The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular the production of paper for inkjet printers coated with a special coating, glossy.

It is known that the inkjet paper is subject to strict requirements, as printing is mainly water-based paints, and paper should provide a quick drying paint and at the same time, high resolution and optical density of the image, which is difficult to achieve simultaneously.

A significant amount of paper intended for inkjet printing, is covered with a special coating of different composition to achieve certain characteristics of inkjet printers, many of which depend on the type and processing of paper.

Obtaining full-color images by the method of inkjet printing with full shading leaf area method of inkjet printing requires the following properties: the ability of a solid fixation of the dye ink on the surface of the material and rapid absorption of the liquid phase of the ink in the coating material without deformation. Such requirements due to the fact that inkjet ink is used or based on aqueous solutions of dyes, or on the basis of the dispersions of the dyes in a suitable liquid.

The lack of fixation of the dye ink to poverhnostnye leads to a decrease in optical density of image, and insufficient absorption of the liquid phase of the ink material of the coating leads to such defects as mixing colors, ocenie when printing lines and small details that makes the image blurry and fuzzy.

In many cases the papers for inkjet printing impose the requirement to have a certain level of surface gloss. Coatings that meet the specified requirement, receive through the application, the main component of which are the various water-soluble polymers. The use of compositions containing only water-soluble polymers, it is not possible to ensure quick drying of the image, therefore, to increase porosity of the coating composition is injected pigments having a particle size of 25-50 nm.

Another problem when printing on paper with gloss is defective cloud print. To eliminate this defect can optimize the wetting of the surface coating of ink due to the additives of the respective surfactants.

Achieving gloss of the coating is a complex task and it has been solved either by using special materials or by drying of the coating on the chrome smooth cylinder.

A known method of manufacturing paper for inkjet printing with a glossy, comprising applying to the paper - based coatings containing water-soluble binder is gelatin, pigment - colloidal aluminum oxide and surface-active compound that regulates the wetting of the surface coating. Such composition allows to obtain a paper giving a good print quality, fast drying paints and solid surface (US 6387473, CL VM 5/00, op. 2002).

A known method of manufacturing paper for inkjet printing with pigmented multilayer coating containing colloidal silicon dioxide and zinc oxide. The resulting paper has a good printability and gloss level (US 6391428, CL VM 5/00, op. 2002).

The closest analogue on the technological nature of the claimed technical solution is a method of manufacturing paper for inkjet printing with a glossy finish, including the production of base paper, drawing on its one side coating composition comprising pigment, ink receptive, water-soluble binder and cationic fixative, and on the other side - protivoukachiwauschee coating, and forming a glossy surface (WO 0313872, CL VM 5/00, op. 2003).

The paper obtained in a known manner, has a high print quality and gloss.

However, the known method of producing paper for inkjet printing with a glossy finish due to the inefficient use of special coating equipment, and lack of components for improved who I am printing properties of paper is a low-tech process.

New technical result from the use of the proposed technical solution is to increase the technological process due to:

- the introduction of the regulator wetting on the basis polydimethylsiloxane resins,

- use a new composition of water-soluble binders,

- application of plasticizer on the basis of polyethylene oxide,

- and calendering the paper to achieve the desired level of gloss.

A new technical result is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing paper for inkjet printing with a glossy finish, including the production of base paper, drawing on its one side coating composition comprising pigment, ink receptive particle size of 25-50 nm, water-soluble binder and cationic fixative, and on the other side - protivoukachiwauschee coating, and forming a glossy surface, the coating composition is introduced control wettability on the basis polydimethylsiloxane resins in an amount of 0.4 to 1.6% by weight of pigment, as a water-soluble binder, a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone in the ratio (90-50):(10-50) in an amount of 40-60% by weight of a pigment and a styrene-acrylic latex in the amount of 15-20% by weight of pigment, and when forming a glossy surface to use a plasticizer based on the e of the polyethylene oxide in the amount of 7-15% by weight of pigment with subsequent supercalendering when the pressure in the gripper shafts supercalender 20-25 bar and a temperature of 50-90° C.

As a pigment to provide porosity of the coating using colloidal silica or colloidal alumina with a particle size of 25-50 nm in an amount of 20-45% by weight of the coating composition.

For fixing a dye in the coating composition introduced cationic fixative belonging to the class of polydiallyldimethyl in the amount of 3-5% by weight of pigment.

Regulation of wetting the surface of the glossy coating and elimination of the defect cloud print is solved by introducing a regulator wettability on the basis polydimethylsiloxane resins in an amount of 0.4 to 1.6% by weight of pigment.

The introduction of the coating composition is a water-soluble binder consisting of a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and styrene-acrylic latex, improves the fixing of the pigment on the surface of the paper.

Use softener on the basis of polyethylene oxide and supercalender can increase the gloss of the surface.

Coating composition, perceiving the paint is applied in one or two passes. The total coating weight of 10-30 g/m2.

Another object of the present invention relates to inkjet paper with glossy coating produced by the proposed method and characterized by high surface hardness and high printing performance.
