the repair of the crank mechanism.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the simulator for the formation of stacking of the crankshaft of a crank mechanism of the internal combustion engine containing the table, adjusting the head with a rotating tip, a support dps is the one the brackets on the base plate, according to the invention the bed of the main bearings cylinder block are connected by channels and high-pressure hoses with hydraulic installation, and pressure and temperature of the working fluid in the hydraulic system is determined by the readings of the pressure gauge and thermometer.

Trainer for the formation of stacking of the crankshaft of a crank mechanism of the internal combustion engine consists of table 1, a base plate 2, a bracket 3, cylinder 4, the oil channels 5 spent in bed bearing 6, main bearing 7, the crankshaft 8, the arm actuator 9 with an arrow pointing to the moment of rotation 10, ratcheting head 11, the rotating handpiece 12. Oil-in-bed main bearing 6 is supplied from a hydraulic installation 13, which has a capacity of 14 with a heater 15, a filter 16, a filter 17, the gear pump 18, driven in rotation by an electric motor 19 through a safety clutch 20, the valve spool type with by-pass valve 21, thermometer 22, 23 gauge, the tray 24, the drain 25 - all devices of the hydraulic system are connected by hoses you what the pressure will be about 26. For protection against splashing oil cylinder 4 during the test is covered by a cover 27.

The simulator works as follows.

The learner is given the task to find the sizes of liners, put the crankshaft 8 and to inspect the torque of the crankshaft. Conducting all operations provided by the technology for Assembly operations, the learner selects liners and puts the crankshaft 8.

The correct installation of the crankshaft is determined by the applied torque during the rotation of the crankshaft. Torque is determined by the rotation of the crank drive 9 to reject the arrows indicate the moment of rotation 10. Next, cover the cylinder block 4 by a casing 27 and include in the work of the hydraulic installation 13. The valve 21 allows you to direct oil under pressure in a certain bed main bearing. Filtered oil is collected in the tray 24, cools and goes on plum 25 in a container of motor oil 14. The fall of the oil pressure in the line, held under every bed of indigenous liners 6, due to the amount of clearance between the crankshaft 8 and the indigenous bearing 7, and between the indigenous bearing 7 and the bed main bearing 6.

Simulation of the real conditions of work on the selection of liners for main bearings, then the key on the crankshaft and the reduction of time to perform fitting works associated with the repair of the crank mechanism, is due to the fact that after installation of the crankshaft to determine the time for the rotation of the crankshaft. The rate of pressure drop in the line each bed indicates the correctness of the selection of main bearing, while the working fluid (oil) is selected, the corresponding viscosity or heated, about the time the pressure drop is measured by a pressure gauge.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of training tools and devices for the training process, in particular, with research of engineering and technology of the automated water supply systems, automatic control of a water supply system in a training process using engineering tools of the new information technologies of training. The multifunctional automated complex training-research laboratory consists of blocks connected in series and-or in parallel through intermediate tanks and devices of water-pump over and a water purification. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for inspection of technical condition of turbomachines due to comparison of spectral analysis data of vibration of working engine with initial data. Before testing spectral analysis in wide range, the spectral analysis of envelope of vibration signal is made; the signal is selected at characteristic frequencies. Main source resulting to changes in vibration are found from maximal deviations due to comparison amplitudes of components of received spectrum with the same values at initial state of engine. After that the defect is localized due to measurement and comparison with initial modulation components of vibration inside ranges of only those carrier frequencies, which frequencies are multiple to frequencies with highest deviation from initial values.

FIELD: aviation engines engineering, power engineering, possible use during strength finishing of compressors of gas-turbine engines during stand tests and during operation, and also for creating systems for diagnosing self-excited vibrations, both for use in aviation and power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to first variant, in the method for diagnosing self-excited vibrations of working wheel of turbo-machine as dynamic parameter body vibration is used and change of dynamic frequency is tracked. Moment of appearance of self-excited vibrations is recorded on achievement of given value of relation of change of body vibration at diagnostic frequency to change of frequency of rotation of working wheel. To confirm resulting information, moment of appearance of self-excited vibrations is evaluated on basis of appearance in the spectrum of body vibration of component with native frequency of vibrations of blades. Measurement of body vibration is performed by measuring transformers (sensors), mounted in standard mounting spots. In accordance to second variant, in the method for diagnosing self-excited vibrations of working wheel of turbo-machine, body vibration is used as dynamic parameter and change of diagnostic frequency is tracked. Moment of appearance of self-excited vibrations is recorded on achievement of limit value by body vibration at diagnostic frequency, appropriate for limit value of strain in blade. For confirmation of resulting information about moment of appearance of self-excited vibrations, moment of appearance of component with native frequency of vibrations of blades in spectrum of body vibrations is used. Measurement of body vibration is performed by measuring transformers (sensors), mounted in standard mounting spots.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of method, ensuring possible usage of it in real time mode to detect and prevent dangerous strains in blades in timely manner; possible diagnostics in vibration spectrum of component with native frequency of blade vibrations, which serves as confirmation of appearance of self-induced vibrations.
