Method for tightness assembling of parts

FIELD: processes and apparatuses for assembling parts at tightness, possibly production and restoration of sleeves of sealing unit of turbo-compressor.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing sleeve into embracing part at technological tightness; performing electric-contact heating of inner surface of sleeve and then deforming it by drifting for creating mounting tightness of sleeve and embracing part joint; smoothing roughness of inner surface of sleeve. Electric-contact heating and drifting of inner surface of sleeve are realized with use of duplex tool in the form of contact- heating tool and arranged behind it deforming- calibrating tool. Contact-heating tool provides heating of inner surface of sleeve in annular zone of contact with said contact-heating tool. Deforming- calibrating tool is mounted at tightness equal to 0.8 mm. In the result during one operation sleeve is pressed-in to embracing part, roughness of inner surface of sleeve is smoothed and inner surface of sleeve is strengthened at hardness 48 - 54 HRC3.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of assembling parts.

 

The invention relates to an Assembly forging connections and can be used in the manufacture and repair, in particular, bushings site seal turbocharger.

A method of processing of the sleeve hole anosovym Dorn [1. Uchprogress, Geeselouise. The burnishing the cylindrical holes with great tightness. Rostov n/A. Publisher Growth. University, 1982.].

The disadvantages of this method are: the need for pre-finishing holes of the sleeve, the relatively low hardness and depth of the hardened layer.

The known method of manufacturing and repair sleeve seal turbocharger [2. Fagbulu, Lin Pewsey and other Spark technology recovery and hardening of machine parts and tools (theory and practice). / Moscow state University. University, Saransk, 2003. - 504 S.].

The disadvantage of this method is the low productivity and the complexity of this process.

There is a method of Assembly of parts with tension (selected as a prototype), including the installation of a sleeve in covering the item with the technological tension and deformation by burnishing the inner surface of the sleeve to create the mounting tension in the connection sleeve and covering parts [3. SU 1581555 A1, WR 11/02, 30.07.1990].

However, when implementing this method is not possible in order to teach the inner surface of the sleeve a given hardness.

The technical result of the claimed invention is the implementation in a single operation of pressing the sleeve in covering detail, smooth out the roughness on the inner surface of the sleeve and receiving a hardened inner surface of the sleeve with a hardness of 48...54 HRCe.

This technical result is achieved in that the method of Assembly of parts with tension includes installing a sleeve in covering the item with the technological tension and deformation by burnishing the inner surface of the sleeve to create the mounting tension in the connection sleeve and covering detail, according to the invention produce electrocontact heating the inner surface of the sleeve and then the burnishing process in which carry out smoothing the roughness of the inner surface of the sleeve, with electrocontact heating and burnishing the inner surface of the sleeve is realized by means of full-duplex tool in the form of contact-warming tool set of conditions for heating the annular area of contact of the inner surface of the sleeve with the said contact-warming tool, and behind it deformylase-calibrating tool that is installed with tension, equal to 0.8 mm.

In terms of the Department "Technology of metals" Ulyanovsk is th SAA made a connection with the tightness of the proposed method.

For this steel 45 GOST 1050-94 made sleeve with an outer diameter of 34.5, an inner diameter of 29.6 mm, height 12 mm Bushing is installed into the bearing housing of the turbocharger with a diameter of 34.5 technological tightness. The tool is applied to the hole covered in detail. Through the contact duplex tool with Bush passed a current of great strength and low voltage. As a result of subsequent axial movement duplex tool about the axis of the sleeve is heated annular area of contact of the contact-warming tool with the inner surface of the sleeve to a temperature of 900-1000°and instant cooling associated with the movement of the high-temperature hearth and heat inside the workpiece. The result is a hardening of the treated surface. At the same time in a single cycle for contact-warming tool moves deformylase-calibrating the instrument with tension, equal to 0.8 mm, the result is a smoothing of the roughness of the processed surface, the correction of deviations from the geometric shape in the longitudinal and transverse cross-section and at the same time, due to distribution hubs, we get landed with mounting tension.

Metallographic analysis showed that the hardness of the treated inner surface W is the CTL was 48...54 HRC ethe depth of the hardened layer was h 0,3...0,4, the structure of the surface layer roostmates and residual austenite, fiber metal stretched at a depth of h 0,1...0,2 while moving duplex tool.

During processing in a single operation is pressing the sleeve into the body, strengthening and smoothing the roughness of the Executive hub surface.

The number of tops of the regular polyhedron is equal to the number of turns of the spring. The regular polyhedron is secured to the mandrel that is made for permitting rotation. The spring is freely mounted in the separator and is locked against rotation with respect to its longitudinal axis.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of working surfaces of openings by boring and surface plastic deforming with use of combination type tool to which ultrasonic oscillations are imparted. Said combination type tool includes cutting and deforming members arranged mutually opposite in wave-guide and having working portions arranged in planes of maximum oscillation shifts. Apparatus includes ultrasonic oscillation system, cutting and deforming members. Ultrasonic oscillation system is in the form of two piezoelectric members and two metallic oscillation frequency reducing cover plates arranged successively and acoustically coupled one with other. One of said cover plate operates as wave-guide. Boundary part of wave-guide is branched for forming two tips supporting cutting and deforming members arranged mutually opposite and having working portions arranged in plane of maximum oscillation shifts.

FIELD: mechanical engineering; methods of recovery and hardenings of the metallic inner surfaces of the holes of details.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the method of recovery and hardenings of the inner surfaces of the holes by the statico-pulsing internal roll burnishing. The method includes the action on the surface of the hole by application normally to it of the static and periodic impulsive loadings using the processing device. The result of such an action on the surface of the hole is production of the peaked and plane-top macroprotrusions forming the relief of the being recovered surface. At that use the processing device with the replaceable diametrically located tools fixed on the radially located plungers, the mandrel with the arranged on its central longitudinal shaft striker and the waveguide made in the form of the rods. The plungers free butts are in contact with the having the conical shape surface of the waveguide, on the free butt of which there is the screw-type cylindrical spring of compression. The static loading is applied with the help of the mounted on the indicated plungers cylindrical springs of compression. The periodic impulsive loading is applied with the help of the striker acting upon the waveguide. For production of the peaked macroprotrusions use the tools made in the form of the wedges with the sharp angle, and for production of the planeprotrusions - the tools with the smooth cylindrical surface. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the technological capabilities of the statico-pulsing processing.

SUBSTANCE: surface to be treated is subject to normal influence of static and periodical pulse load by means of treatment unit provided with mandrel. Treatment unit is used which has radial located plungers, deforming instruments fixed onto plungers, screw cylindrical compression spring and control ring equipped with handle. Mandrel has central longitudinal hole where waveguide and block head, in form of rods, are disposed. Screw cylindrical compression spring is mounted at free end of waveguide. Surface of waveguide is made in form of cone and is disposed to have contact with rolling bearings made in form of expanded balls, which bearings are mounted at free ends of the plungers. The first power hydraulic cylinder is used for moving parts and can rotate between two vertical unmovable pillars. The extensible spring-loaded stop with the drive and the first hydraulic cylinder are axially aligned. The first power hydraulic cylinder receives the second power hydraulic cylinder whose rod is provided with first center and spring. SUBSTANCE: in apparatus for assembling chain stop plate is mounted in such a way that its working surface is arranged in plane normal relative to pressing in plane. Upper non-working portion of stop plate at side of ending pressing-in cycle is inclined in horizontal plane to side from rotor type conveyer. Lower non-working portion of plate in vertical plane is inclined relative to vertical line to side from rotor type conveyer. Stop part of pusher exceeds diameter of head of pin. Horizontal axes of articulation joints in vertical plane are provided with holding levers rigidly joined with plate and mounted with possibility of engaging with pins on inclined trough.

FIELD: assembling of precise units of instruments by pressing-in with use of calibrated effort, by riveting and expanding with use of precession tool.

SUBSTANCE: press includes П-shaped housing; adjustable table mounted in struts of housing and fixed to said struts by means of pins; power hydraulic cylinder with axial motion of rod; rotation drive of precession head; pumping station of hydraulic drive unit. Rotation drive of precession head includes electric motor and belt transmission. Power hydraulic cylinder is rigidly mounted on cross piece of housing and it carries plate on end of spring-loaded rod. Said plate supports two plungers spaced in parallel relative to axis of rod and spring-loaded relative to housing. Pulleys of belt transmission of rotation drive are mounted in casing. The last is secured to plate in such a way that driven pulley is mounted on spindle coaxially relative to rod of hydraulic cylinder and driving pulley is mounted on the same axis as shaft of electric motor placed in cross piece of housing. Driving pulley and shaft of electric motor are kinematically joined by means of other shaft whose one end is mounted in shaft of electric motor and whose other end is joined by means of sliding dowel with opening of supporting axle of driving pulley. Spindle of driven pulley is joined with precession head.

EFFECT: improved design providing enhanced rigidity and working accuracy of press.

SUBSTANCE: movable installation includes lifting table having lower wheeled platform and jointly mounted on it upper stand; mechanism for lifting and descending said stand; power hydraulic cylinder mounted on upper stand and communicated by means of hydraulic lines through control unit with high-pressure pump system; clamping device for mounting-dismounting bearing assemblies. High pressure pump system includes tank, pump aggregate, draining pipeline, suction pipeline connecting inlet of pump aggregate with tank. Lifting and descending mechanism is in the form of hydraulic cylinder and it is mounted on lower platform. Pump aggregate is arranged on upper lid of tank and it is in the form of displacement hydraulic pump with electric motor. Filter is mounted in suction pipeline. Control unit is in the form of body having two built-in safety valves, tap distributor and built-in non-return valve. Manometer and additional filter connected with draining pipeline and having pouring hole are connected with control unit. Hydraulic lines are in the form of flexible hoses. Installation is provided with additional power hydraulic cylinder that forms together with connected in parallel main hydraulic cylinder unit of power hydraulic cylinders. Said unit of power hydraulic cylinders is placed on supporting sheet-plate mounted on upper stand with possibility of rotation or removal from upper stand and with possibility of moving in range of length of flexible hoses. Similar cavities of hydraulic cylinders are mutually communicated. Clamping device includes movable and stationary plates mounted respectively on rods and back lids of hydraulic cylinders and designed for joining tie rods of attachment.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability, no-failure operation of installation.

FIELD: railway transport; repair of rolling stock.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of load-bearing parts of vehicles, particularly, to repair of overspring beams of car bogies with inserts press-fitted into step bearings. According to proposed method, step bearing of overspring beam is heated, together with insert, to temperature exceeding 250°C. Inner surfaces of insert are cooled by blowing at velocity 1.1 times higher than velocity of heat exchange through surfaces in contact with step bearing to eliminate negative allowance between insert and outer bead of step bearing. To extract insert, it is expanded from inside by applying force. Device for implementing the method has body in form of disk to be arranged in step bearing with slots on side surface in which bellcranks 9 are fitted being driven by pneumatic cylinder, with claws for gripping the insert, central hole through which rod 16 of pneumatic cylinder passes to extract insert 40, with inner space designed for distribution of cooling compressed air among nozzles pointed to surfaces of insert.

EFFECT: increased efficiency when repair overspring beams, reduced energy consumption and labor input in process of repair.
